Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1

In the vast expanse of the cosmos, a black sphere drifted calmly through the void. It appeared to be nothing more than a stray element of the universe, yet within it lay something far more mysterious — a system.

This system had one mission: to find a host — someone destined to rise above the masses and look down upon the world from the heights of greatness. Its destination was already set: Earth.

"Hi, I'm Kurt — though some call me Curtis," a voice echoed with confidence. "I'm a beautiful and elegant woman who can mesmerize any man."

Amidst the bustling crowd, a figure walked with an effortless catwalk stride. He had long, inky-black hair that brushed the back of his neck, his face radiating sharp handsomeness — the kind that could make any woman fall for him.

But there was something peculiar about him.

"I'm a proud gay man, and I like muscular guys," he said inwardly, flashing a charming smile toward the crowd.

As he strolled, his thoughts ran wild."That guy has a nice ass.""Damn, I'd love to squeeze those muscles.""Hot! Hot! Hot!""Ugh, who's that monkey? My ass looks better than his."

Kurt commented mentally on every attractive guy he saw, maintaining a straight face. Of course, he couldn't say those things aloud — or people might take him for a pervert.

Suddenly, a familiar voice shouted from the crowd.

"Kurt! Hey, Kurt! Don't run!"

The moment Kurt heard it, his instincts screamed trouble. He immediately darted away, slipping skillfully through every gap in the crowd — and occasionally "accidentally" squeezing a few fine behinds as he passed, which earned him a chorus of outraged shouts.

"Who the hell touched my ass!?""Damn it, show yourself!"

While the men fumed, Kurt grinned mischievously, proud of his little chaos — though he knew who was chasing him.

Before long, a firm hand caught his wrist, halting his escape. The grip was strong — perhaps strong enough to stop him, or maybe he just didn't want to resist anymore.

When he turned around, he found not a man, but a girl.

"Dang, you really are a fast runner, Kurt," she said, panting slightly.

It was Andria, a brunette beauty with a curvy figure hidden beneath her uniform. Her mask concealed her face, but her striking eyes alone could make men fall head over heels.

Kurt, however, looked visibly disappointed.

"You again? You just ruined my morning. I had to run and sweat — do you know how that ruins my beauty?" he complained, glaring at her.

Andria chuckled, tightening her grip."Why do you always run from me, huh? And where's your mask? Aren't you afraid of getting sick?"

Her hand felt like a steel cuff, so Kurt gave up and sighed."Fine, fine. Let's just walk normally and not like we're in a romantic drama, okay?" he muttered, staring up at the sky.

Ignoring his protest, Andria intertwined her fingers with his and pressed closer, which made him struggle again — to no avail.

Andria was his childhood friend. Years ago, Kurt had saved her from a house fire, and since then she'd been deeply attached to him — even obsessed. Kurt didn't regret saving her, but he did regret that she turned into such a clingy woman afterward.

"Come on, you like it, right?" she teased with a grin.

Kurt responded only with a disgusted expression, which Andria had long grown used to.

Inwardly, she wondered what had gone wrong — how her perfect childhood sweetheart had ended up like this. She swore that if she ever discovered who "corrupted" him, she'd make them regret it.

Kurt, in her eyes, was perfect — from his hair to his height to his intelligence. But fate had played a cruel joke: heaven made him flawless… except for one "flaw." He was only interested in men.

No matter what she did, she couldn't change that — and her efforts only pushed him further away. Eventually, she stopped her more "extreme" tactics and settled for small gestures like holding hands, relying on her strength to keep him close.

After a long moment of silence, both sighed, tired from their morning drama.

Ding~ Dong~

Kurt studied at one of the most prestigious schools nearby — Beverly Prestige School — where only the rich or the brilliant could enter. He was among the latter, excelling academically despite being only 15 and a first-year student.

He was always early, often arriving between 5 and 6 a.m., long before classes began at 7. To pass the time, he would sweep the already spotless classroom or read to review.

This morning, however, Andria was unusually early too — a rare sight since she was normally the type to arrive late and messy.

"Oh, by the way, Andria," Kurt asked, "why are you early today?"

"Oh! I forgot to tell you — today's a special day!" she said cheerfully.

"What's so special about today?"

"Did you forget what our teacher said yesterday?"

"…What did she say again?"

"Today's our dance practice!"

"Oh, that." Kurt's excitement died immediately. He remembered now — dance practice meant partners, and there was no way he'd end up with a guy. Losing interest, he dismissed it from his mind.

"Oh, I almost forgot! I need to run to the faculty office!" Andria said suddenly before running off, a mischievous grin on her face.

Kurt narrowed his eyes. "What is that girl planning again?" he thought, but quickly decided not to care.

He took his usual seat beside the window — the classic "main character" spot in stories."Those who sit here are usually protagonists," he mused. "Maybe I'll become one too. Having a harem of handsome guys sounds fun."

He chuckled to himself. Despite his playful fantasies, he knew his life wouldn't be that simple. His family didn't approve of his sexuality, so he expected to stay single forever.

As he gazed outside, watching the boys on the field, something strange happened.

A dark mist-like sphere drifted quietly through the air. It was an unnatural sight — yet no one seemed to notice, not even Kurt.

The black sphere paused, as though scanning for something… then suddenly darted straight toward the building — and toward Kurt.

It hovered in front of his face for a moment, as if studying him, then — satisfied — shot directly into his forehead.

Kurt's body stiffened. His vision went dark. Then, without warning, he collapsed, unconscious.
