Lucas was neither very satisfied or disappointed with the overall results, but he was at least glad that all 20 members of the 4 recruits teams reached level 10.
Since 20 people was too many to fill up the other teams, Lucas wanted to make a couple of the more experienced guild members into captains.
He thought that even though most of his captains had potential as big leaders, it was too soon to have larger teams than they already have.
Lucas started talking to every awakened guild member sitting inside the large tent in front of him.
"I first want to congratulate all recruits for getting a class."
They thanked him and he continued.
"I will first announce some new captains. They will be members of current teams, meaning they would have to leave. You can refuse if you want, but I hope that you trust my judgment."
"After that, I will assign the recruits to the new teams and if there are some left, they can be recruited by the current team captains."
Everyone nodded in agreement.
"Yes sir!"
