Raikou's ears twitch as he hears pops and poofs in every direction. Raikou flaming pupils fade to normal as he steps back in fear. And annoyance.
"This mockery. Quit it" Raikou growls, pressing his hand to his ears squinting his eyes.
The noises however get louder, like rain beating a lonely child without an umbrella, laughing at the boys helplessness.
"Just stop" Raikou says his eyes flaring red once again as he screams.
"COME OUT"
A burst of mana ripples outward as Raikou screams, shaking the air itself. But cutting through it is a cold, mocking laughter, echoing in all directions.
The laughter stops however as the words of the real demon speaks, cutting through the noise instantly.
"Look. Up."
Raikou's gaze rockets skyward. Above him, is a puff of mana swirling like a living thing, twisting and writhing with frantic energy, darting left and right at lightning speed.
In a blur, it stops in its tracks, and a cunning grin forms.
"Come to me, my shadows," the cloud shouts.
Almost immediately, a surge of purple energy flows into it, absorbed by the real thing.
Raikou's eyes widen in horror as the cloud grows larger and larger, cackling louder, almost filling the entire ceiling as cracks start to form
"No… don't burst!" Raikou shouts, sweat dripping from his forehead. He thrusts his hand back, a ball of flames ignites, glowing fiercely in his palm.
"The ceiling… don't burst it!" he screams, gripping the fire tightly. "I dont want to lose more than I have so. This power better come through" Raikou thinks, releasing his new power. He watches in hope, as particles of flame scatter, swirling toward the unshakable mist.
