The night was calm over the vast desert.A faint breeze carried the scent of roasted meat through the grand halls of the newly built castle. Rafael sat at the long dining table beside his first creation — the knight who had become his companion.
He took another bite, deep in thought.
"I can't always rely on Gabriel to hunt food," he murmured to himself. "We'll run out of supplies eventually. I'll need to negotiate with the Capital City… though I don't even know where I am."
He sighed, resting his chin on his hand. The empty silence made the castle feel far larger than it was.
Across the table, his knight — still standing, unmoving — tilted his head slightly.
"Is something troubling you, my king?" he asked.
Rafael looked up at him and smiled faintly."I was just thinking… I've been calling you 'knight' all this time. That won't do, will it?"He leaned back in his chair, eyes narrowing thoughtfully. "How about Gabriel? A fitting name — majestic armor, divine aura… yes, Gabriel suits you perfectly."
The knight placed a hand over his chest and knelt slightly."Gabriel… I am honored, my king. Thank you for granting me this name."
Rafael nodded, satisfied."Good. From now on, you'll be known as Grand General King's Knight — Gabriel."
Once they finished eating, Rafael stood and walked toward the center of the hall. His eyes gleamed with new determination.
"A king needs not one, but many to build a nation."
He stretched out his hand. From the marble floor, ten human figures began to form — faceless at first, then slowly gaining shape and detail until they resembled real men. When Rafael was finished, he extended his Creation once more and breathed life into them.
The ten creations opened their eyes and immediately knelt before the throne.
"You will serve as our spies," Rafael declared. "Navigate the Capital from here. Learn its roads, markets, and movements. Bring food when you return."
"Yes, my king!" the ten said in unison, their voices echoing in perfect harmony before vanishing into the night.
Rafael exhaled and turned to Gabriel."That's not enough. I need… pillars — warriors who will command legions."
He raised his hand again. The room trembled as four new figures began to materialize before him — each radiating a distinct, powerful aura.
A winged being of divine light.A dark figure with crimson eyes and a predatory grin.A mage surrounded by swirling winds and flickering sparks. And a towering warrior holding a massive shield that shimmered faintly in the torchlight.
"An Archangel, a Vampire, a Storm Caller, and a Guardian," Rafael said softly. "My four Grand Generals."
He gave them life — and invoked Dominion.
A blinding light burst from their bodies as the power took hold. One by one, they fell to their knees, heads lowered in reverence before their creator.Gabriel stood silently beside the throne, watching his king with pride.
Rafael opened his hand, analyzing their powers as glowing runes appeared before his eyes.

Rafael's eyes widened as he read."These… aren't just strong. They're absolute."
Even Gabriel seemed slightly awed, his hand resting on his sword's hilt as the new generals stood at attention.
Rafael raised his voice.
"From this day forward:

And lastly, 10 elite spies — eyes and ears of the Obsidian Legion."
He paused, looking over his creation with quiet pride.
"The Obsidian Legion… has been born."
The throne room fell silent, illuminated only by the glow of torches and divine light reflecting off armor.Moments later, a soft ripple of energy pulsed through the castle walls.
The spies had returned — kneeling before Rafael's throne.
"My king," one said. "We've found the Capital. It lies northeast from here, across the Dune Expanse — a week's travel on foot."
Rafael leaned back on his throne, his lips curving into a faint smile."Good. Then our next step begins."
His eyes glowed faintly with power.
"Prepare the Obsidian Legion. It's time to make our name known."
