Might Guy channeled his strength into his legs, exploding with Chakra, and swiftly unleashed an incredibly fast Tornado Kick.
The tall, thin ninja didn't expect Might Guy to unleash such speed and was caught off guard, getting kicked squarely in the chest and stumbling back several meters.
"Domon, block the path over there. Today I'm going to teach him a lesson on behalf of his useless father." The tall, thin ninja felt the pain in his chest and gritted his teeth as he spoke.
The slightly chubby ninja nodded, flashed past Might Guy, and blocked his way back.
"Kid, like to fight, right? Let's see how a kid who hasn't graduated plans to hit me, a Chunin, twenty-five times." The tall, thin ninja rubbed his fists and charged at Might Guy with a fierce attack.
The tall Chunin's punches rained down on Might Guy. He wanted to engage in a Taijutsu battle with the tall Chunin but unexpectedly found himself quickly overwhelmed, his face and arms getting hit by punches.
The advantage in height and suppression from combat experience quickly put Might Guy at a disadvantage.
His previously outstanding physique among his peers didn't seem to make much of a difference now.
Luckily, Might Guy had undergone a long period of Body Technique training, which helped him withstand fewer hits.
Bang!
The slightly chubby ninja behind Might Guy made his move, seizing the moment when Might Guy was dodging attacks to kick him several meters away, crashing into a wall by the street.
"Have you gotten so weak from drinking tea lately? Why does it take you so long to deal with a kid still in school?" the slightly chubby ninja said with a smile.
"Shut up, there's something strange about this kid. He's more agile than a monkey." The tall, thin ninja replied irritably and then flashed in front of Might Guy.
"Kid, remember this: not everyone is as weak as your useless father." The tall, thin ninja grabbed Might Guy by the front of his shirt, lifting him up as he spoke.
"That's seven lines now," Might Guy said softly.
"Still counting lines? You must think the punches didn't hurt enough." The tall, thin ninja, feeling deeply underestimated by Might Guy's words, raised his fist to punch him.
Might Guy kicked to the side wall, using the force to break free from the tall ninja's grasp.
The tall ninja was about to continue teaching Might Guy a lesson when he suddenly found that Might Guy's figure had disappeared.
"Watch your back!" the slightly chubby ninja warned.
The tall, thin ninja instantly turned and punched, just in time to meet Might Guy's kicking foot.
Despite the failed attack, Might Guy stepped back a few steps, looking left and right, thinking of a strategy. It was his first time facing two opponents, both of whom were stronger than him.
Even though Might Guy had pushed his abilities beyond normal limits, he was quickly overwhelmed by four hands against two fists, and soon his clothes were covered with dust from falling to the ground multiple times.
However, having mastered the Soru, Might Guy could burst out at high speed unexpectedly and left two footprints on the tall ninja's body.
"Huff, huff." Might Guy breathed heavily, his legs uncontrollably trembling, as he knelt partially on the ground.
So far, he had used Soru five times, even though his legs were already tired on the fourth time. Still, Might Guy gritted his teeth and continued to use Soru to launch attacks, leaving his legs utterly exhausted now.
"Heh, can't run anymore, can you? Keep going. Why aren't you avenging your useless father?" The tall ninja mocked him with a sneer.
Might Guy's continuous actions had completely enraged him, and now he didn't care about anything else but to beat up Might Guy.
"Were the rumors false? This kid doesn't seem like a loser at all," said the slightly chubby ninja.
"Forget whether he's a loser or not; today, we must give him a good beating so he knows who not to mess with!" The tall ninja clenched his fists.
"Still couldn't succeed." Watching the approaching tall ninja, Might Guy felt some reluctance in his heart.
The two ninjas, his impending defeat, and the same twilight hour, time seemed to rewind to three years ago.
He didn't regret stepping forward to avenge his father, only regretted that he wasn't strong enough to defeat the two men.
"If only I'd mastered the Breath of Rock..." Might Guy thought back to the day Mokgetsu demonstrated the terrifying power of the Breath of Rock to him.
Under the influence of Full Concentration Breathing, Mokgetsu's speed and power increased in all aspects, and every Taijutsu move became extremely powerful.
His mouth kept gasping for breath, and as the enemy got closer, the knowledge Mokgetsu had taught him became clearer in his mind.
"The Breath of Rock is a powerful and tenacious breath, as solid as a rock. If mastered deeply, it can protect everything you wish to protect like a rock." Mokgetsu's voice seemed to echo right by his ear.
Suddenly, Might Guy felt he had realized something.
"Huff." Might Guy engaged his abdomen, taking in a large amount of oxygen, then exhaled white air as his breathing rhythm suddenly changed.
The tall, thin ninja continued talking, but Might Guy wasn't paying attention, putting all his focus into his breathing.
With continual breathing, Might Guy felt a constant surge of power, even his previously exhausted legs seemed to regain their strength.
His legs stopped trembling, he stood up, and looked at the tall ninja.
This time, he would use rock-like strength to protect his father!
"Huh? He can actually stand up?" The tall ninja was surprised, seeing Might Guy's previously trembling legs.
But the tall ninja still didn't take Might Guy seriously, thinking he was just holding on.
"Breath of Rock, Full Concentration Breathing, Leaf Strong Whirlwind!"
Inhaling a large amount of oxygen to enhance every cell in his body, Might Guy felt an unprecedented strength. He used Soru again to appear beside the tall ninja, then unleashed a Spinning Kick.
The tall ninja only noticed Might Guy stood up and then suddenly vanished. In the next moment, a foot came flying toward his chest.
Bam!
The tall ninja crashed violently into the wall, emitting a dull thud.
"How is it possible, the son of that eternal Genin is this strong." This was the tall ninja's last thought before losing consciousness.
The slightly chubby ninja's mouth dropped open, showing a look of shock.
But Might Guy didn't give the slightly chubby ninja more time to react, swiftly performing a Leaf Great Whirlwind to send the slightly chubby ninja crashing against the wall as well.
"That's a total of eight lines." Might Guy said as he stepped toward the two, then he counted one fist for each punch. After hitting five, Might Guy exited the Breathing Technique state, but he continued with his exhausted body to complete all forty punches.
"Guy, you've become much stronger." Kakashi suddenly appeared and said.
