Marcus's voice was flat and hard. His jaw clenched.
Dmitri held up a hand. "Hear me out. Durant is the only lead to Mora Lee right now."
Marcus shook his head. "And you want to send Aria to seduce him?"
"Yes," Dmitri said evenly. "Viktor traced Mora Lee's operations through her funding. Every Paris move, every gallery showing, Durant is the common thread."
Aria stepped forward. "If anyone can get us to Mora Lee, it's me."
Marcus turned to her, eyes sharp. "You want to get close to a man who's… well, a predator and an arms dealer. Do you realize what you're volunteering for?"
"I do," she said. "Durant handles Mora Lee's money and her communications. He's the only one with direct access."
Viktor spoke from the corner. "Encrypted channels. Military-grade. Intercepting them won't work. We need Durant himself."
Dmitri added, "And he only talks to women he's trying to seduce. Private viewings, champagne, his penthouse. That's when he talks."
