That's right—Tobirama Senju was currently injured, and quite severely at that.

His right abdomen was bleeding continuously, the blood loss alarmingly excessive.

Combined with the demand he'd just made, the situation was most likely this...

Not long ago, he'd battled some formidable enemy. Both suffered heavy casualties, but he held considerable advantage, so the enemy chose to flee while he pursued from behind.

The chase led through twists and turns to this deep mountain camp, so Tobirama Senju assumed his enemy was hiding here.

As someone with exceptional chakra sensing abilities and great confidence in his perception, Tobirama's assumption was quite reasonable.

Reasonable—except it didn't match reality.

He urgently needed to eliminate his enemy, or all previous efforts would be wasted.

Under these circumstances, if this camp's wandering shinobi chose to harbor his target, he would undoubtedly take hostile action.

Tobirama Senju ignored Yūshin's meaningless and hypocritical concern and reminder, merely repeating:

"I'll say it once more—hand over the person. It benefits us both."

Yūshin thought to himself that their "benefit" wouldn't just be staying alive, would it? He sighed and said:

"Everyone in the camp is right here. If the person you're seeking isn't among them, then you've simply come to the wrong place."

Verbal persuasion was impossible—both sides had zero trust. Only when one party was lying down would ears—those organs growing on heads—resume functioning. The current question was: who should lie down?

While speaking, Yūshin signaled his clansmen to retreat. They needn't participate in the coming conflict, or they'd only get splattered with blood.

"Seems we can't reach an agreement."

If possible, Tobirama Senju still hoped the other party would directly comply with his demand. Now it appeared he'd have to waste more energy.

Yūshin said nothing more. The atmosphere grew visibly tense, while others withdrew as far as possible at his request.

Tobirama Senju didn't intervene—he welcomed others leaving the battle. In his view, as long as he controlled the captain before him, everything here would fall under his control.

To actually dare face him alone—did they think an injured Senju lacked strength? That was truly...

Commendable courage.

Yūshin's eyes locked tightly on his opponent. The next moment, Tobirama Senju's fingers gripping the large tachi's hilt suddenly tightened! Yūshin caught only a flash of cold light, instinctively swinging forward the kunai somehow already gripped in his hand.

Clang!

Instantly blades crossed, sparks flying.

Yūshin subconsciously pressed his lips tight. Tobirama Senju's speed was far too fast. If he hadn't maintained high mental concentration and anticipated the opponent's speed, this single strike alone would have severely wounded him.

Current Tobirama Senju naturally couldn't have completed Flying Thunder God development—Yūshin faced merely his superb Body Flicker Technique.

Moreover, Tobirama Senju wasn't just fast. Shinobi skilled in speed often give the illusion of weak strength, their strikes feeling light and floating, but Tobirama Senju was clearly different.

After his attack was blocked, he showed no surprise, merely pressing down with both wrists gripping the sword hilt. The next moment, Yūshin felt the force transmitted through the blade suddenly intensify.

Could only say he was worthy of being that man's younger brother. Though Tobirama Senju's physical qualities weren't as outrageous as his elder brother's, his physique was definitely one-in-ten-thousand level.

Combining both strength and speed, Yūshin couldn't help internally complaining: wouldn't it be better for you to become berserkers? Why must you insist on being shinobi?

Direct confrontation seemed more difficult than imagined. Yūshin's thoughts turned instantly, immediately deciding to adopt more efficient combat methods.

He could judge that the opponent only wanted to control him, not directly kill, so he felt that even adopting "flanking tactics," the risk remained within controllable ranges.

Subsequently, he acted as if unable to resist the opponent's strength, his entire person losing balance under pressure, staggering backward.

Tobirama Senju immediately used Body Flicker to dodge, his figure appearing on Yūshin's retreat path. One hand effortlessly twisted Yūshin's arms behind his back, the other hand pressing the long blade's edge against Yūshin's neck.

Seeing the battle situation suddenly reverse, the camp members who'd just escaped attempted to return for rescue. Fortunately, they immediately received Yūshin's eye signal, thus avoiding a well-intentioned disaster.

"All right, don't move. Hand over the person..."

While speaking, Tobirama Senju's gaze moved downward, inadvertently noticing the large scroll Yūshin carried on his back.

More precisely, he saw the Sarutobi Clan emblem on the scroll.

"Sarutobi Clan scroll... Wait, what's your relationship with the Sarutobi?"

Unlike small shinobi clans that might perish overnight, major clans often had long histories and possibilities of long-term existence. This possibility was precisely the foundation for maintaining relatively stable relationships between them...

Possibly long-term hostile relationships, possibly relatively moderate or even friendly relationships.

For example, the Senju Clan and Sarutobi Clan—their bilateral relationship remained very good.

Regardless, major clans faced much more stable external environments than small clans.

Tobirama Senju had only pursued by chance into this forest, discovering this hidden wandering shinobi camp. No matter how he thought about it, people here couldn't possibly connect with the Sarutobi Clan.

Therefore, he appeared somewhat surprised after seeing this emblem.

However, he overthought it. Yūshin's relationship with the Sarutobi Clan couldn't be called completely unrelated—could only be called a robber-and-robbed relationship.

Yūshin didn't answer this question, merely muttering quietly: "Truly Body Flicker Technique far exceeding general standards. Though our ages are similar, how did you train it?"

This irrelevant response made Tobirama Senju react—now wasn't the time to consider the Sarutobi Clan.

Thinking this, Tobirama Senju's chakra suddenly erupted, brutal force squeezing until Yūshin's bones creaked. He attempted to force Yūshin's compliance through inflicted torment.

"Stop the nonsense. Hand over the person."

"I've said it before—there's definitely no one you want to find here. We don't even know whether your target is male or female." Yūshin continued very patiently explaining.

Tobirama Senju felt somewhat strange. This person was clearly controlled by him, life and death hanging on his single thought, yet why did the opponent show no panic whatsoever?

Soon, his confusion received an answer.

Tobirama Senju naturally didn't believe Yūshin's words. Just as he prepared to adopt stricter measures, he suddenly felt the world spinning, strength and consciousness rapidly leaving his body.

Yūshin's unhurried voice reached his ears again...

"Relax. Dizziness is normal—you've lost too much blood."
