Chapter 48: All-Out War

Kuroobi used Fish-Man Karate, pushing off the ground, causing it to tremble slightly, and then charged at Luffy like an avalanche.

Chew quickly swam to the edge of the pond, sucked in a mouthful of water, and puffed out his cheeks, clearly storing up "ammunition" for his next, more violent water gun attack.

Meanwhile, the six-armed octopus Fish-Man, Hatchan, simultaneously drew six gleaming blades, using his dazzling "Six-Sword Style" swordsmanship to block Luffy's retreat from the side. The six sword lights intertwined into a web of death, tightly surrounding Luffy!

 However.

Facing the three powerful Fish-Man officers, Luffy took no action to counter or dodge.

His gaze remained fixed on the pond where Arlong had fallen, his whole body on alert for the next attack.

He knew Arlong couldn't be defeated that easily.

 How dare they... ignore them?

Seeing this, the three officers were furious, their attacks becoming even more ferocious, determined to kill this arrogant brat on the spot!

"Attacking our captain right in front of us, isn't that showing us great contempt?"

Suddenly, a green figure swept in like a gust of wind!

 Clang!

A crisp, long metallic clash rang out!

Zoro, with only his Wado Ichimonji, firmly blocked the six blades coming from Hatchan like a violent storm.

The blades clashed, sending sparks flying!

Hatchan's six arms bulged with muscle, displaying astonishing strength capable of lifting giant rocks, but the sword in front of him didn't budge an inch.

His pupils constricted slightly. "You're strong."

Zoro didn't answer, just gritted his teeth, fine beads of sweat breaking out on his forehead.

The massive wound on his chest from his fight with Hawk-Eye was torn open again by this sudden full-force impact, and blood slowly seeped out, staining his bandages red.

It seems I need to finish this quickly.

 On the other side.

Sanji's figure flashed like a ghost through the crowd, quickly bypassing all the Fish-Man minions trying to stop him.

His long leg lashed out like a whip, whistling through the air, and accurately hit his chosen opponent, Kuroobi.

 Bang! Bang! Bang!

Both were unarmed fighters, and they immediately exchanged blows upon meeting. They tangled in mid-air for more than ten moves before finally being knocked back by each other's powerful force. Both skidded a distance after landing before regaining their footing.

Kuroobi looked down at his faintly aching arm, then looked up at the blond man across from him, who was standing up again and lighting a cigarette. His gaze became extremely serious.

"Human, who are you? What was that kicking technique you just used?"

 Click.

Sanji closed his lighter, exhaled a faint ring of smoke, looked at Kuroobi, and said leisurely:

"Me? I'm just a chef from the Baratie restaurant in the East Blue. As for that kicking technique just now, that was... specifically for cooking Fish-Men like you."

"You're looking to die!" Kuroobi's face darkened completely. Without another word, he stomped his foot and charged fiercely at Sanji again.

Sanji, naturally, wasn't afraid at all. He lifted his foot and rushed forward, his legs flying like the wind, unleashing a barrage of kicks named after ingredients, such as "Collier," "Épaule," and "Selle."

Meanwhile, the last officer, Chew, who had been trying to attack Luffy, had finished "reloading" his weapon.

His puffed-up cheeks suddenly contracted, letting out several loud "Ptoo!" sounds.

A volley of water guns fired in rapid succession, as dense as machine-gun fire, shooting straight at Luffy's back, who seemed completely unguarded!

 We succeeded!

Seeing that no one was blocking her water gun shots and that she was about to riddle that kid with holes, a trace of joy flashed in Chew's eyes.

He actually hit the man that even Brother Arlong couldn't hit!

 However.

 Just then.

A crystal-clear arrow, shrouded in cold mist, appeared silently, as if it had teleported. Unexpectedly, it hit the target first, piercing through all the water guns fired from the side at a perfect angle!

The water guns, pierced by the arrow, suddenly stopped in mid-air, their surfaces rapidly freezing into spherical solids, then falling to the ground with a "clatter," shattering into pieces!

 "You... Who are you?!"

This unbelievable scene terrified Chew, and he whipped his head around to look in the direction the arrow came from.

 But then I saw...

A young girl with long, ice-blue hair held a bow in her hands. A piercing cold light condensed on the bowstring, forming an arrow. She held the arrow's fletching with two slender fingers, drew the bowstring again, and aimed in his direction.

Chew's body suddenly stiffened and began to tremble uncontrollably.

The moment the blue-haired girl drew her bow and aimed at him, an intense sense of death, like ice water, instantly seeped into his entire body!

If you don't dodge... you will definitely die! You will absolutely die!!

 The next moment.

Out of pure survival instinct, Chew chose the safest and most advantageous place for him. The pond!

He jumped into the pond with a "splash" and quickly dived underwater, trying to use the water as cover to prevent the blue-haired girl on the shore from aiming and shooting.

Ganyu stared at the shimmering water surface, her delicate eyebrows knitting slightly, as if contemplating whether to go into the water and kill this person.

She was well aware that an aquatic environment could multiply a Fish-Man's combat power, but for her, the underwater world was also an excellent battlefield.

A Qilin, of course, can swim.

However, if she entered the water at this moment, showing her fearlessness of the sea, it would undoubtedly expose the secret that she was an "ability user" who was not afraid of water.

To her, such a simple exposure was not worth it at all.

Thinking of this, Ganyu turned her head to look at Usopp beside her and said:

"Usopp, aren't you supposed to be the one dealing with this executive?"

When discussing tactics at Nojiko's house, it was decided that Usopp would take on one of the Fish-Man officers.

Zoro and Sanji had each picked one, so the last one, Chew, naturally fell to Usopp.

"But he and Arlong are hiding in the pond, so there's nothing I can do even if I want to fight him." Usopp shrugged, his tone tinged with regret, but a cold sweat broke out on his forehead.

Thank goodness that guy hid in the pond; he didn't dare to fight such a monster.

"It's fine, I can help you force him out." Ganyu smiled, and with a flick of her two fingers, drew the bowstring and shot an arrow towards... the pond.

"Uh, wait, wait! Actually, there's no need to be so complicated..." Usopp gulped, realizing how she was going to "help" him.

 Twang!

Before his words had faded, the arrow had already cut through the air, instantly hitting the surface of the pond, and then "crackling" into ice crystal fragments, scattering across the water.

 The next moment.

The surface of the pond, as if instantly dragged into an icy hell. With the arrow's landing point as the center, a layer of ice rapidly spread and froze in all directions, so fast it was dazzling, all while emitting a light "crackling" sound. It looked as if the entire pond was about to be completely frozen!

 Boom!

Two bedraggled figures burst through the not-yet-solid ice, shot into the air, landed in the water, and then fell heavily back onto the shore.

 It was Arlong and Chew.

They had planned to lurk underwater, waiting for the right moment to launch a surprise attack, but they found the water temperature plummeting and the surface above them rapidly freezing. If they didn't get out quickly, they would likely be frozen in the pond!

 "It was you!"

Arlong shook the ice shards off his body, his gaze filled with killing intent and fear, fixed tightly on the blue-haired girl holding the longbow.

He had figured it all out.

The Marine warship that had escaped this morning was not at all the result of Admiral Aokiji's intervention; it was clearly the work of that woman.

She had frozen the sea, tricking him into thinking she was Admiral Aokiji.

This ingenious ability completely countered them, the Fish-Men who fought with water.

We must... take care of her first!

A cold glint flashed in Arlong's eyes, and just as he was about to make a move on Ganyu.

 "Arlong!"

 Luffy's voice suddenly rang out.

The next moment, a fist came flying through the air, straight at Arlong's face!

"You little brat, you think I can't beat you?!"

Arlong was furious, but he reacted extremely quickly, catching Luffy's incoming rubber fist firmly with one large hand.

 "Get up!"

His muscles instantly bulged, unleashing his superhuman strength, lifting Luffy's entire body and hurling him violently into the air!

 "Shark on Darts!"

Immediately after, he shot off the ground with both legs, his body shooting towards the sky like a cannonball, his serrated nose gleaming like a spear, and slammed hard into Luffy, who had no footing in mid-air!

 "Argh!"

Luffy, unable to dodge in time, was hit square in the chest by the violent headbutt and let out a muffled grunt.

But the moment he was hit, he endured the intense pain, swallowed a mouthful of blood, and quickly shot out both arms, wrapping them tightly around Arlong's body like ropes.

The two, entangled, flew backward, crashing into the tallest main building in the center of Arlong Park.

 Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

A short time later, a series of violent collision sounds and the loud crash of breaking walls came from inside the tall building!

The two fought their way from the roof all the way down to the ground. Everywhere they went, load-bearing pillars snapped, walls collapsed, and all decorations turned to dust. The entire building gradually tilted during the battle, swaying precariously, on the verge of collapse.
