"Professor Katori, you will lead the students, along with Yamashita-kun and Miss Kawata, to monitor the anomaly in West Karakura Town. If you find anything you can't handle, please be sure to notify me."
"How long will this mission last?" Sora asked.
"One week. If nothing is found within a week, we'll report it as an equipment malfunction," Yūjirō said.
"However, you will need to patrol West Street every day for that week."
"Understood," Sora nodded. He left the hut and went to find his students, who were being shown around the outpost and assigned dorms.
After the dorms were assigned, he gathered them in front of the building to explain the mission.
"For the first two days, I will lead the patrol missions with you," Sora said loudly. "For the remaining five days, you will execute them independently."
"You will be divided into six patrol groups, rotating every four hours."
"Each group will be equipped with a Hell Butterfly for communication. Any intelligence, no matter how small, must be reported immediately, or your entire group will lose points."
"I'll remind you again: harming ordinary humans without cause is strictly forbidden. Anyone found doing so will be immediately disqualified."
"And during the mission, you must obey the commands of Yamashita-kun and Miss Kawata. They are also grading you for this exam."

West Street was the noble district of Karakura Town. In the main room of the lord's mansion, a noblewoman lay in bed, her swollen belly indicating she was near her term.
Several servants waited outside the door, ready to be dispatched. The lord's mansion was heavily guarded; only nobles, samurai, and servants could enter.
Today, three uninvited guests had broken into the heavily guarded mansion.
Three figures in black, hooded cloaks suddenly appeared in the backyard and walked straight into the main room.
The servants standing guard outside were completely oblivious, as if they didn't exist. The three approached the woman's bed.
"Judging from the soul inside her, she should be giving birth soon," one of them said.
"Our luck is good. After checking three pregnant women, we finally found one about to give birth," said another.
"She is suitable. Let's place the 'bait'," said the third.
