Chapter 13 One Condition
The young Titan, Kronos, the god of time and space, followed the guidance of Gaia, the mother goddess of the earth, and entered this empty space for the first time.
This is the edge of the world, desolate and disorderly, with no distinction between day and night, and no sign of life. However, it is not as dark as the Land of Eternal Night. The light source is the bright stars in the depths of the universe.
Those stars are always moving according to their original trajectory, and under the countless stars, a handsome and gentle man sits quietly under the starry sky, his pair of purple eyes are deep and bright, as if he can see through everything.
He was wearing a simple white robe, just as he looked when he was first seen in the temple a thousand years ago, as if the past thousand years had no effect on him.
Although the divine power has increased, in the eyes of Kronos, who is already a powerful god, it is still very weak, at least it is no match for him at all.
If Gaia, the Earth Mother Goddess, had not suggested that he come to visit Taron and seek guidance for his destiny, Kronos would never have thought of coming here.
Regarding the prophecy made to Taren in the temple a thousand years ago, the twelve Titans, the God King Uranus, and even Gaia all had the same opinion, which was that they felt that the prophecy given by Taren was not accurate because he was too weak.
But because Uranus and Gaia had been predicted to be right once and witnessed the birth of the twelve Titans with their own eyes, they were still a little skeptical, but the twelve Titans did not believe it at all.
They even hated the guy who caused them to be tortured by the God-King and wanted to take revenge.
After all, they couldn't defeat the God King, so how could they not defeat such a weak God of Prophecy?
But because they were afraid that Uranus would think they had ulterior motives, the twelve Titans did not dare to act rashly and could only swallow their anger. Under such circumstances, they certainly would not have a good impression of Taron.
To use the words of Hyperion, the god of the sun and light, to describe Tarun is: a weak, hateful charlatan.
Kronos once thought so, but Gaia's attention made him keenly aware that something was wrong.
As one of the primordial gods, the great Mother Earth Goddess personally acknowledged that Taren's prophecy was "the guidance of destiny". What does this mean?
Kronos was obviously a wise god, so when he saw Tarun, he put aside all his contempt, bowed seriously, and took the initiative to greet him:
"Your Majesty, the great Taren, please forgive my intrusion. My respected Mother Goddess has asked me to seek your help and ask for your guidance on fate."
This attitude can be said to be very humble, but Tarun was not surprised. There was no change in his facial expression, and he still had a gentle smile on his face.
"Your Majesty, the Honorable God of Time and Space, Kronos, you are too polite," Tarun said. "Your humility and courage are the noblest qualities. It is my honor to relieve your worries."
"Your Highness Kronos, what do you want to know?"
Upon hearing this, Kronos immediately said, "God King Uranus is too cruel. We can no longer tolerate him. As you predicted a thousand years ago, I, the son of God King Uranus, want to overthrow his rule."
"My Mother Goddess has prepared the weapon you predicted, but how should I proceed?"
He said this with a distressed look on his face and sighed, "Compared to the mighty God King, we are all too weak. Even with the sharpest weapons in the world, it would be difficult to fight him."
"I want to know how to defeat him. He is simply unbeatable."
Taren smiled upon hearing this, and instead of directly answering Kronos's question, he explained the nature of the God King:
"Your Highness Kronos, you must know that the reason why God King Uranus is the God King is because he has been recognized by the world."
"He is the symbol of masculinity, the origin of patriarchy, the ruler of the sky, and ultimately the supreme god king."
Kronos frowned when he heard this, and some inspiration seemed to come to his mind, but it was too vague and weak to be captured.
"In Chaos' world, except for a few gods, all other gods are his descendants. Every additional god means an additional law, and each law plays a vital role in the perfection of the world."
"That's why the world recognized him. That's why no one except Chaos, the origin of the world, can defeat the supreme god-king Uranus."
Listening to Taron's explanation, Kronos frowned deeper and deeper, because the other party's words seemed to emphasize that Uranus could not be defeated at all.
But if that's the case, why did he make such a prophecy thousands of years ago?
Doubts and confusion filled Kronos' heart, but he suppressed the urge to question and asked humbly, "So what you mean is..."
"You can't defeat the Supreme God King who has the recognition of the world. No one in this world can do that. The only one you can defeat is the powerful Lord of the Sky."
Kronos' eyes lit up instantly, and he seemed to realize something. Sure enough, he heard Tarun continue:
"Patriarchy and masculinity are the key to his recognition by the world. This is the root of everything. As long as his patriarchy and masculinity are erased, he will no longer be the Supreme God King recognized by the world, but merely a powerful Sky God."
"And each of you twelve Titans is a powerful god. Facing a Sky God who only possesses immense divine power, the balance of victory and defeat may not be unfavorable."
"So that's how it is, so that's how it is..." Kronos' eyes lit up uncontrollably, and he finally understood the function of the sickle.
Even if the magic weapon was created by the most outstanding craftsman in the world, it might not be able to harm the Supreme God King Uranus on the front battlefield.
Therefore, this weapon was never used for head-on confrontation, but for sneak attacks to castrate patriarchy and masculinity!
Kronos instantly had an idea in his mind, but he still suppressed his excitement and saluted Taren again, his attitude even more respectful than before.
"Great God of Prophecy, you are so wise and your far-sightedness is admirable. You have helped me a lot. How can I repay you?"
Kronos was no fool, and he had deeply realized that the seemingly weak god in front of him was by no means simple. At Gaia's suggestion, he even had a guess in his mind that the other party might not be the God of Prophecy, but the God of Destiny.
In this case, even if he has received the other party's hint, he does not think that he does not need to pay anything.
In this world, free is the most expensive.
Tarun smiled helplessly and was about to refuse, but when he saw that Kronos still insisted, he thought for a moment and said:
"Then you will be like your father. Once you ascend to the throne of the God King, agree to one condition of mine."
