Chapter 2 - Ch-2 Justice

"Please, stop this… I have children," a man spoke, his voice breaking apart. Grey hair, tattered clothes, and barely any strength left in his arms—yet he clung to the leg of the man in front of him.

No—Not a man, but a plunderer.

A bandit.

He looked up, his arms weak yet fingers tightening in desperation. His wife and son—his everything—were gagged and tied up, along with the rest of the women and children in their village.

THUD

He cried, tears falling like drops in the ocean, utterly useless. The bandit simply kicked him, smashing his nose.

Blood poured like a faucet, yet the man still held tighter. Only after two or three more kicks did he finally fall unconscious.

The bandit spat on him.

Unconscious—just like the rest of them. His eyes wandered over the fallen villagers, and then to the helpless wives.

A cruel, twisted smile emerged.

Turning to his crew, he shouted, "C'mon boys, it's our feast tonight." He happily patted his back.

The crew rejoiced with him. Men and even teenagers nearing adulthood stood in a circle around their leader, expressions lit with twisted debauchery.

"Long live the leader! Long live the leader!" they shouted joyfully.

Yet if one focused hard enough… amongst the sharp steel swords one crew member held… was a tiny reflection.

Two crimson eyes etched themselves on the blade.

Because unlike what the bandits thought—

They weren't alone.

From above, he was watching.

Kyojiro Uchiha had already set his eyes on them.

And one thing the Sharingan did best—

was destroy.

The morning sun continued its arc, its colors shifting from bright yellow, to shimmering orange, to dying red… its heat dwindling as night approached.

What followed next was a feast.

Large bundles of firewood were gathered, birthing a bonfire unlike anything else. The bandits danced merrily around the flames… beside them, the women and children still bound.

Their mouths watered at the roasted boar beside them. Only a few minutes more and it would have been ready.

The bandit leader dragged forward the prettiest girl of the village—a seventeen-year-old who was to be married the next week.

Her eyes were wide like prey before an apex predator. She had screamed, protested, even struck at him, yet hours of resistance had changed nothing.

The bandit leader, a man in his forties, calmly stroked his beard, a lecherous grin fixed to his face."It'll be so fun to enjoy you tonight… this truly is one of the best days of my life." He walked toward her, hand twitching to tear her clothes. "Two of the best things in one day… just my luck."

But then he paused. The girl, terrified enough to wet herself, wasn't looking at him—she was staring at something behind him.

CREAK

He slowly turned around, fists clenched. Whoever you are, I'll kill you for ruining my fun. Yet when he turned—no one. That girl, how dare she—

He spun back, ready to teach her a lesson.

PUCHI

His eyes went wide. Two Sharingan stared back at him. He didn't even know when it happened—but he fell. His body unresponsive.

No… it's not that I've fallen… my head's been decapitated. His eyes remained wide in his final moments, staring at the demon he had never noticed.

If only he had attacked ten minutes later.

Kyojiro turned to the terrified girl, pointing at his forehead protector. "I am a Leaf ninja. Don't worry—you're safe now." Guiding her to the bed, he whispered gently, "Close your eyes and don't come out for ten minutes, okay?"

The girl nodded like a frightened rabbit. Kyojiro smiled faintly before moving out. He already had all the data on the men- five grown and two teenagers left.

His figure rushed out of the tent, wind brushing past as he unsheathed his blade, One man outside the tent.

His katana pierced forward at the unsuspecting guard by the leader's tent.

PUCHI

The man couldn't even scream as steel tore through his larynx. Kyojiro moved forward without hesitation.

Body Flicker.

Chakra enveloped his legs as he sped toward the women and children.

Throwing his katana high into the air, he swiftly weaved familiar hand signs:

Serpent.

Ram.

Monkey.

Boar.

Tiger.

His chakra flared, coating his mouth in a protective layer. A massive fireball erupted, aimed directly at the bonfire.

Let me cook that boar for you quicker.

The fireball struck with a thunderous BOOM, detonating the nearby area.

Four bandits—two men and two teenagers—were killed instantly. The remaining two were flung back by the shockwave.

SHIU

SHIU

Their luck ended as two kunai buried themselves into their hearts.

His Sharingan scanned through the wreckage, searching for any lingering life.

His expression softened. Shoulders sagging, he turned to the frightened women and exhausted children. Kyojiro smiled.

"Don't worry. Leaf ninja." He whispered gently, untying their ropes.

The oldest woman nodded, her parched voice trembling. "Thank you… so much, Sir Ninja."

The rest of the women broke down in tears, clutching their children like precious jewels.

One middle-aged woman cried, "My daughter… she's with the bandit leader."

But Kyojiro hushed her before she could continue. "He's dead, and she's untouched… I promise. Go and see her now."

"Thank you… thank you so much, Mr. Ninja. God bless the Leaf," she sobbed, rushing toward the leader's tent.

Yet before Kyojiro could rejoice—he heard it.

The sound of metal rushing through the air.

SHUI
