"Ow! That hurts!"

Shinji gave both Naruto and Choji a flick to the forehead, annoyed.

Ignoring Naruto and Choji, who were clutching their foreheads, he turned and dispelled his Shadow Clone. His number one Shadow Clone's resentment was almost materializing.

Shinji then smiled and said, "Both of you have made great progress. However, Choji, Shikamaru just mentioned your weak point."

Choji, who was already embarrassed, almost knelt in shame to apologize.

"I remember I should have said that if you can act, don't talk too much, and if you can finish them off, be quick, accurate, and ruthless."

Shinji walked to a rock and sat down.

Ino immediately poured a cup of water and handed it to Shinji.

Shinji took the cup, looked at the few people standing in front of him, and said in a deep voice, "Ninja isn't a game of make-believe. One careless mistake can lead to death on the spot. Understand?"

"Understood, sensei!" Naruto and the others immediately responded.

Shinji paused, and only after a while did he speak, "Let's eat."

Naruto and Shikamaru looked at each other when they heard this, and then they started to act.

Soon, Ino spread a floral cloth on the only intact piece of ground in the training ground.

The teacher and students sat down, each with a different bento box in front of them.

Choji's portion was the most conspicuous, more than all of the others combined.

Naruto, holding his chopsticks, clasped his hands together and shouted loudly, "Let's eat!"

"Shinji-sensei, it's really delicious." Naruto, taking a big bite, closed his eyes, his face full of happiness.

Shinji shook his head and smiled. "Alright, if you don't hurry, Choji will snatch yours, and I won't do anything about it."

Hearing this, Naruto turned to look at Choji, only to see Choji's hands almost moving so fast they were a blur.

Naruto muttered, "At this speed, even if he snatches it, I'll accept it."

Ino asked with a smiling expression, "Oh, by the way, Shinji-sensei, the Academy is on vacation now, so do we have to come here every day from now on?"

Shinji shook his head with a laugh and said, "What? Do you want to rest?"

Hearing Shinji's words, Ino kept nodding. "Yes, Shinji-sensei, I haven't really played in a long time."

Shinji turned to Naruto, Shikamaru, and Choji and asked, "What about you guys? Do you want to rest?"

Shikamaru and Choji exchanged glances. Since Ino had brought it up, they couldn't really refuse. Moreover, they had been training continuously for the past few months, with almost no rest.

Shinji understood when he saw Shikamaru and Choji's expressions.

He quickly held down Naruto, who was about to speak and said, "In that case, you guys should take a few days to rest well."

Seeing that Naruto wanted to refuse, Ino ran behind Naruto, patted his head, and said, "Naruto, it's just a few days' rest. Come to my family's flower shop tomorrow, and I'll have my mom prepare some snacks for you."

Naruto, whose head was being patted, instantly blushed.

He stammered, "O-okay, just this once."

"That's great." Ino immediately cheered when she heard this.

Shinji shook his head with a smile, this was also quite good.

Just as Shinji and his students were chatting and laughing.

Outside the Hokage Office.

A man wearing a black high-collared short-sleeved shirt and long pants, with brown armor draped over his right shoulder and the Uchiha clan emblem embroidered on the back of his clothes, knocked on the office door.

Hiruzen's voice sounded. "Come in."

After receiving a response, the door was pushed open.

As Hiruzen looked up and saw the person, his expression became solemn. "Shisui, is something wrong?"

Shisui changed his usual gentle demeanor, knelt on one knee, and said with a serious expression, "Hokage-sama, I have a request."

Hearing this, Hiruzen's eyes widened slightly, and after a long time, he responded, "Speak."

"Hokage-sama, I am deeply saddened by the mutual distrust between the clan and the village."

As Shisui said this, his expression was incredibly sincere.

Hiruzen reached out and took the pipe from his mouth, slowly exhaling a puff of smoke. He nodded, saying, "Shisui, as the Hokage, my feelings are the same as yours."

Shisui raised his head upon hearing this. He looked at Hiruzen's face, and stated his purpose with righteous indignation, "Hokage-sama, I want to rebuild the trust between the clan and the village."

Hearing this, even Hiruzen, who had long held the position of Hokage, was stunned.

He felt that Shisui's words were a bit too naive, considering the entanglement between the Uchiha clan and Konoha.

This had existed ever since the First Hokage, and it became even more severe after Madara left the village and Hashirama failed to stop him and died.

Hiruzen stood up, slowly walking over to Shisui. He looked down at the descendant of his good friend Kagami and slowly asked, "Do you know how difficult it would be to achieve what you're talking about?"

"Hokage-sama, you should know about the Uchiha's Sharingan, right?" As Shisui spoke, his eyes gradually closed.

Hiruzen was stunned, thinking of the legends about the First Hokage and Madara, and was about to nod in response. But then he saw Shisui open his eyes.

On those enchanting red pupils, patterns similar to the quadrangular structure of a Fūma Shuriken had appeared.

Hiruzen's pupils constricted, and his entire body tensed up, but his tone remained as calm as ever as he asked, "Shisui, this is?"

Shisui responded very calmly, "Hokage-sama, this is the advanced dojutsu of the Uchiha clan's Sharingan, the Mangekyo Sharingan."

The patterns on his pupils gradually faded, returning to their original black color.

"My eyes possess a Genjutsu called Kotoamatsukami."

"It can invade the opponent's brain without being detected, and it can permanently and completely modify the opponent's will."

Hearing about this Genjutsu, Hiruzen was so shocked that he was speechless for a long time.

After a while, he recovered and then looked at Shisui and asked, "What do you intend to do?"

Shisui said, "There will be a clan meeting these few days, and I will be attending. If the clan head still intends to plot a coup, I will use Kotoamatsukami to make the clan head change his mind and instead consider seeking a way to coexist with the village."

Hiruzen listened in silence. After Danzo was relieved of his Root duties, the Uchiha clan had become even more active than before. Such clan meetings have been held no less than ten times in these past few months. This was what his Anbu had discovered after going undercover.
