Chapter 120 - Let's not talk about last night.

The next day arrived swiftly, the golden sun casting an eerie glow over Gabe's face. The warmth seeped through the curtains, coaxing him into a restless turn beneath the sheets before his eyes finally fluttered open.

His body felt weak....heavy and sore all over. He tried to sit up, but the moment he moved, a sharp pain shot through him.

"Ah!" A small, startled cry escaped his lips as he immediately collapsed back onto the bed, breath hitching.

It hurts… Gabe murmured under his breath, his brows knitting together as the sharp ache in his ass nearly brought tears to his eyes. The soreness throbbed relentlessly, as if his body were cruelly reminding him of everything that had happened.

Fragments of last night replayed vividly in his mind.

Heat rushed to his face, his cheeks flushing pink as the memories resurfaced one after another....too clear, too intense. He swallowed hard, his throat suddenly dry.
