On May 21, the Billboard Music Awards were held at Madison Square Garden in New York.
"Last night, Madison Square Garden was packed with stars. Even JAY-Z, who rarely attends award shows, appeared together with 50-Cent, and the two performed their newest single. His wife, Beyoncé, also delivered a stunning performance. Oh, and Britney Spears was there too, I almost thought I was watching an award show from 2004. But… unfortunately, even though Miss Spears' hair has finally grown back and she has reconciled with the Billboard Awards, she is no longer the center of attention."
"The new generation of artists has begun taking over. Eighteen-year-old Tennessee country girl Taylor Swift and the Jonas Brothers created the first major high point of the night with their joint performance. Both will be releasing the second albums of their careers this year. Swift's recent single 'Should've Said No' has been dominating the top spot on the country charts."
"Later, the Disney Princess Miley Cyrus and the UCLA Snoopy took the stage, igniting the loudest cheers of the evening. Their duet, currently a chart-topping single, had the entire audience singing along. This sweet love-song has become a favorite among teenagers and even urban office workers. Snoopy himself, thanks to his looks, talent, and athletic achievements, is becoming a rising idol among young fans. Rumor has it multiple music labels are fighting to sign him."
"Despite rapper Snoop Dogg claiming before the show that he intended to confront the Snoopy about copyright issues, looking fierce and ready for a showdown… backstage footage showed the two Snoops talking and laughing like old friends. Word even spread that they might collaborate in the future."
"However, the biggest news of the night wasn't the two Snoops getting along. It was that a reporter photographed three Disney Princesses, the Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift, and Snoopy together at a nightclub in New York afterward."
"Reports say a heated argument broke out during the outing. The Snoopy looked furious. He clashed with the Jonas Brothers physically and pinned all three of them into the corner of a sofa. Only after Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift intervened did he walk away."

Watching MTV's special report on television, Daphne felt her head pounding.
She stared at Snoopy's innocent expression beside her.
"So you went to ONE award show… and this many things happened? You actually got into a fight with a bunch of pop idols because of the NBA Draft? Aren't you being childish?"
Snoopy shot her a look.
"You really believe Disney's version of the story? Do I look that stupid to you?"
"Otherwise what?" Daphne spread her hands. "Why else would you fight them? Don't expect me to believe it was a game, those Jonas boys ended up in the hospital last night. Today all three of them are wearing hats and masks. You sure didn't go easy on them!"
"To me, it was a ridiculous little game. They dragged me into drama that had nothing to do with me. The Jonas brothers were acting crazy, taking shots at me and saying disrespectful things. I had no other way to shut them up, so I pinned them all in the corner. As for the bumps on their heads, well, I'm sorry, but I didn't know the nightclub sofas in New York were built like steel frames."
Snoopy spoke irritably.
Honestly, he never wanted to attend that pointless gathering. The relationships among the seven other people were way too tangled.
And he had been forced into the mix, officially as Miley Cyrus's boyfriend. Her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas was there. His new girlfriend, Selena Gomez, was Miley's "best friend." Another "best friend," Taylor Swift, was in a vague almost-relationship with Joe Jonas. And yet another "best friend," Demi, had been openly expressing interest in Joe Jonas as well.
It was the kind of situation where one poorly chosen sentence could set the whole place on fire.
At some point, Snoopy's brain glitched, and he said something strange to Taylor Swift:
"I'd be happy to be your friend… but I would never want to be your ex-boyfriend."
That sentence instantly made Joe Jonas suspicious.
Then Demi chimed in innocently,
"So… does that mean you want to be Taylor's current boyfriend?"
That set Joe's jealousy ablaze. As the face of the Jonas Brothers, he began throwing rude comments.
Kevin Jonas joined in, criticizing Snoopy's song 'Just the Way You Are' as having "no musical logic."
Meanwhile, Nick Jonas was kindly reminding Miley Cyrus that "basketball players are usually players in real life too."
The whole scene spiraled into chaos.
After saying "Please shut up" three times and being ignored, Snoopy decided to use non-violent but very effective means:
With his strength, he gathered all three brothers and shoved them together into the corner of the sofa, then opened a $500 bottle of Hennessy and poured it over their heads while muttering:
"Wash your faces. You bunch of fake boy-band clowns."
After hearing their yelps and with Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift tugging at him, Snoopy finally let them go.
"This barely counts as a conflict. The entertainment media is exaggerating," Snoopy said, standing up and brushing it off.
He headed upstairs.
Ding-dong!
The phone he'd left on the sofa vibrated with a new message.
Daphne instinctively picked it up and read:
'I definitely won't let you become my ex-boyfriend.', Taylor Swift
Only then did she realize it wasn't her phone.
She frowned deeply. How did he end up involved with Taylor Swift too?
"So… Taylor Swift really did pat him on the butt?"
