'The Tales of a wretched Man. It never made sense. No one knew how the tales came to life. Each tale carried a piece of a god called Kai.
A man turned god who swallowed the sun.
No one knew what era he came from, nor which world he belonged to. He simply existed, wandering in the world.
Kai loved a woman.
But she was hard to see, easy to break, hard to hear, and easy to slip off your little fingers.
Kai wished to see her more. He gave his eyes to the World. But he got lost in the land of mirrors.
Then, the woman sang. Her voice was as melodious as a nightingale.
So, Kai wished to hear her more. He sacrificed his ears to the World. But his hands fell into the house of thieves.
Even still in the agony, Kai's love never faded. The woman stared back. Her eyes reflected his desires he held unto.
But as a god, who gave his eyes, sacrificed his ears, lost his hands, now only had his heart to protect.
