Chapter 21 - Chapter 21: Create a Ride! Little Spider-Man! Kamen Rider Demons! Best Match!

Levi leaned back in his office chair, stretching after hours of planning. "Then," he said with a confident grin, "let's move on to the next stage of the game!"

He closed the file on his desk with a satisfying snap. "Done!"

"President!" Izzy's voice broke his short moment of rest. The sleek android assistant stood beside him, her digital eyes flickering with faint blue light. "I just detected a suspicious person."

Levi raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh? A suspicious person, you say? Interesting."

He chuckled softly. "Could it be that some of those corporate giants can't handle their stock losses? Maybe they're trying to sneak into our company to steal Vanderbuilt Technologies' AI research?"

He straightened up, his expression sharpening. "Turn on the surveillance for me, Izzy. Let's see who dares to snoop around."

"Yes, Mr. President."

Izzy nodded and swiped her hand in the air. A holographic projection instantly appeared before Levi, displaying live footage from the company's security cameras.

The monitor revealed a group of high school students wandering around one of the exhibition halls. Levi blinked, amused.

"Wait, that's it? That's your suspicious person? A bunch of teenagers?" he said with a faint smile.

But Izzy wasn't joking. Her tone remained serious. "No, sir. The suspicious person I'm referring to is this gentleman."

The image zoomed in on one particular student—thin frame, brown hair, and nervous energy written all over his face.

Levi narrowed his eyes and smiled faintly. "Well, well. Isn't that Peter Parker?"

---

Meanwhile, at the Vanderbuilt Technologies headquarters, a group of students were on a guided tour. Their teacher was enthusiastically introducing the marvels of cutting-edge AI.

"Oh my God!" Ned, a chubby boy with wide eyes, pressed his face against the glass of a display case. "That's the AI Mechanical Dog released by Vanderbuilt Technologies years ago! They discontinued it ages back!"

He darted from one exhibit to another, his excitement barely contained. "And these—these are the limited-edition AI glasses! They sold out in minutes when they came out!"

His friend, Peter Parker, stood beside him—unusually quiet. Ned didn't even notice at first, too busy gushing over the technology.

"There are also six newly released Modia Units!" Ned's voice cracked with joy. "Man, this is heaven!"

He looked like he was on the verge of fainting from excitement. The shining displays, the scent of new machinery, the sleek design of humanoid robots—it was everything a tech lover could dream of.

But Peter? He sat down on a nearby bench, his hands clasped, his mind clearly elsewhere.

"Hey, Parker!" Ned called out, frowning. "What's wrong with you, man? This is Vanderbuilt Technologies! You're usually the first to freak out over this stuff!"

Peter forced a weak smile. "Yeah… I'm excited," he said softly, though his tone said otherwise.

"Since when does 'excited' look like that?" Ned asked suspiciously. "Ever since we left Osborn Industries, you've been acting weird. What's going on?"

---

Back in Levi's office, the surveillance feed continued to stream. He watched their exchange closely, a knowing smirk forming on his lips.

"Could it be…" Levi murmured, eyes gleaming with curiosity, "that this Parker kid was bitten by that mutant spider just now?"

"Your intuition is correct," Izzy replied immediately. "The bio-scan we ran detected rapid gene recombination in his body. There's about a 50% chance of full mutation."

She paused and added, "That's why I flagged him as a potential threat."

Levi's grin widened. "Fascinating."

He leaned back, fingers steepled. "In every world, the first monster or hero seems to have something to do with spiders. And now… one's appearing right before me."

He chuckled softly. "The spider sacrifices to the sky… its power is limitless. Looks like fate decided to hand me a little gift."

"President, should we eliminate him before he mutates?" Izzy asked calmly.

"No need," Levi said, waving a hand dismissively. "Mark him as a high-priority observation target. I'll handle him personally when the time comes."

Izzy nodded, her holographic eyes glowing faintly. "Understood."

Levi's mind raced. This could be his chance to test something new.

He wasn't just here to build machines. His ultimate goal was much bigger—to create heroes. To bring the concept of Kamen Riders into this world and make them serve his greater plan.

If he could recruit people like Parker—people with justice in their hearts—and enhance them through technology, he could build an army of heroes bound by loyalty.

Spider-Man, he mused, could be the first link in that chain.

---

He leaned forward, his thoughts spinning.

"If Peter Parker were to be turned into a Rider," he muttered, "what would that look like?"

He tapped his desk lightly. "The only spider-themed Kamen Rider that comes to mind is from Kamen Rider Build—the one with the spider-based formula."

But Parker wasn't like that kind of Rider. Levi could tell. Parker had that same spark—the mix of intellect and compassion, of responsibility and guilt.

He reminded Levi of Sento Kiryu, the protagonist of Build—the man who fought for justice, not glory.

"A perfect foundation," Levi said to himself.

He started sketching on his digital pad, concepts forming rapidly in his mind.

"[Spider] + [Metal]… The best match! A Metal Spider Form—agility combined with armor plating."

He flipped to the next page.

"Or maybe… [Spider] + [Venom]. The Venom Spider Dangerous Form! A Rider consumed by duality, light and darkness!"

He laughed under his breath. "Now that would be poetic."

Then another thought struck him. "Wait. There's also the Spider Rider Demons from Kamen Rider Revice. That design might be the closest fit yet. Sleek, fast, and terrifying."

He could already visualize Parker donning a Rider Belt, transforming with a flash of crimson and black energy. A mechanical spider symbol glowing on his chest.

"Best Match! Spider-Man x Kamen Rider Demons!"

The phrase echoed in his imagination, and Levi's grin turned sharp. "Now that," he whispered, "would sell."

---

Of course, he wasn't going to rush it. Transformations like these required groundwork—resources, tech, and the right moment.

For now, the plan was simple: expand the company's power base, gather data, and prepare for what came next.

He glanced at Izzy. "Begin compiling data on genetic mutation and adaptive exoskeleton integration. We'll need a prototype before Parker's transformation stabilizes."

"Yes, Mr. President."

"And also," Levi added casually, "keep an eye on Osborn Industries. I don't like surprises. If Norman's labs are tampering with the same bio-tech we are, we'll need to make a move soon."

Izzy nodded once more, already linking to the company's research networks.

---

As Levi watched the live feed again, Peter and Ned continued their tour, oblivious to the eyes monitoring them.

Peter stopped near a display showing the Upgrade Key—a small device said to enhance synchronization between AI and human operators. He stared at it for a long time, unaware of why he felt drawn to it.

Levi smiled faintly. "So, the spark has already begun."

Soon, his project would evolve beyond simple machines. He envisioned a world where technology and humanity fused together through courage, justice, and willpower—a world where Riders and Heroes stood side by side.

The pieces were moving, the players unknowingly taking their places. Peter Parker was merely the first.

Levi looked out through the glass wall of his office toward the city skyline, glowing under the evening sun.

"The world doesn't need another hero," he said quietly. "It needs a system. And I'll build it—one Rider at a time."

He smiled again, satisfied. "Prepare the groundwork, Izzy. Our Superhero Conversion Program begins now."

"Yes, Mr. President."

As the lights dimmed and the holographic monitors faded, Levi's reflection merged with the city's neon glow. His grin widened.

Soon, Spider-Man would rise.

And when he did—Kamen Rider Demons would rise with him.

The best match the world had ever seen was just beginning.
