Both of them stared at each other for a few moments. Ray made the first move as he pulled the trigger of the gun.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
Three bullets shot toward Felix, causing his eyes to widen as he dashed toward Ray. He evaded every bullet that was fired at him, his body enveloped in a blue aura as he leapt forward, stretching his right arm out to catch Ray.
Ray noticed his opponent closing in and swung his right hand toward Felix's right shoulder. Felix didn't understand the move at first. Just before he could reach Ray, a gleaming light caught his attention in his right eye, and he realized that the attack was aimed not at his shoulder but at his eyes. Before he could react, Ray jumped backwards.
Felix momentarily was confused as to why Ray jumped backwards, but using the opportunity, he dashed forward, then kneeled slightly as he closed the distance to Ray's right side, preparing to punch him in the upper right side of his body. As Felix readied his arm, he noticed something moving in Ray'sjacket. Before he could think of what it was, he heard a clicking sound, and he realised —it was a gun. Without looking at his opponent, Ray aimed the gun at Felix and pulled the trigger.
BANG!
Felix couldn't understand how Ray had predicted his movements. As the bullet raced toward him, he dashed backwards with astonishing speed, narrowly avoiding it. He landed against a tree trunk and slid down to the ground. Peering ahead, he saw the bullet still trying to reach him. With a swift thrust of his palm, he caught the bullet and crushed it until it turned to ash. He opened his hand to inspect the remnants before running forward to confront Ray, who had already vanished.
Felix was shocked as he entered the forest and knelt beside one of the trees. Felix pressing his hand to the ground. He closed his eyes and took slowdeep breaths. Instantly, a blue aura began to envelop his body. This aura reached out to his five senses, allowing him to scan the entire forest. He sensed everything around him, but he couldn't find Ray. He couldn't comprehend how Ray had vanished.
Just then, he heard a clicking sound near his head. Before he could turn to look, a cold voice whispered, "It's futile."
Felix's body froze when he recognized the voice he had been searching for. After a moment of hesitation, he asked the person behind him, his voice trembling with horror,
"Who... are you?"
After a pause, Ray replied with the first thing that came to his mind: "I'm Ray."
After a short silence, Ray spoke "Can I ask you some questions"
"Huh... questions why?"
" well, need some information, you know ... anyway, let's get started. Can you tell me about that monster?"
Felix sighed heavily before saying, "You see, that monster was once known as The knight of peace, son of light whose name was called The hero of serenity."
" huh? What do you mean by the son of light?"
Ray asked while his gun was touching Felix's head. Felix's shocked face was momentarily puzzled by Ray's questions, then said in a calm voice, " You see, he the son of our lord. You don't know the name. His the very concept of light."
"No clue "
"His name is the lord of light."
Ray questioned what he had just heard as he thought to himself: "Lord of Light? What's next, Lord of Time? What kind of nonsense is this?" He sighed and turned to Felix. "Now, for my last question, can you tell me about the moves you used during our fight?"
Felix hesitated, a tremble in his voice as he replied, "What?... move?" Suddenly, a scream erupted from Felix. He was in so much pain that before he could turn around, a gunshot rang out.
"AHGA!" he cried as he spun around, swinging his fist, tears streaming down his face.
BANG!
Felix was dumbfounded. His movements were faster than he could see, but this boy just predicted and shot his right shoulder with ease. Before he could react Ray grabbed Felix's neck and slammed him to a tree He said "So you will answer my question now " Felix grated his teeth Ray lifted his hand and aimed at Felix's face
Felix sighed and replied his voice trembling, "Those moves are called dance."
"huh... you're not joking are you "
"How can I joke when my life is on the line!."
Ray sighed and threw his gun away. Felix glanced at his injury and could see the gunshot wound in his left leg. Blood was oozing from both his leg and shoulder.
He closed his eyes until the bleeding subsided. Turning his gaze from his wounds, he looked at Ray, who was discarding each item one by one. Felix considered this his chance to attack, but he feared that things might not turn out as he hoped. Instead, he decided to ask a question of his own, his voice tinged with agitation: "Why? Do you want the information?"
Ray gave Felix a puzzled and said, "Well, I suppose I could tell you, you see, I am going to kill the hero of serenity. "
Felix was shocked hearing what Ray said but then he started laughing like a madman
" AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!"
Rat seeing Felix laugh like that, said to himself calmly, " Yep ...he lost it."
