Yu Yachen was genuinely puzzled. In the original JoJo, the characters were just normal humans, so Diavolo being strong made sense. But on Terra, he seemed… a bit underwhelming.
Sure, normal people couldn't see or touch Stands, but it wasn't that much of a cheat, was it?
Or am I really just that strong?
"Killer Queen, go all out and punch that building over there."
"Oh."
Killer Queen shook out its arms and stepped up to a three-story half-finished building. It casually threw a punch.
BOOOOOOM—!!!
Air compressed around its fist, rippling outward in a visible ring. The wall it hit shattered like brittle tofu. The building was severed clean at the midsection, and the upper half—never directly touched—was caught by the shockwave, lifted into the air and blown apart into countless fragments that rained down across the street like a storm.

Yu Yachen stared at the ruins, a tiny ripple finally appearing on her usually expressionless face.
Since when was Killer Queen this strong?
It had always hit hard, but at most it had been a bit stronger than Star Platinum punching through bedrock.
Now it looked like it could just casually delete buildings from existence.
"We should hurry up and beat Chen Huijie until she's kneeling. I've been looking forward to it," she remembered Killer Queen saying right after the third bomb awakened.
She'd thought it was joking back then. Looking at things now, it had definitely been serious.
Even if normal people could touch Stands, Chen Huijie might not actually be able to win against Killer Queen in a straight-up brawl.

It slapped him across the face, then shook him around a few times. Diavolo still didn't come to. Killer Queen had smashed his nose; blood poured out. If it hadn't picked him up, he might have suffocated in his own blood.
"Yu Yachen, I think he's about to die," Killer Queen said.
"Next time, hold back a little," Yu replied, a bit embarrassed.
This time, when she used the third bomb on Diavolo, she clearly felt it succeed. Killer Queen's explosion blew apart his sense of self, turning him completely into her slave.
As expected, you just had to beat people into submission.
"Mr. Li, are we really just going to stand here watching?"
"First trust, then trust again, and then trust some more."

Yu Yachen lowered her raised hand. At her side, Killer Queen was dragging a dog chain whose other end was embedded in Diavolo's chest.

Exusiai stared at her in surprise.
"It's already over? Miss Yu?"

Yu pointed at the unconscious Diavolo on the ground. "That's him."
Following Yu's hand, Exusiai took one look at the man's loud mesh undershirt.
"What a weird guy… But from just now till now, it's only been about five minutes, right? I was still thinking about how to run in and help you."
"Don't worry. I can handle it alone."
"Speaking of which, Miss Yu, what exactly is your Originium Art? It's so amazing."
"Time stop. And telekinesis, more or less," Yu answered.

A certain blue-haired fallen angel popped into Exusiai's mind.

She threw herself into Yu Yachen's arms with practiced ease. Yu caught her with the same blank face as always as the Sarkaz rubbed her face into Yu's neck, voice muffled.
"I heard an explosion and I was scared you—"
Lao Li watched the two of them latch onto each other the instant they reunited and suddenly felt annoyed.
He had a friend in Shangshu who'd just gotten into a relationship recently too. Thinking about how everyone around him was paired up now except him—a man already in his thirties—left him rather displeased. And Yu Yachen was ten years younger than he was.
"Can you two not? You're cuddling with a half-dead fishnet guy lying right there!"
Exusiai stuck her tongue out and only wrapped herself around Yu's waist more tightly.
"Mr. Li is just jealous. But you can't hug her, okay? Only I can."
"Cough, cough—!"
Lao Li almost spat blood.
Yu Yachen rubbed Exusiai's hair. "Alright, let go for now."
"Then give me a kiss, Miss Yu~" Exusiai tilted her face up, eyes sparkling.
"Don't push it."
Yu did want to raise her affection score, but this was a bit beyond her limits.
"Lao Li, let's head back. It's not safe here yet. I'll pay you back for the car."
For all her office worker vibe, Yu was actually pretty rich.
Her parents regularly had couriers send her expensive goods from Columbia every month. Even if she quit working and did nothing, she could still coast through life without financial worries.
"Tch, it's pocket change. I'm not that petty."
Lao Li turned away with a huff, playing the tsundere again.
As he turned, though, he spotted a group approaching down the street.
"Wait, Yu Yachen—someone's coming."
He narrowed his eyes. Seven gangsters, all dressed strangely, were heading their way. Every one of them was injured—but they carried a dangerous air.
"Hey! You, woman! Don't move!"
A blue-haired man with red-rimmed glasses shouted.
"Melone, tell me I'm not seeing things. That guy on the ground—that's the boss, isn't it?!"
As he spoke, the purple-haired man beside him hurriedly pulled out a photo and started comparing.
"No mistake. His appearance has changed quite a bit, but judging from his facial structure, the resemblance is at least seventy percent. Assuming our intel is right."
"The boss… knocked flat like that?"
"Whatever. If we take down these people, the boss and all his assets are ours, right?" the man growled.
"…"
Yu Yachen recognized them.
