"I… I plan to use Kotoamatsukami on Danzo Shimura and our clan leader.
If I can, it will ease tensions, reduce conflict, and prevent unnecessary bloodshed."
Arata groaned, pressing a hand against his head in exasperation.
"You don't see the real problem, do you? Danzo may appear to be the clan's enemy, but the true power deciding the Uchiha's fate lies with the Third Hokage.
As for our clan leader, he is not the one driving conflict either. His role has always been mediation, smoothing over tensions within the clan and the village.
The real agitators are the elders, the ones fanning the flames of discord. Shisui… you've chosen the wrong targets."
Shisui, despite his extraordinary battle instincts, was surprisingly naive when it came to reading the core of political schemes.
Hearing Arata, he finally understood his own naivety and hesitantly asked:

Seeing Shisui's despondent expression, Arata hesitated, then carefully considered his words.

It can replicate the powers of a Mangekyo Sharingan.

Though a little guilty for deceiving his honest friend, Arata had no other choice.

Seeing Shisui so wholeheartedly agree, Arata couldn't help but ask:
"Shisui… you don't suspect I'm deceiving you?"
"How could I? You're my dearest friend, the one I'd entrust my life to!" Shisui's smile was radiant.
Arata's heart tightened at those words. He silently vowed: Don't worry, Shisui.
You are my friend. I will save your life, and our clan.
"Then let's begin. Open your Mangekyo Sharingan now. I need to copy your power—it'll be quick, and it won't harm you."
Shisui nodded, focusing his chakra into his eyes. The three tomoe of his Mangekyo began spinning faster and faster, forming the intricate pattern of a shuriken.
Until now, he had only seen Mangekyo Sharingan in the anime; witnessing it in reality was far more mysterious and mesmerizing, a force that felt alive and overwhelming.
As Shisui's Mangekyo glimmered, Arata activated his own Sharingan, aligning it with Shisui's.
Arata felt his eye spinning faster and faster, consuming chakra and mental energy at a frightening rate.
The heat from the spinning tomoe grew intense, as if his very eye might melt.
Finally, after exhausting nearly all his chakra and willpower, the spinning slowed.
The tomoe slowly formed a pattern identical to Shisui's Mangekyo.
Uchiha Arata's Mangekyo Sharingan… was complete.
