Chapter 50 - Chapter 50

In Takumi Yuuya's room.

He set the clothes down, with no intention of leaving.

Yukinoshita Yukino shot him a glare.

"Disgust from Yukinoshita Yukino +30"

Turning her back to him, she started getting dressed.

Once she was ready, she stepped in front of him.

Takumi kissed her on the forehead and opened the door.

Yukino walked out.

Just then, Yui Yuigahama and Hina Ebina appeared.

Yukino's face flushed red, and she looked away.

Hina Ebina smiled.

Yui Yuigahama blinked at the scene.

They didn't speak and headed downstairs.

Takumi watched them leave, leaning close to Yukino's ear:

"Little Yukino, you're so cute when you're shy."

Yukino snorted, stepping on his shoe.

"Ahh!" Takumi yelped, wincing in pain.

Yukino walked ahead, her mood slightly lifted.

Takumi smiled as he watched her back.

Breakfast time.

Takumi saw Shōko Nishinomiya in her maid uniform, bringing the meal.

He pulled out the seat beside him and gestured for her to sit.

Shōko glanced at Yukino.

Yukino nodded.

Shōko then took her seat next to Takumi.

After breakfast, Takumi suggested playing tennis.

He paired up with Yukino.

The other three girls formed the opposing team.

Miura Yumiko immediately agreed.

Hina and Yui exchanged glances, sensing a hint of nostalgia from Yumiko.

In the past, Hayama Hayato's suggestions always had Yumiko raising her hand first.

They headed to the changing room and put on tennis outfits.

At the court, Yukino walked over to Takumi.

They stood opposite each other.

"Little Yukino, you go first. When you get tired, switch with me," Takumi said, stepping aside.

Yukino glanced at him but said nothing.

Miura Yumiko turned to Hina and Yui, who immediately understood and went to Takumi's side.

Miura picked up the tennis ball and looked at Yukino.

"Yukinoshita-san, can we have a serious match?"

"Sure," Yukino replied.

She knew Yumiko's tennis skills well.

Takumi watched the two girls.

Their match had actually triggered the system mechanics.

The difference was, Yumiko no longer felt competitive animosity.

From the first serve, Yukino displayed overwhelming skill.

Yumiko quickly fell behind.

But… Yukino's stamina wasn't great.

Yumiko noticed Yukino slowing down and seized the chance to counterattack.

In the end, they tied the score.

Yukino struggled to control her breathing.

Yumiko held the ball but didn't serve.

She glanced at Hina and Yui.

"Hina, Yui, I need a break."

Yukino froze.

By the time she reacted, Takumi was already by her side.

"This isn't a real competition."

Yukino understood and walked over to Yumiko.

"You're amazing," Yumiko said.

"You're amazing too, Yukinoshita-san. You just need more stamina. If your endurance were like mine, you could easily beat me," Yumiko smiled.

Hearing that, Yukino looked at Takumi.

Could his training actually enhance physical abilities? If she learned it, could she gain the stamina of someone like Yumiko?

After tennis, they all went to the lakeside—a perfect spot for fishing.

Shōko brought the fishing rods.

Takumi set up a chair and invited her to sit beside him.

She instinctively looked at Yukino.

Takumi blocked her view and pulled out the notepad.

Shōko read the note:

"Little Yukino is my girlfriend, but she's not the mistress of this place. Don't worry about her. Just listen to me—you're my girlfriend."

She hesitated.

Takumi flipped to the first page.

Shōko glanced and finally sat down.

Takumi put away the notepad and held her small hand.

Yukino glanced once and then looked away.

Takumi turned to the other three girls.

"If you each catch three fish, you get a lottery draw. Ten prizes, ranging from 10,000 yen to 100,000 yen."

The three girls perked up, concentrating.

In the end, all of them caught three fish.

A maid brought a box for the lottery.

They drew and received three envelopes.

"Takumi-kun, you actually put money directly in here!" Hina exclaimed, opening hers—100,000 yen.

"How would I know what you'd like? Money is easier," Takumi said, smiling.

"I'll gladly take it then."

"If you don't, I won't dare invite you next time."

"Affection from Hina Ebina +30"

She smiled, pocketing the envelope, and glanced at her friends.

Yumiko didn't open hers, just kept it.

Yui, seeing everyone accept theirs, quietly put hers in her pocket too.

After lunch, Takumi suggested going to the beach.

They agreed and went to the changing room.

Yumiko blushed slightly at her chosen swimsuit.

Hina wore a white swimsuit and quickly came out.

Takumi waited in the corridor, watching Hina approach.

He took a moment to appraise her, but she didn't mind, smiling as she reached him.

"Takumi-kun, I guess every envelope had 100,000 yen inside?"

"You understood my point?"

"Yes, I won't stop you."

"Good. Thank you, Hina. There will be envelopes for the next activity too."

"Yumiko definitely won't refuse. As long as I agree, Yui will come too, right?"

"Talking to smart girls is easy," Takumi said with a nod.

Hina pushed up her glasses.

"I originally planned to graduate high school, get into a good university, and find a solid job."

"Now I've changed my mind."

"I want to attend the same university as them and continue being their friend."

"Takumi-kun, do you think I'm—"

Takumi shook his head.

"You're not a bad person. You see opportunities and act smartly. You haven't hurt anyone—you're just using your connection with me to gain some benefits."

"Thank you for understanding, Takumi-kun."

"You won't need a job after university. You can come straight into my company."

"Okay."

"Of course, if you don't want to work hard, you can be my assistant instead."

Hina smiled.

"Takumi-kun, you even have plans for me… looks like you really are terrible."

Takumi looked at the door of the changing room.

"A smart girl like you can definitely become a great ally. And I can provide both money and opportunities."
