The beast knights stood in front of Emma.
Their bodies had changed completely after drinking the black liquid.
Their strength and speed were much greater than before.
Emma looked at them while holding her sword.
"So this is what that black liquid does."
One of the beast knights laughed.
"You were strong before, but now we are beyond human."
Emma smiled.
"That's supposed to scare me?"
The beast knight growled.
"Attack!"
The beast knights rushed toward Emma.
The ground shook as they charged.
Emma stayed still until they got close.
A beast knight swings his giant claws at her.
Emma moved her head slightly and dodged the attack.
She stepped forward and spins around.
Her kick slammed into the beast's side, sending him flying backward.
Another beast knight appeared behind her.
Emma jumped into the air before the attack could hit her.
She turned around and delivered a powerful spinning kick.
The beast crashed into the ground.
"You guys got stronger."
Emma landed on her feet.
"But you are still too slow."
Three beast knights attacked her at the same time.
One attacked from the front.
One attacked from the side.
The last attacked from above.
Emma blocked the first attack with her sword.
Clang!
She moved past the second attack and dodged the third.
She spins around and struck all three of them with one swing of her sword.
The beast knights were pushed backward.
"She's still moving like that?" One muttered.
"How is she so fast?" Another muttered.
Emma pointed her sword at them.
"You are stronger than before."
"But you still can't touch me."
The beast knights became angry.
They rushed at her again.
This time, they surrounded her.
Emma looked around.
"They learned."
Suddenly, several beasts grabbed her arms and legs.
Another grabbed her from behind.
"We have her!"
"You can't escape now!"
Emma looked at them calmly.
"You really think this is enough?"
The beasts tried to hold her down.
"Give up!"
Emma lowered her head.
Then she smiled.
"You made one mistake."
The air suddenly became heavy.
The beast knights stopped moving.
"What is this pressure?"
Emma's eyes became serious.
"Conqueror's Haki."
BOOM!
A powerful wave of Haki exploded from her body.
The beasts holding her were thrown away.
Several weaker knights collapsed instantly.
Emma stood up and looked at them.
"You forgot something."
"Power isn't just about strength."
"It's about will."
The remaining beast knights stared at her.
She walked forward.
"Now come at me."
The beasts roared and attacked.
Emma raised her sword.
"Advanced Armament..."
Black Haki surrounded her blade.
"Dance of the Ghost Maiden."
Emma disappeared.
The beast knights looked around in confusion.
"Where did she go?"
A flash appeared beside them.
Then another.
Then another.
Emma moved around the battlefield like a ghost.
Every attack missed.
Every counter sent another beast crashing away.
One beast tried to predict her movement.
"There!"
He attacked.
Emma appeared behind him.
"You guessed wrong."
Her sword slashed across his back.
The beast fall to the ground.
The strongest beast knight stepped forward.
"Enough."
Emma looked at him.
"So you are the leader."
He rushed forward.
The ground cracked under his feet.
Emma blocked his attack.
CLANG!
The force pushed her backward.
Emma looked at him.
"You're different from the others."
The beast knight smiled.
"Now you understand."
They clashed again.
Emma dodged his claws.
She spins around and kicked him.
The beast blocked.
Emma landed and jumped back.
"You are strong."
The beast knight smiled.
"But you are still holding back."
Emma's eyes narrowed.
"Maybe."
She disappeared.
Flash!
The beast knight looked around.
"Where did she go?"
Emma appeared above him.
Her sword struck down.
BOOM!
The beast knight was forced to one knee.
The remaining beasts stepped back.
Emma looked at them.
"It's over."
Suddenly, a voice came from behind.
"Not yet."
Emma turned.
Scorpio walked forward.
"So you defeated most of them."
Emma raised her sword.
"You must be the yellow hair guy."
He smiled.
"My name is Scorpio and you must be the swordswoman causing problems for the king."
Scorpio released his Haki.
Emma released hers.
The ground beneath them started cracking.
Scorpio disappeared.
Flash!
His attack came straight toward Emma.
She blocked.
CLANG!
The impact shook the island.
Black lightning exploded between their weapons.
Scorpio smiled.
"Interesting."
Emma smiled back.
"You have no idea."
The two pushed against each other.
Emma stepped back, she looked at her sword.
"It's time for me to end this."
Scorpio watched carefully.
Emma raised her sword.
"Crown Clone."
Her sword changed.
Fire covered one side of the blade and Ice covered the other.
Emma disappeared leaving only blur image of herself behind.
Multiple copies of her appeared around Scorpio.
Scorpio looked around.
"Which one is real?"
Emma smiled.
"Secret Body Flicker Technique..."
