Chapter 7 - Warrior 4: Dragon vs Warrior 1

With the howling wind amidst the storm of snow, came in the feiry breathe from a dragon desecrating parts of the mountain peak. Leaving burned soot marks all over, and melting the surrounding ice and snow.

Instead of going down with the current to make an escape, Ethan decided to confront the Dragon as he removed his white cloak that was already burnt more than halfway across. With his physicality superseding normalcy, allowing him to leap bounds and great heights by accurately placing his steps on the rocky edges of the slope of the mountain and performed absrud feats with the following actions, he easily deflected and washed his way through against the wave of flames coming down at him once more with the swipe of his sword. His dashing figure broke through the hail of ice and fire, a blistered mixed of hot and cold, and his eyes immediately locked upon with the dragon's as he emerged wildly from the thick, harrowing mist.

With his palm tightly gripping the handle of his sword still inside its scabbard, he dragged it down upon the dragon's head, carrying an unbelievable amount weight despite its normal size that made waves through the air.

"Hah!" he cried out with a groan with his attack.

"Clang" However, his attacked was simply blocked with one of the dragon's thick limbs and hard scales all together, producing a defeaning sound that echoed and shook at the peak along with another powerful gust of wind. "Grrr..." The Dragon stared daggers at Ethan above it for a moment, exchanging look with one another, it then proceeded to countered just as fast and strong, if not more with a swung of its blocking arm whilst making growl.

"Huep!" realizing its intention to throw him away, Ethan immediately reacted by outmanuevering his body, and stretching out his other free hand to grab unto the Dragon's limb. Albeit successful from the first swing, preventing himself from falling, Ethan was then forced to hold on much longer with his dear life on the life due to the following sequence of actions of the Dragon's.

"Swoosh Swoosh Swoosh" Ethan felt the sharp, cold, piercing winds of the mountain peak like sharp arrows seeping deep into his body as he was dragged around, and the howling winds continously rang in his eardrums, all urging him with mercy to let go and tend to his crying body, showered with pain. But despite all this, "Keugh...!" gritting his teeth, he didn't dare to let go of his hold, and endured the excruciating pain he felt every second on the Dragon's limbs. Being dragged around wildy, the young Warrior's mind turned hazy and still for he could not think of anything else at the moment.

The Dragon, realizing this, saw an opportunity and stopped momentarily before quickly plunging its arm towards the mountain to scrape off the pest holding unto it. "Crap!" Ethan realizing its intention once again as he saw the rocky and burnt side of the mountain closing in on him, he raised the sword on his other free hand, and thrusted it. "BOOM"

"Trickle Trickle Shaking Shaking" on a hair's breadth with mists coming off, the young Warrior's body was found squeezed in between a narrow place, with rocks in front of him, and scales behind him, both seperated with Ethan's sword still on its scabbard, engraved and plunged on both sides to prevent himself from getting squashed in the middle. "Sigh" heaving a sigh of relief, Ethan swiftly put his legs before him, and made a powerful declaration with a burst of his strength. "Hiyaahhh!! BOOM" another explosion with mists coming off of it and the rocks producing cracks, Ethan managed to escaped and just about right, and threw the Dragon out of balance momentarily with an explosive push of his legs.

With the opportunity he made for himself, Ethan once more swiftly and gracefully maneuvered his body all around, before dashing in front of the Dragon's head and finally landed his attack. "Bang" A heavy swing of his sword, making contact upon the Dragon's skull that shook waves all around them.

"ROAR" The Dragon's head connected long and thick by its neck was threw afar as it roared loud and wide, being heard all around their surroundings. Some scales came off broken, and a large red bruise was engraved on its head. Its limbs that held itself onto the various ledges and rocks at the slope peak of the mountain, ironically, due to by holding itself with more strength exerted, cracks formed, and stones broke, it felt the begrudging sense of losing its grip, resulting in the Dragon's expression grimacing and hardening more than it already has in both annoyance and anger.

With not a single word uttered as he stared with his eyes, and gasped, breathing for air, Ethan who was found below the dragon, keeping his eyes on it, and holding himself onto a ledge, he dashed once more towards it with an explosive bursts of strength from his legs, leaving a cracked trail, but he didn't aimed for its head this time, instead, he set his eyes for its legs and arms that was already on the brink of letting go from and falling. With his sword on its scabbard still, he held it over his head, before he swung the absurd weight it has with such elegance and style. And one by one, "Clang Bang Boom Crack" he attacked its arms and legs each with one clean, different strikes, using his skills and experience with the weapon, dashing for the limbs in the midst after finishing each different one, whilst not a single moment spared during, and his mind set in sharp as his eyes embroiled with a fiery conviction.

Ethan successful attacks took all of the balance the Dragon clung itself unto, making it fall. But not before the Dragon opened it mouth and another fiery wave, a sea of flames was produced, scorching the chunk of the mountain. But then, Ethan jumped his way across the air from the ledge of a small rock where he momentarily stood without a single bit of hesitatation in the heat of the moment, dodging as a part of it, but it is to plunge his small weary, darkening figure with the sheathed sword in his hand towards the large, falling Dragon.
