Mount Cheonliang
Baki brought Sujin to their base. Thankfully, he had arrived in time. Otherwise, he couldn't even imagine what that bastard would have done to Sujin.
"Huh? Why is the base so empty? Where did everyone go?" Baki wondered as he found the entire base deserted.
He entered their burned-down hut and pulled out a chair. "You sit here, okay?" Baki gestured toward Sujin.
Then he approached the half-melted trunk and tugged at the bonnet. It seemed stuck. He ripped it open. "Whew! Thank God. Let's just hope nothing's burned!"
BANG!
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Vin Jin roared as he burst open the door. Then he saw the bruises on Sujin.
Tears began streaming down Vin Jin's face. "You're joking, right? This isn't funny one bit. Why would you joke around like this? The kids must be tired from having to act all day."
Vin Jin grabbed Baki's collar. "So tell me right now! THIS IS ALL SOME FUCKING SICK JOKE!!!"
Sujin clutched Vin Jin's clothes from behind. He looked back to find tears falling uncontrollably from her eyes. Vin Jin grew frightened, thinking he might have scared her. He immediately cried out, "Don't cry! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare you!"
But Sujin hugged Vin Jin directly and sobbed, "Oppa, Baki-hyung saved me! Waah! I was so scared! I thought I would die...!"

A few minutes later
"So you're saying that fucking bastard Taejin tried to harm Sujin?!" After hearing the whole story, Vin Jin immediately jumped up to find Taejin, but Baki grabbed him and pulled him back down.
"Geez! You don't need to search for him anymore. He should be in some hospital getting treated." Baki rubbed his forehead.
Thud-thud-thud… thud-thud-thud…
The Cheonliang crew returned to the base with Seongji. They all noticed the bruises on Sujin, but they'd already heard about it from Jewoo.
Baki noticed the gloomy atmosphere. He asked, "Hey, what's with the long faces? And where's that loudmouth Jewoo?"
Tears began forming in Mary Kim's eyes. "Baki-hyung...! Jewoo's admitted in the ICU! All of his bones were mangled."
Baki's anger surged after hearing this. "I should have just killed that bastard!"
Seongji placed a hand on his shoulder to calm him down.
Mary Kim also calmed down. Then she went towards Sujin.
"You guys go outside, I will tend her wounds."
Everyone left the hut one by one.

Six days later
"Teacher, do you really have to go?" Jewoo asked as he stood supported by crutches.
Seongji ruffled his hair. "You guys have grown up now. In a few days, you'll all be high schoolers. You can't always waste your time here like this, right?"
The Cheonliang fam cried out together, "We don't waste our time here, Teacher! Every moment we spent here is a precious memory!"
Meanwhile, Baki returned with Vin Jin and Sujin from their house, carrying luggage. Seeing the sad atmosphere, he tried to lighten it.
"Tch! Grown-ass men and women crying like this? Seems Seongji has spoiled you guys. It's not like we're leaving forever. We can always come back. Who knows—maybe you guys will be the ones to visit us next."
Everyone looked at Baki. They understood that he was trying to lighten their mood. They also noticed Vin Jin and Sujin carrying luggage—mostly Vin Jin, who carried everything like a coolie.
"Are Vin Jin and Sujin leaving with you guys, Teacher?" Mary Kim asked.
Seongji nodded. "Yes, they will. Staying here would be too cruel for Sujin after what happened. Vin Jin and Sujin don't have any family either, so we can't just leave them alone."
Tears began appearing in the boys' eyes, hidden behind their sunglasses. Jewoo, Taebong, Wooseok, and Hyungjae all looked at Vin Jin and shouted, "CHEONLIANG FAM WILL ALWAYS WAIT FOR YOU TO RETURN, VIN JIN!"
Vin Jin quickly wiped away the tears that had begun forming in his eyes. "I'll be returning soon, you bastards! Make sure you can keep up with me. Next time you see me, I'll be a hell of a lot stronger!"
Then he looked at Mary and said, "And I'll also defeat you, Ele—Mary." Vin Jin quickly changed what he was about to say midway.
Seeing this, everyone laughed together.
