Spiritual Practise Routine is the practice of training your attention and awareness to achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm, and stable state.

Morning (Awakening the Soul)

5 mins: Breath meditation with mantra (e.g. "Om Shanti" or "Peace")

1 min: Intention — "May I act today with love and clarity."

Midday (Centering in the Chaos)

3 mins: Silent stillness or walking meditation

2 mins: Gratitude — 3 things you're thankful for

Evening (Release and Reflect)

5 mins: Loving-kindness or prayer for others

2 mins: Journaling or simple question:

"Where did I feel most connected today?"

Weekly Ritual (Deep Nourishment)

Read a sacred text or poem (any tradition)

Go into nature for quiet reflection

Offer a prayer, dance, or creative act as worship
