It's been two years since Lisa's freedom from the clutches of Slavery, During these times she had to recoup and focused on her health and her magic, She now had a constant source of Magic - Amir's Spell book- and best of all she was travelling with her best friend and Protector, who she thinks she might be in love with. They became Adventure shortly after leaving St. Albans and had travelled through the country. They were currently settling in a residence at York .
'Good morning' Amir said as he rolled and tossed on the mattress which they had shared platonically, the night before. Lisa heated up and went all red, this was her normal reaction recently since she had started sharing a bed with Amir. She quickly stood up and threw on her robe.
'What's the problem? Does my mouth stink that bad?' Amir asked, he sat up alarmed, he exhaled hot air into his palms to catch a whiff of his own breath, his face lightened up when he saw that the reasons for her reaction wasn't his breath after all.
'You always do this every time and i always think it's my breath air chasing you away, it happened one time Lisa, let it go' He complained, but Lisa was simply gazing at nowhere in particular day dreaming.
'Hello?Amir called but she was too far gone to hear this, where was she? And what was she thinking about? He stood up and walked towards her, he quietly tugged her head and Lisa jerked out of her own head.
'Dont be Spacing out so early in the morning ' he said softly and Lisa clasped her hand over her mouth nodded and looked up to gaze at the face of the Creature that was towering over her. He was about 2 feet taller than her and seemed to be adding inches everyday. Lisa absolutely enjoyed this thrill and so does Amir too.
'
'There is a bon fire today, Do you care to attend?' She asked, finally speaking to him, her voice was however muffled as her hands were still strapped over her mouth but when she noticed this, she immediately unhanded her mouth, But Amir grasped what she said already.
'Do you want me to come with you?' Amir was now gazing at her, staring into her soul an activity that Lisa finds enticing.
'I mean.. if you want' she said...she needed to maintain face.
'I will' he answered and quickly hopped on the bed for a second round of sleep.
**************
It's 9:00pm and a Bonfire is about to begin, lights in the city were high and bright waiting for the big fire to be lit up. Lisa and Amir were already out, strolling. Him with his sword grasped over his bosom and she with her medium sized book in her hands. For some reason Amir had received a vision about an attack on Lisa and they had deemed it best to leave thier shelter for "weeping commeth in the night."
The bonfire was lit up and a large bell was tuned to alert people about it. Instantly a great crowd came flooding the streets, valleys, Alleys e.t.c it was all enroute to the Town square.
The festival ensued almost immediately as Welch music began playing, tranbourines, flutes, harps , liquor, dancing all came together to create the Ideal bonfire experience and best believe Lisa wasn't leaving any untouched. She swerved and tussed her hips on the air, dancing in the only way she knew how to-The Egyptian way- and the most attention got to her but it apburtly ended when Amir swiped her away with one swing. He carried her to a corner.
'Oh no, i want more' she said hitting his hard chests.
'You will get more, if you survive the night' Amir said, holding her hands to stop her tantrums, she quickly recollected herself and checked her stash to see if her book was there and thankfully it hadn't been stolen.
Just as she was bobbing her head to the music, she immediately felt something.. something she hadn't felt for the past ten years, The presence of a greater power... One powerful enough to become a deity. She looked around and immediately caught the site of a silver haired woman who wore a veil over her head and a dark dress.
'Certainly overdressed for the event ' she muttered , she was about to shift her gaze away from her when she saw the woman turn to her. She saw the woman smile and she saw her gesture her to follow her as she left the crowd of dancers and celebrants.
'Come Amir, let's go' she said shaking Amir's shoulder lightly to carch his attention, then she hurried off after the woman, Amir followed suit without uttering a word.
They followed the woman through the crowd, out of the Town's square and down an abandoned ally, into a Chapel that was still under construction. She stopped and turned to look at them, they halted on thier tracks too.
'Who are you' Amir yelled, unsheathing his sword and taking a battle stance.
'An other wordly being' the woman sang.
