Chapter 4 - Ch 4 - The Council and The Prophecy

Far away at a distant land where ordinary people couldn't reach, there held a meeting with mysterious unknown people, popularly called "The Council."

Inside the building -

"Are you even serious of what you did?"

"Dammit. Because of you, we are in this position."

"It's not like my fault -"

"It is your fault."

"If you had followed your part,"he" would have died. But because of your mere grudge against "him," we failed. Do you think Master would sit idle without doing anything. If words were spread to him, our end would be in numbers."

"I am not the only one who made a mistake?"

"Let's stop it over here -"

Suddenly, the door opens, and a figure steps in. Everyone after looking at the figure stands up and bows.

"Welcome Master. We were waiting for you."

The figure goes to his seat and sits. Everyone sits down.

"What is the position of the mission I had given to you?"

"Well Master, the mission could have been successfully completed if he had completed his part perfectly."

"Why are you blaming me? I -"

"SILENCE! You do not have the right to talk back. What if, due to your mistake, "he" would survive and kill us. Do you know the consequences it would lead to?"

As they were discussing suddenly, the Prophecy Relic glow and writings were beginning to form at it.

"Oh, the relic is started prophesising."

"What new threats or opportunities is it going to present."

As they were eager to find out what their fate were leading to, suddenly their expressions changed. Sweats were dropping from there faces.

The Prophecy -

"When the moon bleeds and the stars fall silent,

A shadow long buried shall stir beneath the ashes.

From the bones of forgotten gods, he shall rise—

The ???, once vanquished, now reborn in wrath."

"The chains of death shall rust and break,

And in their shattering, the veil shall tear.

He, whose name was cursed and sealed,

Will walk again with eyes like hollow flame."

"The rivers will blacken with sorrow,

The sun shall mourn behind a veil of ash,

And no bell shall toll for the fallen—

For he comes not to reap, but to avenge."

"Beware the child of dusk and silence,

For their blood shall call him forth.

On the eve of the thirteenth eclipse,

The ??? of ??? shall claim what was stolen."

"Neither prayer nor blade shall stop him,

No wall or ward shall stand.

For vengeance is a hunger that outlives the grave,

And he returns not as judge, but as executioner."

"What is the meaning of this?"

"How can this Prophecy...no this can't be.....this can't be happening.....how can he."

"Didn't we-"

Suddenly the building shake, as it was in fear of hearing the fate of "him".
