Chapter 19 - CHAPTER - 19 THE BEGINNING OF THE LORD OF THE BOW

Master Jins slowly sat down on a big stone nearby. There was a strange shine in his eyes.

In a serious voice, he said—

"Free this bow from someone else's aura. I will not help you in this."

Snehwal froze. He had no idea what Jins meant.

He stared hard at the bow and said with confusion—

"Master… what aura? I don't even know what that means."

Jins replied with a quiet laugh—

"I will give you my memories. Only then will you be able to do something with it.

But, son, it may also break your head into pieces."

Hearing this, Snehwal's face changed. His feet automatically stepped two steps back.

Only one thought flashed in his mind—

"This old man has truly gone crazy."

Master Jins stood up and placed one finger on Snehwal's forehead. His voice was calm but heavy—

"Don't be so afraid. You fear difficulties too much. How will you move forward then?"

As soon as his finger touched, Snehwal's mind lit up with a white glow.

A light pain ran through him, and the bow slipped from his hand, falling to the ground.

Jins's voice echoed—

"In life, you should never give up.

By enduring pain, a person can move toward true happiness."

These words rang in Snehwal's ears like iron striking inside, leaving a deep echo.

Their effect stamped into his mind like permanent marks.

But it was not just words—

it was Jins's whole life journey, his memories and experiences.

Such knowledge no cultivator ever gives to another.

Still, Jins passed it on to Snehwal, because he considered Lily like his own daughter,

and perhaps that was why he always wanted her to remain safe.

In that moment, Snehwal collapsed to the ground.

His back was soaked with sweat, as if unbearable pressure had been forced upon his very soul.

Snehwal slowly stood up. Without looking around, he picked up the bow from the ground and immediately placed his light green energy on it.

Master Jins quietly watched everything. There was a strange shine in his eyes.

In his mind, he thought—

"Wow… this boy has understood the right thing directly.

He didn't try to learn anything the wrong way."

They walked up to Snehwal and, stroking their beard, said—

"Hey… this bow is filled with the energy of a fourth-level cultivator.

You will have to use all your strength to handle it."

Snehwal nodded and increased his energy even more.

In a moment, the bow was filled with his power.

Suddenly, with a loud blast, it exploded, and the shockwave threw Snehwal backward.

Master Jins immediately ran and caught him.

The bow now lay on the ground, but its aura had changed.

It had completely accepted Snehwal as its master.

Then Snehwal picked up the bow and drew the string. A light green arrow appeared on it, made completely from his energy.

Snehwal said happily—

"Master, I did it! This can even injure or kill from a distance."

Jins nodded and said—

"Yes, child, you held it correctly. You should use the sword the same way. And yes, now you understand the rules here."

Snehwal smiled slightly and said—

"Master, you…"

Master Jins showed a slap and said—

"I could also give you a beating."

Then he gave a wooden plate, filled with white energy, and said—

"This holds a secret of arrow technique. This is the first level."

Snehwal asked eagerly—

"Then where is the second level?"

Jins smiled and said—

"The second and third… I don't know where they are."

Snehwal asked again—

"The third too?"

Jins laughed and said—

"Alright, now it's better if Lily trains you. I have some work."

Saying this, he walked away.

The evening had already fallen.

Lily and Snehwal were walking on foot toward Inferna city.

A light argument was going on between them.

Lily said—

"It's not my fault. I just want to give you a good education."

Snehwal gently touched her cheek and said—

"No, no… that was not good at all.

The old man almost took my life."

Lily gently patted his stomach and gave a light punch—

"Ah… it still hurts."

Just then, a loud roar was heard from afar.

Maybe someone was attacking an animal, or the animal itself was screaming in pain.

Both of them pricked up their ears and looked at each other.

Lily said,

"We will have to check… it's still just the nearby forest."

Snehwal, in a weak, tired voice, said—

"I feel like my life is leaving me… I'm so sleepy."

Just then, the sound came again.

Lily's eyes widened, and she said—

"It's really very close to us!"
