"Can I go now?"
Ryu asked after a moment of silence, his voice low but steady. He met Seraphina's eyes, those calm blue orbs that seemed to read far too deeply into him.
"Yes," she finally said, closing the file she was holding. Her gaze lingered on him for a heartbeat longer than necessary.
Ryu gave a short nod. "Then I will be leaving."
"Rest properly," she said.
'You are still recovering."
Ryu managed a faint smile, took his bag and sword which beside the bed and turned towards the door.
After exiting the hospital, finally he breaths the relief.
Phew.
'That woman...' Ryu thought, frowming. 'She is not simple.'
The moment he opened his eyes and understand his situation, he understood what she was going to ask. He was no fool. On the spot he made some excuse, thought not entirely false, as their were some truth was mixed in it.
He doesn't want to become target just after awakening in this world.
'Sigh...'
He exhaled slowly, pushing the thought as he left the hospital building. The cool wind of the evening hit his face, carrying the faint scent of the flower fom the garden just outside the hospital.
----
Inside the room, the silence lingered for a while after his departure.
Thena man leaning against wall finally spoke, his voice deep and rough. "You trust to what he said?"
Seraphina didn't answer immediately. Her fingers lightly tapping the file at her hand as if she was lost in thought.
"...trust?" she murmered.
"No. I wouldn't say that."
Darius crossed his arms. "Then what? You think he lying?"
She shook her head slowly. "Not lying... but not telling the full truth either."
"But there is more pressing matter."
she said, her tone suddenly turning serious.
Darius noticed the sharp glint in her eyes and remained silent, waiting for her to continue.
"In a few days, the academy will begin its new term—and rumors about the so-called Golden Generation have already begun circulating."
"I've heard that too," Darius replied, lifting his chin slightly. "They say this batch is truly extraordinary."
"I just hope..." she paused, her gaze distant, "...nothing go wrong as the previous incident."
Darius paused in mid sentenced, and fell silence while clenching his hand tightly, turning his knuckle white.
She didn't continued further, as her gaze was focused on the window, outside the glass window. The evening breeze and the late sunliglkt caught the edge of her silver hair, glinting like a blade.
----
"Yes, I remembered now."
Ryu said, while taking a taxi to his home.
when he heard the name of the woman, he felt familiar as if he heard somewhere.
AAfter racking his brain, he remembered. The womaan Seraphina was from a great family of an empire. She was a expert-rank warrior and defended the Raven city from the monster breakout.
She was an great tactician plus with her inherent bloodline strength she was able to defend from the monster raid.
The monster breakout was caused by an intelligent monster present inside.
'Ah..I forgot!!'
As if remembering some thing, he opened his status.

Seeing the drastic changes in his status, Ryu took the sharp breath.
The changes was drastic. First his gazes landed on the talent.
He rubbed his eyes and blinked few times, whether its written correct.
"It's real." He muttered.
Talent.
Its something only few people have.
It can be anything. To what he knows, talent is a special power an Awakened possesses. It can range from controlling ice to healing wounds with a touch. It is said that every living being carries an innate spark of power within them — a "talent" waiting to be realized. But awakening it… that varies from person to person.
When one comes of age, they can begin learning the Mana Breathing Technique, the very foundation of every path to strength. Through it, a person can sense and absorb mana, strengthening both body and mind. Yet, no matter how much they train, those without a talent could never match wuth those who have.
But those born with one, or awakened it later stand at a height others can't hope to reach.
They are the chosen few, blessed by the very essence of the world.
And now, Ryu… had one.
And their is rank of the ssaid talent also to differentiate also.
Tapping on the talent a shimmering golden window open
[Blade God: Where the blade moves, all shall be cut — seen or unseen, real or divine]
"Eh? What does it mean?" Ryu asked himself in confusion.
But from the memories where he felt unimaginable power, and the power and feeling that he can severe anything in the world....
But the after effect he felt made his body tremble.
"I am not using it unlesss necesssary." He doesn't want to fell the hellish pain. And he doesn't know what rank his talent is.
Thenn he scrolled down to the attributes which all got incresed drastically putting a smile on his face.
But tge moment he saw the the actual count of Evolution point. He was shocked beyond belief. After disbelief a smile appeared and...
"Hahaha" Ryu laughed with while grinning ear to ear.
Then without wasting time he allocated it to Swordmanship.
Then he heard the system chime.
