Danny Rand spoke with full confidence, and The Hand ninjas around him were momentarily stunned before instantly attacking, swarming him.
The facts proved that confidence did not equal strength, and Iron Fist was not Captain America; he had no special attack for elevator battles. In the time it took for the elevator to descend from the 5th floor to the 4th floor, Iron Fist Danny Rand was completely suppressed by The Hand ninjas, unable to move.
Danny Rand did not sit idly by. Besides his martial arts, he was also the Iron Fist of K'un-Lun, possessing the power of the Divine Dragon bestowed by Shou-Lao.
Calming his mind, Danny Rand's right fist began to glow, and the golden light illuminated the elevator.
Ding! The elevator reached the 4th floor. As the elevator doors opened, Hand ninjas were sent flying out. Inside the elevator, Danny Rand was breathing heavily. Danny Rand's Iron Fist was substandard; it was far too weak compared to his predecessors. The most obvious sign was that his Divine Dragon power could only cover his two fists.
Among them, the strongest Iron Fist was undoubtedly Wu Fengji, an Iron Fist from an unknown generation. Her strength was unparalleled; she once shattered the Phoenix Force that descended upon Earth, becoming the White Phoenix and venturing into the depths of the Universe.
Just as he caught his breath, Danny Rand stepped out of the elevator. An old woman with a face full of wrinkles appeared at the elevator entrance, and without a word, she thrust out a palm, striking Danny Rand in the abdomen.
Danny Rand, who had not fully recovered, was completely unable to resist. He was sent flying backward, crashing heavily back into the elevator car. Several more black-clad ninjas appeared. Madame Gao waved her hand, and the black-clad ninjas immediately stepped forward, wrapping Danny Rand in layers of sacks and binding him tightly with ropes.
Madame Gao said to a ninja beside her, "Go up and bring that woman named Joy Meachum!"
"Yes."
The Hand had long since completely controlled the Rand Corporation. The ninjas acted in this manner within the Rand Corporation, yet no one stopped them.
Madame Gao, carrying the Iron Fist, who was bound like a zongzi, and Joy Meachum, who had been knocked unconscious by the ninjas, got into a van and headed towards Fisk Tower.
High in the sky, a pigeon steadily followed, flying above the van.

At Akira's office, Akira, Makima, and Matt sat together, playing Landlord.
"Only two cards left!" Akira only had a pair left in his hand.
Matt was the Landlord. He truly didn't understand why this man and woman wanted to play Landlord with him, a blind man. Although they clearly didn't treat him as blind, they also didn't treat him as a person.
Fortunately, he could still determine his hand by the feel of the cards. "Three with one."
Three 9s with a 6. He hoped Makima didn't have a three with one.
"Three Qs with a 5." Considering Matt was blind, Makima said her cards aloud.
Matt felt they were bullying him.
"Pair of 7s!"
Akira finished playing his cards. "Matt, you lost!"
"I'm not playing anymore. Who plays cards with a blind person?" Matt didn't want to play with them anymore.
"Haha!"
Akira collected Matt's Entry—[Legendary Kill-Resistant King]: As long as you don't die immediately, change into clean clothes, and all your injuries will be fully healed the next day.
"This is a divine skill!"
Akira placed his hand on Matt's shoulder, wanting to equip him with this Entry to heal Matt's severe injuries. All Entries could only function through Akira's touch. Even if the Entry's creator did not pass through Akira's hands, the Entry would not have any effect on him.
"What are you doing?" Matt felt Akira was acting strangely.
"Nothing, just checking how your recovery is going." Akira's mouth twitched, and he casually brushed him off.
"Oh, you Daredevil, am I so insignificant in your eyes? The Entry can't even be equipped!"
Akira grumbled inwardly. In fact, he should have expected it. Besides Hajime and those few thugs he had traumatized, his Entries had never successfully equipped onto anyone else.
"You just didn't seize the opportunity, Lawyer Murdock."
Since it couldn't be equipped, Akira no longer cared about Matt's injuries. Let this Kill-Resistant King recover on his own.
Thinking of this, Akira turned his gaze to the other living person, no, living devil, in the room.
Noticing Akira's gaze, Makima tilted her head in confusion. "Hmm?"
Then, as if understanding something, she curled her lips and said:
"Akira, do you want to touch me?"
"Is it that obvious!"
"Your thoughts are written all over your face."
"Just wanted to try."
"Then come!" Makima extended her hand.
Makima, you truly are a master!
Akira reached out and held Makima's hand, then looked up and saw that another Entry, [Legendary Kill-Resistant King], had been added to the string of Entries above Makima's head.
"It actually equipped successfully!"
Akira had only wanted to try, not expecting success, but the result exceeded his expectations.
"Is this your true ability, Akira? It's truly amazing!"
Makima, having been bestowed with the Entry by Akira, could sense the power it brought, hence her exclamation.
Only Matt, on the sofa, didn't know what these two were doing, muttering mysteriously, "Is it a special way of communication in a parallel World?"
Akira was not in a hurry to retrieve the Entry from Makima. Anyway, that Entry would only take effect the day after being attacked. He could just retrieve it from Makima whenever needed.
Suddenly, Makima tilted her head. Her golden circle eyes seemed to flicker. "Akira, the person you are monitoring has made a move. That old woman named Madame Gao took two people from the Rand Corporation with several ninjas. The woman is named Joy Meachum, and the man is named Danny Rand. They are heading towards Fisk Tower."
Matt, who had always felt out of place with the two, interjected:
"Danny Rand, the missing heir of the Rand Corporation who returned to New York last week and just reclaimed his shares in the Rand Corporation. Joy Meachum, a decision-maker at the Rand Corporation."
Akira nodded: "Understood the situation. Makima, can you come with me to Fisk Tower?"
"Of course."
"Alright, Matt, you continue to recover. Don't run around!"
Matt was speechless. Was he a child, to be told not to run around?
"Hajime, take good care of Denji and Pochita, and don't bully them!"
As a cat with intelligence no less than that of an ordinary person, Hajime easily subdued the two clumsy dogs, who were now lying under Hajime, serving as seats.
"Meow, they're doing it voluntarily. I'm not bullying them!"
"Fisk Tower."
Hailing a taxi, Akira and Makima got in.
Being in Manhattan, it wasn't far from Fisk Tower, and they quickly reached their destination.
At this time, due to the seismic effects of the explosion, Fisk Tower was surrounded by warning signs indicating danger, and security guards were stationed there.
Akira put on his identity-concealing glasses, [Superman's Glasses].
"Sir, madam, please stop. The building is under repair and is very dangerous!"
The security guard stopped the two.
Akira looked at Makima. Makima nodded, stepped forward, and commanded:
"We can go in now."
Her golden circle eyes reflected a strange light.
