Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: Dead Man Walking! Louise's Trap

"Leader, they went in!" a player said, shocked.

"I know!" Elena said, not in a good mood. Her eyes were fixed on the closed door.

In the game, players could trade with each other, but they had to meet in the map to complete the trade.

Chatting on the public screen cost 10 gold coins.

But communication inside the guild was free.

Elena found out about the Dwarves from the guild and other players in the big map. She also learned that the Dwarves had a magical item called Iron Hammer.

It was not limited by level. It was as powerful as a gem-embedded item at level 49!

Every three attacks, the Iron Hammer could shoot out a strong fire dragon.

After the leader of Azure League got that Iron Hammer, he had no enemies!

As long as the group was under ten people, they wouldn't attract stronger Black Dwarves. Dwarves had a chance to drop the Iron Hammer.

To get the Iron Hammer, Elena and her friends had been doing tasks non-stop since the game launched, killing monsters in tree spirits and swamp areas.

They thought they had enough luck, but the Dwarves just wouldn't open the door!

George and his two friends came, and the Dwarves invited them in.

What priceless treasure did they get?

"Leader, if they come out, should we attack them?" another player asked.

"Attack, should we start hiding now?"

Elena thought for a moment and shook her head. "If they come out, we can't beat them. Let's go. Keep hunting tree spirits. Send a message to the guild and tell them to make a boat as soon as possible. The Iron Hammer of the Dwarves, and the treasures inside, all belong to our guild!"

"Yes!" A player responded and sent a message to his guild right away.

...

"Boss, boss, help! I don't want to die!" Buck cried, looking up at the Dwarves who had stuck their heads out. "Dwarves, I'm not with him. I'm a thief, spare my life. I can help you steal things, okay?"

"Get me up there, fast!" George grabbed Buck's neck.

"Me? What?"

"Quick!" George held the Frost Moon Blade against Buck's neck.

Buck had no tears left. He quickly used his skill to speed up. Just before the two nets closed, he pulled George out of the two big nets.

On the other side of the broken bridge, George just let go of Buck's neck. Buck was already running on vines, using Speed Boost, and got back to where they had come in.

Three Dwarves!

George held his Frost Moon Blade and kept slashing with ice.

The three Dwarves shouted loudly, sounding like they were losing. In fact... their fists were strong. Every time they hit the Frost Moon Blade, sparks flew out.

And those sparks... exactly canceled out George's Frostbite skill.

In the shouting, seven more Dwarves ran over with a loud noise.

The leader held a big Iron Hammer in his hand.

"Move!" the Dwarves leader shouted.

The Dwarves all stepped aside, shouting and jumping:

"Boss, kill him!"

"Roast him!"

"His meat is good!"

"The boss is coming!"

The Dwarves stepped forward, and fire burned all over their bodies.

The fire... was at least three times stronger than player Andrew's.

The flames got higher and higher. In an instant, the Dwarves turned into a three-zhang-tall fiery giant, just like his name: Red Dwarf!

"Speed Boost!" the Red Dwarf giant roared. A huge fire turned into a fire dragon, sweeping over George.

-300... -200... -200...

Why wasn't it 100-130 per second? The Monster Encyclopedia was wrong?

In a flash, George's health dropped to just 300!

Guardian Spirit activated!

Even with Guardian Spirit giving double stats, his health was still dropping fast.

George charged forward with Frost Moon Blade toward the red giant.

Clang!

Frost Moon Blade hit the Iron Hammer. George fell hard to the ground.

His Guardian Spirit... disappeared!

Was Louise's Monster Encyclopedia wrong?

At the same time, the Red Dwarf suddenly vanished and went underground.

Dig Through Earth Spikes! Area attack!

George jumped up, landed, rolled, and grabbed the unclaimed Iron Hammer.

[Ding! Congratulations, host, you have obtained the Dwarves Iron Hammer.]

[Dwarves Iron Hammer: Level 1 Magical Item, Attack 130-145, once every 3 attacks, release a fire dragon with fire attribute, damage 230-250, uses 30 mana points to release the fire dragon.]

[Ding! The Rebound System has been applied to the Iron Hammer. Rebound success. Attack of Iron Hammer doubled, mana cost for fire dragon reduced from 30 to 15!]

Numerous spikes shot up from the ground, like a wave, sweeping toward George.

George's Frost Moon Blade vanished. He grabbed the Dwarves Iron Hammer with both hands and jumped high.

As he landed, the spikes disappeared. The Dwarves leader poked his head out.

George swung the Iron Hammer and hit him hard.

Clang!

The Dwarves blocked with his fists.

Clang!

Clang!

A fire dragon shot out. Frostbite worked!

Clang clang clang clang clang!

George started hitting non-stop.

The Dwarves leader roared. His fire grew brighter and brighter. Every time he tried to grow bigger, Frostbite stopped him.

Clang clang clang clang clang!

No one knew how much time had passed.

Boom...

The Red Dwarf exploded, collapsing the bridge.

The Dwarves Iron Hammer in George's hands started to turn into fire and disappear.

[Ding! Bloody Hands skill activated. Host killed the Red Dwarf leader and obtained the Dwarves Iron Hammer!]

The almost gone Iron Hammer immediately restored!

"Something's wrong! The leader is dead!"

"Black King, help! Our boss is dead!"

Other Dwarves cried and ran toward the end of the bridge, into the unseen darkness.

In the lava from the Dwarves explosion, George was falling and still taking damage.

Suddenly, Dorothy, wrapped in vines, stretched her hand and grabbed George with all her strength. She gave him a healing potion.

George didn't hesitate. He drank the potion right away.

Lava splashed!

Vines caught fire and broke.

The two held hands and fell hard to the ground. Their health bars kept flashing. They had both lost more than 300 health!

Lava kept falling. George was sweating.

So close!

If he hadn't drunk the healing potion, he would have definitely died from the fall.

Right next to where the two fell, there was a tall black tree that supported the bridge—Dragon Bone, needed for building a ship!

"Boss, boss, are you still alive?" a trembling voice came from above.

George placed his hand on the Dragon Bone. It started to shrink quickly, turning into a stick-like size.

He and Dorothy had rested enough. He took the Dragon Bone and started climbing the vines.

"Boss is amazing! Boss is so strong!" After climbing up, Buck immediately started to flatter: "I always knew you could do it. I just stayed out of the way and cheered you on."

George gave Buck a cold look. "Let's go."

"Go? Boss, aren't we going to keep fighting? All the Dwarves ran away!" Buck said.

George ignored him and walked back, holding the Dragon Bone stick in his hand.

...

Peacekeeper Office.

"Louise!" George shouted.

The golden door appeared. George stepped through it.

"What's all the noise about?" Louise was sitting on the ground, looking up at the growing tree spirits, looking happy.

"You wanted me to die, didn't you?" George threw the Dragon Bone next to Louise.

"Who said that?" Louise avoided the question.

Looking at the small back in front of him, George was really angry. He walked over and pulled Louise into his arms. One hand grabbed her breast and pressed hard. Milk immediately came through her clothes.

"Stop, stop! It's itchy... hahaha... it's uncomfortable..." Louise struggled and moved in George's arms.

George was also starting to lose control. He let go of Louise. "Why did I almost die? No, I was going to die for sure!"

"This is the Dragon Bone..." Louise looked down.

George reached behind and grabbed Louise's breast again.

"Okay, okay!" Louise quickly shouted.

George sat back and pulled Louise into his lap, holding her breasts with both hands and said:

"Talk."

"Ugh… well…" Louise moved and said shyly, "we're just a small Peacekeeper Office, right? We have to follow orders from above. You leveled up too fast, so they told me to slow you down. I thought if you reset, you'd slow down, hehe…"

"Why do we have to listen to them?" George asked.

"From now on, we don't!" Louise turned around quickly, facing George.

Seeing George surprised, she pulled his two hands and placed them on her breasts, saying:

"You passed the test, completed the mission. We can start building the ship now."

"If you're still angry, I can give you a taste?" Louise said, pulling open her clothes.

George slowly leaned down and lightly bit her. "Promise me, no more lying."

"Never, um…" Louise tilted her head back, moaning.

George couldn't control himself anymore. He pushed Louise down.

Louise kicked him lightly. George flew up, landed on the ground. Louise covered her mouth and laughed, "Want me? Dream on! I want to see the world, be free. Okay, time to build the ship!"

The Dragon Bone started to grow quickly from a stick.

"Oh no, we're still missing Dragon Sinew and Rib!" Louise looked at George. "Little George?"

"Are you not going to lie this time?" George asked.

"Never again!" Louise nodded heavily. "I swear on my milk!"
