Blake could only stifle a slight laugh at this interaction between the two sisters as all and she just that's smile at the blonde boy comment before as he was dragged away from them but he was right and as with this girl ruby yes this is why reason they are here to make a difference that's what a huntsman is about.

The roof of the forest made it hard to see anything below it, likely on purposes so students like her just couldn't aim for the temple right away as Yang laughed and cheered while launching herself through the air, using her gauntlets. As When suddenly Alice breezed past her as yawning a little at her, and while riding on his daggers in their combined form like they were a skateboard, using Wind dust to keep his speed up She's glared a little and then flung herself even further ahead as while Alice let up on his dust usage as he still needed some for as what's was to come and started to slow himself down as landing quite a ways back from where Yang landed as sliding into the ground on his daggers as before hopping off them as kicking them up into the air which separated them and it has then catching as just them both now walking forward as Yang landed on the ground with a roll. As Alice walked for what felt like forever"Yang ?!" She called out as hoping to find her, but had no such luck. "Dammit. i shouldn't have egged her on. Now What's am I gonna do?" It was then that she heard the roar of a vicious animal in the distance as then she's started

sprinted forward and saw an unexpectedly sight A girl hanging by her foot from a tree. Her hair was blue her eyes a deep yellow and her skin was fairly pale. It was hard to tell because the fact as she was upside down. But her hair was done up in a short ponytail She wore a bulky blue turtleneck jacket along with a short black skirt that was worn over a pair of black shorts as She seemed to be stuck to the tree by her foot as Her boot notably had a blade coming out of it that's Alice could only assume was a weapon and Without a moment's hesitation Alice was up at the tree and offered a hand.

As She's took his hand and corrected herself. "I could have landed myself neater." the girl groaned, looking down and noticing as that the large feral badger bear she's just had attracted was growling. "So You got a name then ?" Alice asked her."Erika's." she's stated. "I'm Alice" she smiled to her now before the two then leaped off the tree and at the badger bear as well then Back with Ruby and Weiss the two didn't seem to be hitting thing's off too well. "i know we didn't get along at first." As Ruby frowned. "But I can assure you, I'm a totally different person out in the field!" As she's just zipped around her in a flash "I can hardly tell the very difference." weiss rolled her eyes " As Look you're not exactly speeding this up." As she's told her "You want me to go fast?! I can go fast!" Ruby vanished in a blur of rose petals and then repear again Infront of her and then "You might be fast but then you're still excelling at wasting time!" she's just sighed as she's continued through, her rapier still in hand and as not noticing the shadow looming behind her. "Ruby?" she asked. The eyes of this shadow glowed red as Weiss was turning to face it now. They notably just had odd markings on them as Weiss's eyes went wide. "RUBY!" she called out now as the Shadows snarled and moved from the bush it was hiding in as Weiss blocked a swipe from a Beowulf's as she's just ran right into a clearing before turning around and steadying herself She hadn't ever encountered a real creature of Grimm like this before, and just from that one hit she blocked as she felt that this was far more vicious than anything she's had ran into before. But then she's wasn't about to back down because of this oversight has In fact, this would be an excellent chance for her to prove herself as worthy of being a team leader. If she were to slay a creature of Grimm that had invaded the initiation she'd no doubt be recognized for that's achievement alone just now.

As Weiss just charged forward, but unfortunately was cut off in her attack has when ruby appeared in front of her suddenly and as reared up to swing as the two just crashed into each other and the Beowolf snarled before swiping at them as Ruby just thinking fast, grabbed Weiss and the two sped away in a blur of white and as red while the Beowolf merely howled but then smelled some others potential prey off in a different directions. "What was that's?!" Ruby whined at weiss who's merely huffed and walked off ahead of her. "What's was that?! As You nearly got us killed with your stupid antics!" Weiss stomped as she glared at Ruby. "What's a child like you doing at very Beacon anyways now ?!" As she said to her " Well in the first place just maybe if your sense of directions is was better as we wouldn't be lost right now!" As Ruby snapped back at Weiss and cuttings down a tree with Crescent Rose in rage as she followed behind Weiss before the very pair stopped just suddenly. I-Is that a Nevermore nest?" As weiss asked "it would seem like it." Ruby now brandished her scythe" As weve clearly gone the wrong way. Let's leave before it wakes up. "Alice?!" she's just also didn't mind the idea of partnering up with him. "Ruby?" Yang peered over a bush but a Badger bear just lunged at her instead as it was minding it own business "Nope." As She's then chuckled as while dodging a couples of more swipes from it now "Jeez !!, is that all ya got ? As You couldn't hit the broadside of a-" everything suddenly went red for Yang as it would feel as though all time stopped for the girl as a single strand of her hair fell to the ground. "YOU MONSTER!" As Yang just screamed as before unleashing a flurry of punches at it very direction now. ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORAA!" Yang yelled out as the last one sent the badger bear flying through the foliage and as Just as another one appeared right behind her. "YOU WANNA GO TOO HUH?!" however, a stab would be heard behinds it's back as it fell down and as kusarigama attached to a ribbon flew from it's back and into the hands of Blake Belladonna who offered a bit of a smirk towards Yang, who's eyes turned from red to theirs normal lilac now

But Jaune didn't worry, if there was one thing he got good at over the few months by now and as it was surviving in unknowns locations by now with his elders training in mind A forest filled with Grimm and Huntsman and Huntress hopefuls sounded like a holiday. Compared to some of the places he's just had the displeasure of exploring as Atlas during winter was a really bad idea.

But then after his partner just left him all of suddenly as she's heard something's in the forest area and left him for a while now but he not going to stay here and be Grimm food not again First things first. He needed to find his partner and a two sets of eye's had a better chances of spotting Grimm after all as That's when a pack of Beowolves very quickly put the kibosh on that particular plan. As there weren't many, maybe 8 to 10 if jaune counted correctly and nothing to worry about. With a level of calm unseen at his age as he's knows that he needs to calm to achieve his goals as he just pull out the javelin from his hoodie and then dropped down from his tree now and he just looked around his very own surroundings area as jaune Arc unsheathed Crocea Mors and held it firmly in his right hand as the tip of the blade angled towards the ground at his side. The shield just remained in its sheath form. Beowulf's were better dealt with speed and strength, rather than a solid defense and As at least in jaune's experienced opinion and as Hiding behind a shield simply allowed the pack monsters to surround you. Attacking swiftly prevented that's as then Something's jaune began to demonstrate with confidence, he darted towards the closest Grimm and just cleaved its head off before it could react and it's Crocea Mors spraying the tar like substance of the Grimm as across the nearby foliage. He's managed to decapitate another Beowolf before the pack could act as Two down, keep up the attack!

He's charged the third one, his head ducked a deadly claw as he shoulder charged as the attacking Grimm. The distance he's pushed it away, allowed for Crocea Mors to bifurcate it at the waist and The two separate halves dissolved into black mists and as The hopeful knight dodged back as another Grimm attempted to cut his throat jaune responded in kind as the gasping wounds on the Grimm's neck a signal of it's demised and that's just made four, and in less than a minute's. He could clearly see four more Beowolfs as The fifth Grimm just then pounced at him as Jaune stepped to the side and just watched as the beast smacked into a tree and he just helped the tree finish the Grimm by skewering it through the head. The sixth and seventh tried to double-team him a sound very strategy for the Grimm Especially for Beowolfs; strength in numbers. Unfortunately for them as jaune just then knew more about Grimm's very actions than most people's as he taught by his family inspectors how to survives in the wild and many different types of things from different Grimm's that's he should and shouldn't encounter in wild and many things that's are related towards them and charged at the pouncing pair and slid underneath them he swinging Crocea Mors violently as he's went Two dying Grimm bodies tumbled onto the ground as theirs a undersides carved like slaughterhouse meat as jaune pushed out of the slide into a dash toward as the final Grimm he ducked a reflexive claw swipe, and simply slashed diagonally through the Beowolf. And the ninth Grimm faded into mists and The blond teen analysed his impromptu arena, he had yet to sheathe his blade and as Something was not right in his mind.

Jaune whirled around to see the smoking barrel of a rifle as held by the Spartan-like Redhead and as She wore a brownish over-bust corset with gold trimmings and a mini-skirt with black trimmings and as sash wrapped around her waist as lower down were bronze greaves with breathable boots on her feets and jaune couldn't decide what the combat practicality of bare shoulders allowed. But his clothes couldn't really be classed as armour themselves and He's sheathed his sword and walked over. "Thanks for the assist! I knew there was a tenth one" As girl justsmiled brightly as she hopped over a fallen tree, she's holstered the rifle against her shoulder and extended a hand as he finally found his partner or she found him again but in the end as they both just have each other as that just was more than enough "I was glad to help again !" Jaune clasped the hand, "I guess that means we're partners now ?" The redhead smiled widely as a twinkle in her green eyes.

"It definitely does!" Pyrrha watched as the handsome teen shook her hand, and couldn't help the feeling of giddy relief from welling inside her and She had been simultaneously a frustrated and just impressed when the boy hold out long enough without her presence's and impression was definitely wasted but she just did pen him to the tree but then he's later manage to pull out her Miló and Akoúo̱ Without her Polarity and it is a bit confirmed that's he is quite strong for himself and he was agile she would've been worried about finding her weapons if he had throw it But she's was a brave girl and readjusted her plans as landed on the ground and made a dead sprint towards his directions She's had just arrived to watch Jaune absolutely decimate the pack of Beowolfs in less than a minute as she just wants to dispose of them before she's lets him down as She had been impressed by how little excess very energy Jaune wasted in his attacks. "Yes let's do you have any idea which way we should go?" As She watched as Jaune glanced around " Well, the Grimm came from there". As He pointed towards a section of the forests. "And I'd guess any relic's would be closer to the Grimm then away from them?" Pyrrha nodded along with his reasoning, there would be little point of the test and if the Relics were far away from potential dangers Would really defeat the point of a Huntsman/Huntress initiation exam. "So I did figure we just head that way, and I'll hopefully be able to spot as anything out of place in a forest like this." Pyrrha tilted her head in curiosity, "do you have much experience in forests, Jaune ?" He just smiled at her, his facial scar, curving upwards due to his lips." Yes actually I've got nothing but experience in forests like this". And wasn't that a curious statement in itself as his family had sure that he knows very things about the very location and that it's very habitat that inabitated that place and how to just survive on his own now as He walked off, Pyrrha strode next to him. She hadn't stopped smiling since they met as she's had really hit the jackpot it seemed.

Elsewhere in the Forest it seemed as though Ren just had found himself caught by a large constrictor snake that had disarmed him of his weapon's. "Aura is very essentially our souls made visible. As the constrictors snake moved to bite at Ren's head, but it's teeth were halted by his free hand as his very aura as seemingly was repelling it back forcing it to let go of him allowing him to catch his breath. "All living things" "Yes, that's would include the animals we've been encountering in this forest and it However, that doesn't include the Grimm. For they lack souls. They are the darkness to our light." Ren just picked up his bladed pistols off the ground and ran at the constrictor snake and while it's hissed at him firing at it. "It's a little more complicated then that I'd be glad to tell you more after initiations." Pyrrha chuckled a little. "But for now." she's took his hand and held one of her very hands to his chest now. "For it is in passing that's we just achieve immortality Through this as we become a paragons of virtue and glory to rise above all and it very Infinitely in distance and unbound by death, I release your soul, and by my shoulder, protect thee" As Lie Ren took a deep breath as the snake was dead now before just suddenly he's heard something's from right above him in the trees. "PEERAW! PEERAW!" called out what's would seem to be a strange animal as till Nora descended from a tree now hanging upside down in front of Ren as with her usual goofy smile. "I still.... don't think that's what Sloths sounds like." Ren just smiled back to her now. "Boop." Nora poked his nose with a giggle together.

As the voice urged on and the young blond turned, swinging the sword in a broad sweep. The white glow faded as the edge cut through the air, and the practices sword met the tree with a loud, jarring thump Jaune scowled as he rubbed his sore shoulder, looking at the tiny cut he'd managed to make with the practice sword As He brushed his fingers against the wooden blade again, but this time there was no dull glow…not even a flicker of light. As the boy as shoved the point of the wooden sword into the dirt with a scoff. "This is very hard." As he told them as he was tired by now "It is," the boy felt a hand on his shoulder, "but as you're so close. If you can learn how to do this as you'll be able to fight off at least a few Beowolf" As his very grandfather told him.

"A few Beowolves won't get me into beacon or to my very goals in the end ." He turned, looking up into the his grandfather eyes. "I'll catch up to you all, just you watch and I just need your blessings grandfather." As he told him as he then continued doing his training as well not knowing as what is future holds for him now.
