Theodore's POV
Becky appeared cornered at first, but then she straightened her spine and took a deliberate breath. Her voice gained confidence as she spoke.
"After Luna Seraphine defeated Amy and Edric, it became obvious to me that she must have received extensive warrior training in her previous pack. How else could someone fight back against wolves with superior bloodlines?"
My jaw tightened. This woman was playing a calculated game, trying to destroy Seraphine's reputation piece by piece. But I would not allow her to succeed.
"Is that so?" I asked, my voice deceptively calm as I leaned forward in my chair. "And exactly how would you know this? Did you have a conversation with Alpha Nash about it? Or perhaps you spoke with your dear friend Tiara? What kind of lies did they fabricate this time?"
Kill her now, Federico snarled inside my mind, his rage barely contained.
