Chapter 5: Electro and Coulson's Visit
Electro, Max Dillon.
To be honest, although Nathan Hawke had the answer in his heart after summoning him, there were some versions of Electro King and Electro.
The Electro King of Ultimate Spider-Man before him, Max Dillon.
Was more in line with Nathan Hawke's needs.
Undoubtedly, one of them was body energy transformation.
Summoning Max Dillon, Nathan Hawke also felt the quiet changes in his body.
It was also fortunate that it wasn't the other Electro King.
Red Skull's son, Reinhold Schmidt.
Otherwise, Nathan Hawke really wouldn't know how to accept him, or rather, deal with him.
In fact, Nathan Hawke also didn't know if these summoned villains were completely loyal to him.
Just like the characters summoned in system-flow novels, they are 100% loyal.
In that case, Nathan Hawke wouldn't have to keep a stern face.
"You're Max Dillon, right? Welcome to this World."
"Who exactly are you?" Max Dillon looked at the two people in front of him warily. At this moment, his body had absolutely no electricity.
He was just a slightly stronger ordinary person.
"The Invisible Man, explain the situation, and also our plan. He's also part of the Superheroes program. Oh, and his ability is to absorb Electrical Energy and control electricity. For now, don't let him absorb electricity."
Nathan Hawke didn't want him to blow out all the electricity in the park.
"Then take him to see Wesker."
As for why, of course, it was to extract the blood of every Super Villain.
"Yes, boss." The Invisible Man looked at Max Dillon with a grin.
"Hey, buddy. Don't look so glum. You're out of power now, right? After this is done, I'll take you out to have some fun, and I guarantee you'll be fully charged instantly."
"Have some fun?" Max Dillon frowned. He didn't touch drugs.
"That's right, pale bodies, intense collisions." The Invisible Man raised an eyebrow, giving him a look that all men understood.
In no time, Max Dillon was dragged away by The Invisible Man.
"Is it alright?"
Super V, Andre's voice came.
"He just wants a companion, just like you did back then," Nathan Hawke said without looking back.
"Ah, so that's it." Andre, hearing this, suddenly felt a sense of empathy. He also felt a little envious of The Invisible Man.
"You can go if you want to," Nathan Hawke's voice came.
Andre's face lit up with joy.
Then he straightened, "No, I fought today and found I still have some shortcomings. I'll go back and train. " After saying that, he flew away without waiting for Nathan Hawke to speak.
Nathan Hawke shook his head, this guy.
The next day.
It was undoubtedly a huge carnival for journalists.
They had attended the press conference hosted by Stark early.
And in the midst of this, countless news media were already reporting online and offline, vying to be the first to cover news about Iron Man, Super V, and Obadiah Stane.
Coulson and Tony Stark's Military friend Rhodes arrived.
The two looked at the scene with great headaches.
"If you ask me, yesterday's matter should have been left to our Military to handle."
Coulson didn't answer his question, but instead changed the subject: "Let's help Tony solve this trouble."
But Rhodes was relentless and continued, "So have you found anything?"
"Let's talk about that later." Coulson, laughing it off, quickly left, not wanting to continue talking with Rhodes.
Watching the press conference on TV, Nathan Hawke realized.
This World had finally changed because of his arrival.
Because Obadiah Stane did not die, Tony Stark's current announcement was somewhat different from what he remembered.
But when it came to the identity of Iron Man.
That iconic, fiery, and explosive scene still appeared.
"I'm Iron Man."
The headlines, news, and streets in the following days were filled with all kinds of information about Tony Stark, Iron Man.
The most outrageous was a tabloid news story.
A certain woman spent a night with Tony Stark but didn't use protection.
Unexpectedly, she had his child.
"Shock: Iron Man's illegitimate child?"
Nathan Hawke looked at the report in the newspaper in his hand, speechless.
But then again.
Among the transmigrators at the beginning of Marvel, there were many relatives or direct descendants of Tony Stark.
For example: uncles, aunts, sisters, brothers, godfathers, sons-in-law, sons, daughters, foster fathers, etc., etc... In short, all sorts of diverse ways to claim kinship with Tony Stark.
Perhaps next time I can tell Justin Hammer this story.
(Justin Hammer: Everyone can also come and claim kinship with me, I am very willing. After all, you have golden fingers. Take me to show off, take me to fly.)
Putting down the newspaper in his hand, he tapped the mahogany table with his right hand.
The Superheroes Project was also time to start implementing.
On the other side.
According to the Superheroes Project that Nathan Hawke was preparing to implement.
S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Coulson also discovered anomalies within the Hawke Group.
"Superheroes Project? What the hell is that?" Coulson confusedly took the intelligence handed to him by his subordinate.
"Isn't the Hawke Group selling daily necessities? Or are they planning to launch daily necessities with Superheroes cartoon characters?"
"For example: Superheroes hand warmers, Superheroes sanitary napkins."
The subordinate next to him couldn't help but laugh at the humorous remark.
Only the Agent who handed over the intelligence had a somewhat pale face, wasn't Coulson's remark a slap in his face?
He could only point to a Superheroes name in the intelligence.
"Super V?"
Looking at the name in the intelligence, Coulson looked at the Agent and questioned, "What exactly is going on?"
The Agent immediately straightened up and said, "According to intelligence, the Hawke Group is preparing to launch Superheroes."
Hearing the Agent's words, Coulson immediately asked seriously, "Is the intelligence accurate? The Hawke Group is preparing to launch Superheroes?"
"The intelligence is accurate, and it can even be said that the Hawke Group never intended to hide the news. They even sent out invitations and invited most of the news media."
Looking at the names of the Superheroes in his hand.
Coulson's face was ashen.
Super V, The Invisible Man, Electro (Electro King's Superheroes name was rejected by both Nathan Hawke and Electro King).
After Electro arrived in this new World, he wanted to break with the past. Being a Superheroes was much better than being a Super Villain. Now he had the ability to enjoy a wealthy life while also being a Superheroes. He would go crazy with anyone who tried to destroy his beautiful dream.
This meant that the Hawke Group had at least three individuals with superpowers, which made Coulson frown tightly. He immediately dialed a series of numbers.
"If you're calling about the Hawke Group's Superheroes project, then don't bother. Now, immediately, go and see Nathan Hawke! Now!" A deafening voice came from the phone.
"Alas~"
A dejected Coulson could only get into his beloved car and drive to the Hawke Group, listening to his subordinate's report on Nathan Hawke's personal information through his earpiece.
Nathan Hawke's office door was knocked.
Then the door automatically opened, and Secretary Jenny stepped forward and said.
"Boss, a man named Coulson, who claims to be an Agent from the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division, has requested a meeting. I confirmed with the New York Police Department, to whom we've donated supplies, that such an organization exists."
The Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division is an agency involved in national security, defense construction, Military training, and other aspects. Its main responsibility is to formulate and implement national homeland strategic defense and attack plans, as well as to ensure the logistical support of the Military.
"Let him in."
"Okay, boss."
After Jenny left, Coulson walked in shortly after.
A bit bald, that was Nathan Hawke's first impression.
"Hello, I'm Agent Coulson from the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division." Coulson showed a very cordial smile and shook hands with Nathan Hawke.
"Hello, Nathan Hawke."
He invited Coulson to sit down.
"What would you like to drink?"
Coulson immediately replied, "If possible, a cup of black tea with half a spoon of sugar."
Nathan Hawke pressed a button nearby and said, "One iced lemon tea, one black tea with half a spoon of sugar."
After the drinks arrived.
Nathan Hawke took a sip of lemon tea and began to ask, "I wonder what you, Coulson, represent your organization for?"
Coulson took a sip of black tea and then said, "It's about your Superheroes project."
"Superheroes Project?"
"Yes," Coulson said seriously.
"Then you can wait a little longer. The Hawke Group will soon hold a press conference about the Superheroes Project. You'll be able to see the heroes then," Nathan Hawke replied with a smile.
"Are they controllable?"
This thought appeared in Coulson's mind, but he absolutely dared not voice it.
He could only continue Nathan Hawke's words, saying, "I came for your invitation. I also want a good seat to watch these Superheroes' invincible postures up close."
Nathan Hawke suddenly realized, "So that's how it is."
He immediately instructed Jenny to arrange a very good seat for Coulson to watch.
At this point, there was nothing more to talk about.
After exchanging a few innocuous pleasantries, Coulson bid farewell and left.
After Coulson left, The Invisible Man, equipped with an invisibility suit, appeared.
"His clothes contain eavesdropping devices, cameras, and weapons that passed security checks." The high-tech devices embedded in the invisibility suit immediately scanned the small items inside Coulson's clothing.
This invisibility suit was developed jointly by Scientists from Stark's weapons research department, who were poached.
"Do you need me to follow him and find their base?" The Invisible Man asked.
"No need, Wesker has already gone to do it."
Wesker had been targeted by S.H.I.E.L.D. before because of the somewhat improper methods he used to establish the Umbrella Corporation.
Therefore, S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents were already stationed in less important positions within the Umbrella Corporation.
And this Agent also exposed his and S.H.I.E.L.D.'s location.
The virus in Wesker's body was no joke.
He could tell by the smell how many people with ulterior motives had come to his company.
"Get ready for the press conference's debut."
Listening to Nathan Hawke's words.
The Invisible Man nodded, then showed a displeased expression and said, "That Tony Stark has been dominating the headlines these past few days. I've been annoyed with him for a long time. Now it's finally our turn."
The Invisible Man's remark made Nathan Hawke wonder if this guy was trying to express his loyalty to him.
