Hearing this, Kitazaki immediately became interested, his eyes sparkling with irrepressible excitement. "Where is he? I'm going to defeat him right now."
"Right in front of you."
Murakami's gaze settled on Raven. "Raven-san is the King we have been searching for."
Kitazaki instantly burst out laughing. "Don't joke with me, President Murakami. How could he possibly be the King?" He had fought Raven not long ago; while the man's strength wasn't weak, he certainly wasn't overwhelmingly stronger than Kitazaki.
"Kitazaki, this is no joke." Murakami shook his head. He, too, was reluctant to believe it, but the unique oppressive aura of the Orphnoch couldn't be faked.
Takuma and Saeko were equally shocked. What's going on? They hadn't seen Raven for a few days, and now they were suddenly told he was the Orphnoch King?
Saeko, in particular, found it unbelievable. She had been converted into an Amazon using Raven's blood, so how could he be the Orphnoch King?
"If you insist he's the King, then today, I'll be the one to defeat this so-called King and become the new one." Kitazaki's attitude was extremely arrogant, ready to fight at any moment.
"Kitazaki, don't be rude," Murakami rebuked, a rare display of authority as President.

"President Murakami, please prepare a fighting space for us." Raven told Murakami.
Murakami made one last attempt: "Raven-san, do you really have to fight Kitazaki?"
"This battle is unavoidable." Raven's attitude was firm. He had set his sights on Kitazaki's acceleration ability, so the man's life had to end here.
"Then so be it," Murakami said helplessly. It seemed Smart Brain was destined to lose a top commander today.
Finally, Raven and Kitazaki were led by Murakami and the others to the top floor of the Smart Brain building. The area was wide and usually served as a helipad. There was no need to worry about being restricted once the fight began.
Takuma and Saeko stood on the edge, watching. Takuma still hadn't fully recovered from the news. Raven was the Orphnoch King? For some reason, upon hearing this, he quickly accepted the fact. It finally explained why Raven had been so ruthless toward the Orphnoch all along.
"Hurry and take out your Driver. Otherwise, you won't stand a chance once I make my move," Kitazaki transformed into his Dragon Orphnoch form and said with extreme arrogance.
"I advise you not to do that." Raven scoffed. If someone actually launched a fatal attack before he transformed, they would only be asking for trouble, forcing his Amazon Origin form to appear prematurely. At that point, he didn't know what horrors might unfold.
He then summoned the Orga Driver from his System Space.
"What?"
This dumbfounded Murakami and the others. Raven, who was empty-handed just moments ago, suddenly had a Driver appear around his waist?
"Wait… I don't remember ever seeing that Driver," Murakami looked closer, utterly confused. After all, the Emperor's Belts had not yet been manufactured by Smart Brain in this world.
"Standing By."
Raven took out the Orga Phone, input the 000 transformation code, and inserted it into the Driver.
"Henshin."
"Complete!"
In a flash of golden light, Raven transformed into Kamen Rider Orga right in front of everyone. He had considered using his preferred Psyga to deal with Kitazaki, but due to Kitazaki's acceleration ability and Orga's 'glass cannon' nature, he chose Orga, whose overall strength was comparable to Faiz Blaster Form.

Seeing Orga appear, Murakami felt the kingly aura on Raven become even more pronounced. Could this Driver have been specially created by the former president for the Orphnoch King?
'I don't care what Driver you're using. You're no match for me!' Kitazaki thought, still defiant. He immediately used his Dragon Orphnoch's acceleration ability and launched a fierce attack on Raven.

Waiting for the perfect moment, Raven suddenly anticipated Kitazaki's next position and unleashed three punches.

One punch connected, and Kitazaki's figure was sent flying back, barely stopping himself from falling off the roof. Everyone was shocked, utterly impressed by Orga's performance.
"Damn you!" Kitazaki was furious. He quickly climbed off the ground, switched to his high-attack, high-defense Demon Orphnoch form, and prepared to confront Orga head-on!
"I am the strongest!" He seemed maniacal, endlessly swinging his sharp Demon Orphnoch claws, trying to attack Orga.
But with his speed suddenly reduced, Raven easily dodged the attacks. He then kicked Kitazaki back, took out the Orga Stlanzer, inserted a Mission Memory, and pressed the command key on the phone.
"Exceed Charge!"
The blade of the Orga Stlanzer in Longsword Mode extended into an infinitely long blade of light!
Kitazaki, still far away, had no idea the danger was upon him. Raven brought the sword down straight toward him!
