"Next, I activate the spell card, Tuning! With it I can add a (Synchron) Tuner monster from my deck to my hand, after that I must send the top card of my deck to the graveyard. I add Junk Synchron to my hand!"
"I summon Junk Synchron in Attack Position!"

"Junk Synchron effect activates! When summoned I can select a level 2 or lower monster in my graveyard and summon it! Appear in the defence position, Speed Warrior!"

Akiza's eyes narrowed as she watched Ryoken flood the field with monsters.
She knew there was no use in summoning all of them as a meat shield, because her monster still did piercing damage. This meant that he was summoning them for a purpose.
"If I control a Tuner monster, I can special summon Boost Warrior from my hand! I summon Boost Warrior in defence position!"
Boost Warrior 300ATK/200DEF
"When Boost Warrior is on my field, all warrior type monsters I control gain 300 attack points!"
Junk Synchron 1300 + 300 -> 1600ATK
Boost Warrior 300 + 300 -> 600ATK
Speed Warrior 900 + 300 -> 1200ATK
Ryoken looked at his monsters briefly before whispering "Let's give it a go..." which Akiza didn't hear.
"I tune my level 2 Quilbolt Hedgehog into my level 3 Junk Synchron!"
Junk Synchron shined and turned into 3 green rings around Quilbolt Hedgehog who had turned into a glowing yellow outline of itself, inside it showing 2 bright stars.
"From two come one, and from one will come great power! Watch as they merge their might, combine their courage! To Synchro Summon Junk Warrior!
Junk Warrior 2300ATK/1300DEF
As Junk Warrior appeared, Akiza felt another headache, a halo of a black haired boy appearing in place of Ryoken before disappearing.
"Junk Warrior's effect activates! When summoned it gains the attack points of all the level 2 or lower monsters on my field. Also Boost Warrior gives it another 300 boost in attack points!"
Speed Warrior and Boost Warrior glowed in a purple colour as they gave their power to Junk Warrior and powered him up.
Junk Warrior 2300 + 1200 + 600 + 300 -> 4400ATK
"4400 attack points..." Akiza muttered, knowing that her monster wouldn't survive that.
"I equip the spell card Junk Barrage to Junk Warrior! Battle phase, Junk Warrior attack Fallen Angel of Roses! Scrap Fist!"
Junk Warrior lunched himself at Akiza's monster with high speed, his hand crashing onto the monster's chest and destroying it.
Akiza LP: 4000 - 1400 -> 2600
As Akiza was hit by the impact of the explosion, she grimaced as she felt pain from the attack.
She knew her attacks could hurt others... But how did Ryoken manage to hurt her? Was he like her?
"And that's not the end of it, when a monster is destroyed and sent to the graveyard by the card that is equipped with Junk Barrage, you take damage equal to half of the destroyed monsters original attack points! Fallen Angel of roses had 2400 attack points, meaning you take 1200 points of damage!"
Akiza LP: 2600 - 1200 -> 1400
Being hit the second time, her knee gave in and she went down on one knee. It really did seem like Ryoken was similar to her.
The realisation made her smile darkly. Not because she found someone similar to her that could understand her pain.
If he had powers similar to hers, then she simply could go all out without caring what would happen to him.
Ryoken unconsciously shivered as he saw her smile, knowing something was about to happen in the next turn.
"I end my turn."
Turn 4
Draw Phase
"My turn! I draw!" Akiza yelled, her loose hair slowly starting to levitate.

Akiza LP: 1400 (3 Cards)
Main Phase 1
"I activate the spell card, Seed of deception to summon a level 2 or lower plant type monster from my hand! Appear Evil thorn!"
Evil Thorn 100ATK/300DEF
"I activate Evil thorns effect! I can tribute it so that you take 300 points of damage! Not only that, I can also special summon two more copies of it, but their effect cannot be activated this turn."
Evil thorn exploded in front of Ryoken, making him grit his teeth as he felt the pain from the attack, which quite the contrary made Akiza smile.
Ryoken LP: 1800 - 300 -> 1500
"I normal summon Twilight Rose knight!"

"I tune my level 2 Dark verger and my two level 1 Evil Thorns into my level 3 Rose knight!"
"The cold flame envelops the entire world. Black flower, bloom! Synchro Summon! Appear, Black Rose Dragon!"
Black Rose Dragon 2400ATK/1800DEF
A black-skinned wyvern with magenta claws and plate edges appeared on the field, with her appearance Akiza's power also getting stronger and uncontrollable.
"Black Rose dragons effects activate! When summon all cards on the field are destroyed!"
Black Rose Dragon roared loudly as she flapped her wings, generating a storm of thorns which swept the field clean.
Not only Ryoken's monsters were destroyed, he also wasn't safe as thorns ripped through his clothes.
If Medea was here, she would have liked to have a few words with Akiza, but thanks to Ryoken she wasn't.
"There's nothing left on the field to defend you! Black Rose Dragon attack him directly and end this duel!"
Before the attack could conclude, Ryoken interrupted her "Sorry to burst your bloons, but this duel is far from ending here. I activate Electromagnetic Turtle's effect from my graveyard. I can banish it and end the duel phase."
"When did you have that in your graveyard..."
"I discarded it last turn when I drew it thanks to the graceful charity's effect."
Akiza was left in awe. Did he expect her to turn around the situation and clear his field, so he prepared that in his graveyard from the last turn?
She clenched her hand in frustration as she failed to crush him this turn.
"I end my turn."

"I activate pot of greed, with it I can draw 2 cards."
"When I don't control any monsters, I can special summon Junk froward in attack position."

"Then I activate the spell card Monster Reborn to summon Junk Synchron from my graveyard."

"I activated its effect to summon a level 2 or lower monster from my graveyard. Appear once again, Speed Warrior!"
Speed Warrior 900ATK/400DEF
"Since you showed me your ace card, it is only appropriate if I do the same. I tune my level 2 Speed Warrior and level 3 Junk forward into my Level 3 Junk Synchron!"
As the two monsters turned into 5 stars tuning with the 3 rings, a luminance light shone through the field, making Akiza shield her eyes.
"Gathering wishes will become a new shining star! Become the path that lights the way! Synchro Summon! Take flight, Stardust Dragon!"
As the light disappeared, the dragon who fought alongside the Crimson dragon appeared in its white and elegant appearance, leaving both duelists in trance due to its beauty.
Stardust Dragon 2500ATK/2000DEF
The two dragons locked their eyes together and roared loudly, the spiritual energy in the area increasing.
Then the one and only Crimson Dragon appeared out of nowhere, circling around them before heading towards Ryoken and getting absorbed into his body.
Meanwhile Akiza got another headache, fragments of memories going through her mind before disappearing on the spot, as if replacing them with the Ryoken standing in front of her.
It all made sense to her why she felt so connected to him. That's Why he didn't mind it when she hurt him, and why she didn't want to hurt him at first before her powers took control again.
If the memories she saw were from another life, and she was a reincarnation of herself, then the boy in front of him had to be the reincarnation of the black haired boy she saw in her memories.
Whilst she was lost and held captive, her companion was living and thriving in this world. Maybe that was the reason he sought out to her, because he also remembered her.

"I remember it all now... to think I could see you again after that Zarc destroyed our world..."
Meanwhile Ryoken looked at her confused, on what she was talking about.
"Talking can wait. First we have to end this duel." Ryoken said, making Akiza smile at him.
"Right. That's how you always are. go on."
"..." Ryoken wanted to ask her what was going on in her mind, but decided to ignore it for now "Stardust dragon attack her black rose dragon!"
Akiza LP: 1400 - 100 -> 1300
"If a level 5 or higher plant type monster I controlled is destroyed, I can summon Revival rose from my graveyard."

"I end my turn."

"I draw." Akiza said calmly, her powers now under her control.

"Oh you have another copy of her too?"
"Three. I have three." She replied much to Ryoken's amusement.
It seemed like she had the potential to be a master duel player given how her deck was built.
"When Black Rose Dragon is Synchro summoned, all cards on the field are destroyed, so say goodbye to your stardust Dragon!"
"Stardust Dragon's effect activates. When a card on the field is about to be destroyed by card effect, I can tribute this card to negate that effect and destroy it."
"Since you destroyed Black Rose Dragon which is a level 7 monster, I can summon Revival Rose again! I summon it in the defence position."

"During the end phase stardust Dragon is brought back to the field, take flight again partner!"

"A new synchro monster..." She Muttered, knowing the duel was close to its end.
"I activate Junk Archer's effect. I can choose a monster on my opponents field and banish it till the end of this turn. I banish your Revival Rose."
"Ah my monster..."
"Junk Archer attack her directly! Junk Arrow!"
