A month went by.
Konoha year 51, 9th of October.
Unlike usual Yujiro was not training today. Today in the morning he had packed up 2 food bars.
Because today he was planning to treat himself and look at the scenery of Konoha.
At the morning he went to look at the vendors street, before the tragedy passed he wanted something to compare the new Konoha to.
As such he went ahead and bought a camera with his meager savings.
Although he didn't get much allowance, he only spent around 50 ryo a month to buy groceries after all he pretty much ate for free in the mess hall, with all his saving he could buy a camera.
At first he went to get pictures of different famous locations in Konoha, the famous Uchiha compound gate.
Yakiniku Q, Ichiraku ramen, a famous sushi restaurant, and a picture of the Konoha hot springs.
After which he went to take multiple photos from famous landmarks.
A photo of konohas stone mountain. A beautiful picture of a training ground near the baka river along side a picture of whole Konoha from the hokage faces.
Along the way he had tested himself to Yakiniku Q, Ichiraku ramen and other tasty treats.
After he was done with the Konoha tour, he went to the spot he had chosen for the night, an extremely tall tree near the forest of death.
Although he didn't remember which way the Nine tails was pushed, he does remember that 13 years from now this place seemed fine, so he assumed that the Nine tails was not sent this way.
Although he could not see Konoha properly from his spot, he is sure that he would see when the Nine tails was summoned.
And his plan was to sit out the first half of the Nine tails rampage and go to konohas shelter in the Konoha mountain.
As the night grew dark, he started to have an extremely ominous feeling after enduring it for a few hours.
The inevitable happened.
What he saw shocked him even though he knew what was to come. A giant red fox with nine tails towered over the village.
One swipe of a tail carved a massive hole through where it passed.
And even though what he saw shocked him what really made his hair stand on end was the suffocating chakra that transmitted endless malice.
And what made it worse was the fact that he had his Byakugan open. Even though he can't see through trees for a very far distance, the fact that he is high and has a clear view on where he is looking expands the view his Byakugan can see.
And what made him tremble was the sheer amount of chakra and its extreme density.
"Holy crap! This thing has at least a hundred thousand times the amount of chakra compared to me! And this quality."
Though he was extremely terrified of the being he saw, what also grew was his ambition.
He remembered a certain line from the series which made him tremble from excitement.
And I'm his excitement he uttered an adjusted line unconsciously.
"Ninetails this transient form is nothing more than a nodule, you're merely a piece of yourself, a pittance of your true power.
You are merely a ignorant and unstable power, the ones who will guide you are the ones with ocular powers. You are merely servants for those with visual prowess."
Now if somebody saw this out of context, seeing a Hyuga kid seriously saying that the strongest of the tailed beasts was merely an ignorant and unstable power it would be quite comical.
While he was watching the Nine tails it didn't take long for the Nine tails to start gathering a tailed beasts bomb.
After seeing it Yujiro was awestruck, and a bit terrified.
'To think that Hashirama and Madara treated it like a pet. What monsters!'
After thinking so, Yujiro had a weird look on his face.
'I can understand Madara since he could just have a look at the Nine tails and have it obey him,
But Hashirama is just insane, even if wood style had a restraining effect on the tailed beast, I don't think Madara would allow Hashirama to start suppressing and drain the Nine tails chakra.
So he outlasted Madara who was using the Nine tails chakra to fight him at full intensity and for three days and nights.
But I guess it makes sense, after all in the fourth great ninja war, Hashirama was surprised that the ten tails had more chakra than himself.'
"Why didn't those two monsters just pacify the entire ninja world, instead of killing each other?"
While Yujiro had been pondering, the Nine tails had sent its tailed beasts bomb towards the village.
And just as it was about to hit it vanished, although he couldn't see he he knew that Minato had sent it somewhere outside.
And like clock work he saw a new sunset light up on the horizon.
After Minato sent the tailed beast bomb away, I quickly after he saw the Nine tails being flung out of the village.
"Hmm it's time for me to move."
After saying so he started to flicker as fast as he could toward Konoha's shelter.
After arriving at the shelter it didn't take long for the suffocating chakra to start dissipating.
'Hmm it looks like Minato and Kushina are dead.
Two S rank ninjas, both fuinjutsu grandmasters, thousands of dead, though it is questionable how many ninjas died.
If only Minato and Kushina died, it would not be that bad, but since konoha also lost a large amount of chunins. The loss can be said to be catastrophic.
I wonder why Kumo did a move on the Hyuga clan when Orochimaru left but not when the Uchiha clan was annihilated.
I guess Hiruzen rapidly increased the strength of Konoha from here to the Uchiha massacre.
And also did some diplomatic stunts.
