Vittorio passed the whiskey he was drinking from to Luciano, who surprisingly turned it down.
He chuckled. "Turning a new leaf or what?"
"Nah, just not in the mood for alcohol. I think Valentina is hiding something from me. Just don't know what," he sighed.
"I know she loves you. That should be enough right?"
"It should be. But this feels big. Anyway, enough about me. Why have you been acting out of character? Something bothering you?"
Vittorio rolled his eyes hard. "First Salva, now you? What is out of character for me? Banging whores? Didn't you say I needed to be more sexually active?"
Luciano chuckled, thoroughly amused. "Now when you put it like that, it does sound really ridiculous."
"Thank you! Besides, it just feels like we're going around in circles lately. Something big is coming, Luciano. It'll hit hard."
"I know. It all boils down to project Blackstone. That's the big elephant in the room."
He exhaled loudly, and covered the whiskey bottle.
