After hearing Victor's explanation for why Enel was so irritable, the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army, Sabo, couldn't help but laugh. He then took the initiative to show goodwill, changing Enel's title from Shenlei to Leishen.

Sabo, on the other hand, grew increasingly shocked, and even felt a hint of admiration for Victor. This man exuded a sense of true freedom.
So what if it's the Celestial Dragons? So what if it's the World Government? If they enslave civilians and the world, wipe them out!
"Victor! I understand! I'm glad to know a man like you. I hope that in the future, we will have a chance to fight side by side against the World Government!"
Sabo's gaze burned with intensity. His words were profound, but the underlying message was clear: the Revolutionary Army saw Victor as a potential ally. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. As Chief of Staff, Sabo had to think long-term and secure such a powerful connection.
Victor smiled. "Well, there will definitely be a chance! But my current destination is your Revolutionary Army headquarters."
"Hmm? Is there anything I can help with, Victor?"
Sabo was stunned. He wasn't afraid that Victor would attack the Revolutionary Army headquarters—but how did Victor know its exact location? Did he have an intelligence network? How did he even plan to go there?
Victor explained, somewhat embarrassedly, that he was looking for someone. "I received intel that she's currently at the Revolutionary Army headquarters."
Sabo looked calm. Though he admired Victor and considered him a friend, he remained cautious—Victor was far too powerful.
"Nico Robin, the daughter of the Devil! Sabo, I have no hostility toward the Revolutionary Army. I just want to find Robin. She… an old friend of mine once lived in Ohara. Before she died, she told me to find Robin."
"I see… Nico Robin is indeed at the Revolutionary Army headquarters. It seems Victor has a very powerful intelligence network!"
Sabo did not doubt Victor's reason. He was even more surprised that Victor knew Robin's exact location—a detail few outside the Revolutionary Army could obtain.
"I just found out by chance! Hey Sabo, we're friends now, so just call me Victor. Calling me Mr. Lin Qi is really irritating!"
"Haha, got it, Victor! But the Ace you mentioned… that's Fire Fist Ace from the Whitebeard Pirates, right? He's also very strong, right?"
