"I told you I don't eat meat… don't stare at me with those eyes now."
"What do you not like about it? I made sure it wouldn't smell. You can taste it at the very least."
Lowering his eyes, Kiho transferred the chicken onto his plate as he spoke calmly. Despite his placid reaction, Lim Soohyun felt like he was just being an asshole now, avoiding the food as if Kiho had contaminated it with an incurable virus.
"Leave it."
With half of the chicken still on the plate, Lim Soohyun dragged it back toward himself and quietly picked up his fork to eat, although his jaw was tensed and he had to gaslight himself over and over again that it was okay to even bring the chicken close to his mouth. Stuck at that point, he glanced up to see Kiho was entirely focused on him, not even bothering to hide it.
