"What's going on? What's wrong with that woman?"
Little Wanda widened her eyes in confusion as she watched Hunter B-15 on the screen suddenly change her expression.
Loki spoke casually, his expression calm:
"Oh, that's just a simple possession spell. The other version of me—my original body—is probably hiding nearby. What's possessing this woman is likely just a fragment of his consciousness."
"What?" Stephen Strange asked, incredulous.
"So the original can act independently while part of its consciousness is split off?"
Loki gave Strange a disdainful glance.
"You're a sorcerer and you find this strange?"
"Just like my duplication magic, the split avatars each have their own consciousness!"
"Whoa!" Tony was momentarily stunned.
If this Loki could possess infinitely… wouldn't he be unbeatable?
Seeming to read Tony's thoughts, Loki waved a finger.
"Even I can only create one conscious duplicate at a time. This Loki is definitely weaker than me, so possessing a human is already pushing his limits."
Tony rolled his eyes, unimpressed:

"Possession is a clever move," Loki remarked as he followed behind the already-possessed female guard.

The possessed Loki said mockingly:
"Cowardly? Still can't compare to working for TVA."
"I work for myself," Loki quickly retorted.
"Keep fooling yourself," the possessed Loki scoffed.
"Before, I was worried… they might find a higher-level version of me."
At that moment, a male store clerk approached, and the possessed Loki reached out to touch him with a smile.
With a flash of green light, Hunter B-15 collapsed, and the clerk's face twisted into a strange, Loki-style grin.
Seeing the "Variant Loki" unleash such countless unpredictable tricks, Loki's expression turned serious. He tentatively asked:
"Afraid to face me directly? Then show yourself."
"Earning TVA's trust isn't easy, you know."
"Oh… so you're undercover in the TVA."
The male clerk Loki appeared slightly surprised, but not overly concerned.

On the other side, Strange furrowed his brow.
If this Variant Loki is as cunning as the real Loki… then what has he been plotting all this time?
"My goodness, now I understand why Thor can't stand this way of speaking," Strange muttered.
Loki took a deep breath, seeming to lose patience:
"Enough games! In the previous incident, I already helped you buy some time."
"Oh, thank you so much for that," the male clerk Loki said coolly.
"But my answer is no. I have no interest in ruling the TVA."
At that moment, the footage shifted to another scene.
While the two Lokis were conversing, not far away, an unknown figure was installing TVA time-reset devices inside the supermarket.
"Oh… could this person be the original body of the Variant Loki?"
Seeing the mysterious black figure on the screen, Peter Parker swallowed nervously.
Strange, standing nearby, mused thoughtfully:
"According to the TVA, this Variant Loki has been attacking their time guards and stealing time-reset devices."
"Could… this be his purpose?"
Glancing at Loki, Tony sneered:
"In other words, he had already anticipated that this genius would lure all the TVA agents into the trap. And then… he'd use the devices to blow those fools to bits!"
