When used by a powerful individual, the Delta Driver could exert an invisible sense of dread. When used by a weak person, its power might not even surpass the base form of Faiz.
"It really is strong. This is definitely the Delta Driver," Raven muttered, flexing his fist and casually feeling the power coursing through him. Speed, strength, and defense were all perfectly balanced. He had no obvious weaknesses.
In the distance, Keitaro and Mari were utterly flabbergasted.
"W-what is going on?" In Keitaro's memory, the last user of Delta was Mihara, who felt much weaker than even Faiz. How did the belt suddenly become this powerful?
"It's great! He must be on our side, here to rescue us!" Mari's face was filled with hope.
This shift in Mari's attention was noticed by Kusaka, who was fighting the Sky Emperor (Psyga) in the distance. The distraction caused him to be dragged off his suit by Leo, carried high into the sky, and then slammed into the car below with a rapid dive.
BOOM!
A deafening explosion rocked the area. Kusaka was blasted away, his transformation canceled mid-air, and his belt tumbled to the ground near Keitaro. Just like that, Kamen Rider Kaixa was virtually annihilated by Kamen Rider Psyga.
Masato Kusaka tried to crawl back to his feet, unwilling to accept defeat.
"Masato!"
"Mr. Kusaka!"
The rapid conclusion of the battle drew the attention of Mari and Keitaro. Both were gravely worried to see Kusaka fall.
"T-this is the terror of the Emperor's Belt…" the resistance survivors murmured in fear. If even the powerful Kusaka was no match, it truly was despairing.
"Ultimately, you are just a human," Leo spoke to Kusaka in fluent English.
His gaze then shifted to Raven in the distance.
"Delta?" He sounded surprised. He wondered why that belt wasn't in the Smart Brain laboratory. His Psyga Driver had been manufactured through improvements and optimizations based on the data obtained from the Delta Driver.
Raven also looked at Leo. Although Leo hadn't detransformed, the face beneath the armor instantly appeared in Raven's mind.
It was the face of Bu Jingyun! (A reference to the actor's meme/gags; He and Peter Ho also looked alike).
Simultaneously, the classic meme image flashed in his head: "Don't come any closer!"
He had to admit, it was quite amusing.
"Though I don't know how you stole that belt, dealing with people like you is part of my job," Leo said, repeating the throat-slitting gesture he had made toward Kusaka. His attitude remained arrogant.
What if it is the Delta Driver? His Psyga Driver was a stronger, more stable upgrade of the original. Otherwise, why would it deserve the title of Emperor's Belt?
"Your belt is nice. I'll take it." Raven didn't waste any time talking, instead demanding Leo's Emperor's Belt as a trophy. As a huge Kamen Rider fan before his transmigration, he had spent a fortune collecting the official belts from Bandai. The Belt of the Sky was one that matched his aesthetic taste. Now that he had a chance to get the genuine article, he wouldn't miss it.
"You've succeeded in making me laugh." Leo chuckled mockingly.
Although the two were speaking different languages, they seemed to understand each other perfectly.
Just then, Kiba and the others, having transformed into their Orphnoch forms, arrived to provide support. They immediately saw the wielder of the Emperor's Belt they had just encountered at Smart Brain confronting the man wearing the Delta Gear.
"What is going on?" Kiba quickly asked Yuka and Keitaro.
But Yuka was suddenly staring at the Junglaider in the distance.
"Isn't that Mr. Raven's motorcycle?" Yuka was utterly shocked. She couldn't possibly mistake Raven's specialized motorcycle.
"Yuka, what is wrong with you? You've been muttering about this 'Raven' all morning… who the hell is Raven?" Kaido asked irritably. The Kaido in this world, unlike his TV series counterpart, secretly harbored feelings for Yuka but wouldn't admit it.
Yuka ignored Kaido, canceled her Orphnoch transformation, and asked Mari beside her: "Where is Mr. Raven? Did you see him?"
"Mr. Raven? Do you mean the owner of that motorcycle? Look, he's the one wearing the Delta belt right now," Mari pointed into the distance.
Yuka looked over. Raven and Leo were now approaching each other, neither having made the first move. Though they spoke dismissively, both were clearly preparing to use their full strength.
