Discussing all the planned to this creature was never easy. So, the first thing he tried to impmement to them was to how long do goblins reproduce.

But the fact that it would take years nick him. He couldn't wait that long. Instead he commanded Joey to gathers able goblins to scout any civilization near the village, which they are aware of two, the orc tribe and another goblin tribe.
He decided to visits the said tribes himself and add them to his cost. He can't afford to bring his current subjects to war, he didn't want to dwindle their numbers more than he already had.
So with ever growing confidence he goes first to the nearest tribe, the goblin tribe which was a day of running.
The tribe wasn't as big as the first one, it's population base on the houses he could see so far were merely of tenth of thousands. Maybe 30,000 which he could walk through without much effort.
Just like the first tribe, he intends to talk to them first giving them a chance. And of course, he brings the head of the previous leader of Lapuk's which he himself approvef of.

Gasp and all the goblin stepped back, how could they not recognize the face of leader of their neighboring tribe.
The tribe leader look at it longer than he shoulf and take a deep breath.

After 4 hours all the goblins pack their things and ready to move out.
Guiding them making sure no large predator treatened the tribe, which takes three days for all the stop. It was expected of a large group of people travelling. Though the tribe have carriages it wasn't enough for its entire people. So it was used instead tl load all of the goblins resources, and there was carriages dedicated for the old and young goblins.
After 3 days they arrive at the tribe, there was enough house for everyone and still thousands more remain empty.
Gathering is council. They talk about the information they have about the orcs. Most of them are wild and has low intelligence than the goblins. But they live and pack and they are huge. Joey didn't discover new civilization but instead mapped out all the monster den nearby. And there are alot of them.
A week later, with the preparation for the war, Jacob inteded now to bring his little army hence, the long preparation, but he was never idle. He trains with proper weapon, a sword which weilded by Talapang, worn but it was a thousand more better than bones and rocks.
All his fight so far was him following his instincs. He never truly know how to swing a weapon properly so he decided that Talapang trains him along will all able warrior. The food wasn't the issue as hunting big animal for him was never a problem. The goblins also know how to farm and the soil in Uruk was the most fertile land they know of it was a no wonder why it can sustain almost 50,000 goblins.
According to Lapuk the Orcs tribe was 2 days worth of running but if they decided to march an army it would take a week.
He has 15,000 goblin warriors in total. Poorly equiped but he couldn't help it.
He appointed 5,000 goblins to guard Uruk, while the 7,000 will attack the Orc tribe along with him, and the remaining 3,000 goblins will secure the supply line and will become a reinforcement if need be. But Jacob is confident that his army was enough.
Unlike the Goblins orc has lower reproduction making its population mere 10,000 and only 2,000 of it would probably warriors.
Their houses were much bigger than the goblin, but they have no walls.
They stoof almost 7ft tall and a larger one will be 8ft. Talapang said that it will take 30 goblins to take down a single orc. With its thick hide and strength a single punch of it will send a goblin to the heaven. The only way why 30 goblins could bring down an orc is because they are adept i poison. Luckily, his endurance was so high to ignore it.
A week of marching and a day of resting, all the goblins coat their weapon with poison.
{Guys, are you ready? Your job was to surround the area and take down all the orcs that will manage to escape, I will charge alone}Jacob said.
The Goblins mood was lifted, they already made uo their mind that they will die in this operation.
Jacob seeng this laughed.
{Okay surround the area. I will head there now}
Jacob then charge towards the nearest orc and punch it will all his might.
The orc lunched like a bullet and pierced a dozen of house killing 6 orcs along with it.
