It was an obvious choice, without hesitation he picked [CONQUEROR]
A surge of power rush through his entire being, as all his current people feel, and they know, this power come from their new leader making their doubts disappear replaced by a whisper of promise as long as they remain loyal they growth will not stop just there.
With that done, Jacob then began to plan the next step of this tribe, he thought to maybe migrate them to his Den but decided against it, as there is not enough resources there, maybe rocks but it's more for building than actual survival.
With it, he goes out of the village and decided to patrol the surroundings since he killed almost all the warrior of this tribe it is currently unguarded. He will also try to find prey that could maybe increase his stats since weak monster won't do any longer, sad about the cap of the system but it makes sense also since if there aren't any, he could become a god just by slaying billions of ants.
For hours of patrolling, ignoring small animal that would not be a treat to the goblins, he then stumbles upon a beetle as usual, bigger than normal it is a rhinoceros beetle as big as an actual rhino. And it eats rocks and trees seeing all the foliage and rocks around eat are full of bite mark and it is currently eating and entire tree.
With no hesitation Jacob jumb down form the branch he is onto directly towards the beetle.
Sensing danger it lifted its head towards Jacob and then received his attack head on, fist hitting its horn. A shockwave eminated from the impact but the beetles horn shattered and its head caved in. Green blood splutter all over Jacob. It died in a single strike.

It died with a single strike and Jacob didn't even use his full strength as he just wants to incapacitate it, he wants to tame that beetle. Jacob dreams of riding one oneday.

With new motivation he eagerly patrol the area again hoping to encounter another one.
Yet to his bad luck, he never did.
He goes back to the village and he see Lupak waiting again at the front of his hut holding what he could think, a tray of food.
{Hey, is that for me?} He said appearing at his back.
Lupak jumbs back panickly but surprisingly the food stay stable in his hand.

Jacob look at the food and he couldn't help but salivate. He knows it was prepared with utmost care. The smell alone almost made him gobble the food immediately but he stop himself as he has a new image to maintain. Regaining his composture he then order.

As soon as Lapuk leave, he immediately grab the food and started eating. Now that there is no one watching he didn't care about etiquette anymore.
After his food and a quick nap. Jacob finds Lapuk again outside his hut and this time he question him.

After awhile Goblins begun to gather infront of him then after 30 minutes Lapuk reported that everyone is here.

And he didn't like the names so without any consideration for the goblins he begus renaming them.
The first is Jethan, which a close friend of Lapuk and also a one of the best warrior that is currently alive.
The second is Joey also an elite warrior bigger than even Lapuk which is 5'7 one of the biggest goblin
The third isn't a warrior but a nurse of this little village which he named Hannah
The fourth was a craftsman which he named Von, he was also the oldest, a middleaged goblin
Then last he picked was a little goblin, it only stand almost a meter tall, he was the best scout Lapuk told him.
With that he said.

Lapuk you will be the captain of Guard division, you are resposible for maintaining peace in this village you have permission from me to recruit from anyone from any division , and also patrolling the surrounding area Jethan will be your vice captain.
Joey, will be the captain of Training Division, you are resposible for training new soldiers and select you own vice captain.
Hannah will be the head of Medical Division, your job is to research medicine and teach it to those who is willing to learn.
Von will be the head of builder division, your job is to build weapons, and craft item for the village}
With that done and Jacob detailing more about their responsibilities, a problem also appear. Food. They lack farmers, and they lack farm. The goblins live by hungting and foraging the forest but that won't be sustainable at the long run.
So he began to plan out as early on the food production. But since goblin never plant before he has to lead them himself which he too didn't know much.
