"Did you take his blood fangs?!" Huo Tuo asked eagerly.
"I did."
Song Jie took out a container holding two blood fangs. "I was planning to sell them."
"Sell them to me! Ten million for each!" Huo Tuo offered immediately.
"These are vampire blood fangs. Only ten million?" Song Jie looked reluctant.
"Come back in a month to pick up your magic tool," Huo Tuo said quickly.
"Half a month."
"…Fine," Huo Tuo conceded.
"Good. Coincidentally, I have two more blood fangs. I'll sell those as well."
Song Jie took out two more blood fangs—Nie Dong's companion's fangs.
The two had been accomplices, and Li Rui killed the second vampire to establish her authority. Afterwards, she gave the fangs to Song Jie.
Huo Tuo stared at Song Jie in disbelief. For a moment he suspected they weren't real—but the fangs were identical.
"There must have been more than one vampire," Song Jie explained casually. "This was his companion. I killed him too."
Huo Tuo didn't argue. For a magic-tool grandmaster, money wasn't a problem. Rare materials were worth any price.
After settling the forging matter, Song Jie returned to his apartment and saw Ai Tutu eating snacks.
"Where's Jiao Jiao?"
"Sister Mu went back to her family for a while."
Song Jie nodded and headed to his room.
Ai Tutu watched him leave, her cheeks puffed up slightly as she seemed to make a decision.
She hurried upstairs to her room.

Ai Tutu emerged wearing a maid outfit, walking nervously toward Song Jie's bedroom.
At the door, she froze.
