Audrey's POV
I wake up feeling completely fulfilled, a sensation that radiates through every fiber of my being. Norma purrs contentedly in the depths of my consciousness, equally satisfied from our time with our mates. She has retreated into peaceful slumber, leaving me to process what has happened between us.
A gentle pressure against my mental barrier draws my attention. Chaim continues his soft breathing beside me as I cautiously lower the block on my mind-link.
"Can I bring breakfast to your suite without interrupting anything?" Garcia's voice carries a hint of amusement.
"We're in the bedroom now. Just keep your voice down since Chaim is still asleep," I respond before reconstructing the mental wall.
I need these quiet moments to myself. The reality of my situation hasn't fully settled in my mind, and I'd rather work through any potential panic attacks in the safety of our private space.
