Chapter 75 - Chapter 75:Monaco F1 Grand Prix

For more than a week, the underground laboratory in the Malibu villa became a world belonging only to geniuses.

Here, time loses its meaning.

Tony and Banner are like two artists who are immersed in their own world and immerse themselves completely in the ocean of knowledge.

Pizza boxes and coffee cups are scattered around the lab.

The holographic screen flashes continuously 24 hours a day, with dense data on it.

The robotic arm and Benben were like two hardworking helpers, sometimes handing Tony a wrench, sometimes accidentally spilling coffee on Banner's experimental notes, and then being threatened by Tony with words like "Believe it or not, I will dismantle you and sell you as scrap metal."

"No, that's not right! Your idea is like trying to move the earth with a piece of spaghetti!" Tony pointed at the model that was being built rapidly on the screen and corrected Banner.

"This energy you designed... is like rush hour traffic in Los Angeles! Congested and slow! Are you researching nanotechnology, or figuring out how to constipate my suit during combat?!"

Banner pushed his glasses up helplessly, pointing to another set of data, trying to calm the man in front of him who was about to go crazy.

"Tony, I have to remind you, we are conducting scientific research, not playing some damn whack-a-mole game! What you need is stability! A continuous output of energy! Not like a drug-addled rock singer, pounding your guitar like crazy!"

"That's what I call passion! It's called creativity! Do you understand?! You're just a university professor who only clings to a bunch of theories and formulas!" Banner looked at him, just shook his head calmly, and then corrected him helplessly.

"No, Tony, that's irresponsible. We are dealing with vibranium, the most stable substance on the planet. The way you drive it is like trying to wake up a sleeping beauty ,shouting. It will not produce any results except making your voice hoarse."

Their quarrels took place in the laboratory almost every day.

But this kind of quarrel is completely different from ordinary quarrels.

With each of their verbal attacks comes the birth of a whole new set of possibilities.

Every time they despise each other, they can come up with ideas that surprise each other.

They are like two blades, becoming sharper and more in tune with each other with e ach other through repeated collisions.

Until the afternoon of the ninth day.

In the laboratory, the last stable object successfully rotated slowly on the holographic screen.

The entire laboratory fell silent in an instant.

Tony and Banner stared blankly at the glowing model, a little dazed.

They hadn't had a proper rest in over week, but they weren't feeling sleepy at all.

Instead, they couldn't hide their excitement. Damn it! Did they finally figure it out?!

"We succeeded?" Banner's lips were a little dry.

"Of course." Tony slowly leaned back in the chair.

He felt as if his brain had been hollowed out, leaving only a blank.

But a smile from the heart appeared on his face.

"Don't you even look at who is leading this experiment?"

After he finished speaking, his eyes subconsciously fell on the holographic screen that was still broadcasting Henry's sleeping posture in space.

He looked at the figure floating quietly in the universe in the picture, and the corner s of his mouth rose slightly.

"Hey, you lazy bastard," he muttered to the screen.

"I've already made your new toy. When you come back, if you dare say it's not pretty, I swear I'll stuff you into that damn cradle of life!"

A few days later, Monaco.

The azure Mediterranean Sea sparkles with dazzling light under the bright sunshine.

The air was filled with the smell of money and desire.

The annual F1 Grand Prix is being held in this tiny country known as a paradise for the rich.

Both sides of the track were packed with spectators from all over the world.

They wore bright and beautiful clothes, held expensive red wine, and enjoyed this feast of speed and passion amidst the deafening roar of engines.

And next to the track, in the most conspicuous maintenance station.

Tony Stark was wearing a flashy racing suit and a pair of sunglasses, lying comfortably on a beach chair, enjoying the pre-race massage service of two hot beauties in bikini

"I have to say, Pepper," he said, picking up a glass of iced lemonade and addressing the woman next to him, who was clutching a tablet and looking hopeless. "Those old fogies in Washington haven't called you lately, have they? I guess they're busy explaining to the public why I, the most important party involved, haven't even attended one of their hearings."

That's right, ever since Henry and Tony first publicly unveiled their Armor, the congressmen could no longer sit still, and they tried every possible means to force the two brothers to attend the hearing.

I fantasized that they would compromise under the pressure of public opinion and then hand over their Armor obediently.

But they were obviously overthinking it. Tony just wanted to say that they should be thankful that Henry was basking in the sun in outer space, otherwise he was afraid that these guys would be attacked by some weapons of mass destruction at night.

"Yeah, they're not fighting anymore," Pepper said deadpan as she scrolled through the news on her tablet.

"Because now all the media are portraying you and Henry as heroes who saved New York. Under pressure from public opinion, they dare not use tough measures to force you to attend that damn hearing. But, Tony, don't forget that the remarks you and Henry made at the press conference have completely angered the military and those senators. T hey are just waiting for an opportunity, an opportunity to take control of your and Henry's Armor together."

"Oh? Really?"

Tony raised his eyebrows when he heard that and said nonchalantly.

"Then let them wait. I'm looking forward to what new tricks they can come up with to deal with me. As for Henry, that guy is still in outer space. To be honest, I haven't seen him for almost three weeks. Could he really have been captured by aliens in space for some experiments?" Pepper did not answer his next question, but sighed helplessly.

"Yes, you are a genius. A genius who specializes in causing trouble for me. Tony, I have to remind you again, you are just here to participate in the sponsor's event! You are not really going to compete! Your car with the Stark Industries logo already has a world champion driver!"

"Oh? Really?" Tony pretended to be surprised.

"That's unfortunate. I just accidentally fired him on my way here. You know, I suddenly feel that the guy's appearance is a bit of a hindrance to our company's brand image."

Pepper:..

She felt her heart starting to ache again.
