Larissa's POV
After Ella's surprise appearance, Carson and I resumed exploring the estate grounds. When we finally arrived at the enormous garage that housed his collection of expensive cars, my mind felt drained from attempting to memorize every corner of what would now be my residence.
"Holy hell," I breathed as Carson switched on the overhead lights, illuminating rows of pristine vehicles that belonged in a luxury showroom. "This is absolutely ridiculous."
Carson's mouth curved into a satisfied smile at my stunned expression. "Pick your favorite."
I moved slowly past the gleaming lineup, taking in a Ferrari, a pair of Bentleys, the Aston Martin we had driven here, and multiple other cars I couldn't begin to identify. "I know nothing about automobiles except that these likely cost more than my college tuition."
"Accurate assessment," he agreed. "But surely one catches your eye."
I paused beside a polished silver Porsche. "This one looks nice."
