Chapter 6 - MR. SECTARY

He walked into the office with that air around him of being able to get anything done. The aura surrounding him made it so that one gave him attention no matter what he says. And this made Madeleine upset in so many ways. Yes.. he was good at his job... Very good actually. She was yet to see him fail in something... Anything! And this made her husband stick to him like glue instead of her, his wife.

It was frustrating to say the least. It was always Zural this... Zural that... And of course, she just found out that he had a name yesterday. He was always referred to as Mr. Sectary, and what a different... Name that was... Catchy even, it rolls out the tongue so smoothly.

He was always neatly and professionally dressed with that annoying glasses and nose mask which she has never seen him without them. It makes her want to tear them off his ugly face and tell him how she really felt on how close he was to her husband.

But was he really ugly?? His physic said otherwise... Even the way he stood was attractive and commanding too. He was quiet fashionable, more so than his boss who has little to no fashion sense at all!

She had heard the rumors of people believing he was very good looking. It made her sick to her stomach so much that she wanted to throw up, but... She couldn't quite place her finger on it... There was a possibility that he could be or he wasn't and she was going to find out. At least let that be a flaw on him that she knew, it would make her feel better.

A small smile crept up her face and found it's way to her lips. It makes no sense that she didn't even know the color of his eyes or structure of his face because of his tainted glasses and nose mask. She was going to find out! Her boring days were over! She stood up from where she sat in the living room and turned to go upstairs only to bump into the object of her thoughts nearly falling over. She looked up and saw tainted glasses and nose mask. She almost cussed out but her nose caught a scent coming off him and it was mesmerizing to say the least. He smelt heavenly... And comforting. Sniffing again she caught the scent of vanilla and...

The sound of someone clearing his throat brought her back to reality. Looking up, she saw a perfectly arched eyebrow raised and the person was looking down at her. Her stomach did something it had not done in a very long time... He looked at her hands and she too followed his gaze, they were resting comfortably on his chest and... Good Lord did they feel great. She quickly pulled them off him, immediately missing the warmth.

Gently he stepped to the side and placed some documents on the center table, turned around, gave a small bow and left.

Hot damn!

This just got real, now she really wanted to know everything about him... Everything!

"He's not ugly..." She thought.
