Chapter 27 - Chapter 27: The Revolutionary “GG” Phrases, and the Debut of the Chibi Figurines

(TL/N: I have absolutely no idea about this GG phrase, It's not the ''good game'' either lol, if anyone know, let me know)

"Ahem… Xingqiu, yes, it's tragic." Su Han coughed lightly and said, "But you know the plot can't be changed. Besides, there are plans for the follow-up storyline."

"Really?"

Xingqiu's eyes were full of tears. Only after Su Han nodded solemnly did he finally believe him.

After Nie Feng's blood exchange, the story quickly reached its finale. Once Wind and Cloud joined forces again, Dominator, the demonic tyrant who had plagued the mortal world, was finally destroyed.

And so, the tale came to an end.

When Xingqiu came back to his senses and revisited the story, he couldn't help but sigh emotionally.

"This story is truly brilliant. The plot, the theme, the character writing, it all far surpasses every novel on the market.

Brother Su, after finishing this comic, I doubt I'll be able to read anything else with the same excitement. I'm already looking forward to your next work!"

"Haha, that's good to hear. So, how many copies do you plan to order this time?"

"Hm…" Xingqiu thought for a moment and said, "Let's start with eight thousand copies. Six thousand of the complete series, and another two thousand of your upcoming comic, how about that?"

"No problem," Su Han said with a smile. "But aren't you worried the new one might not sell well?"

Xingqiu frowned instantly, displeased.

"Brother Su, how can you say that? Your work is top-tier! Even a brand-new comic from you will set the trend. Two thousand copies? Even if I just keep them as collectibles, it's worth it."

"Alright, alright, don't get so worked up! I understand." Su Han chuckled. "Then let's do that. Once I publish the final chapter in a couple of days, you can come by again."

"Deal! I have a feeling that ending is going to shake countless readers."

Thinking of the fans' reactions to the finale, Xingqiu grinned wickedly. After all, the final chapter was packed with everything.

The Dragon Vein.

The truth of Lingyun Grotto.

The misunderstood Fire Qilin.

And Dominator's shocking return.

Every unresolved plotline was finally tied up. Even though the Second Dream died, it was a perfect conclusion nonetheless.

He just wondered what kind of continuation Su Han was planning next.

Night fell.

In an inn outside the city, the owner of the Rock Tea House, who had just escaped, was resting with his men.

"Boss, we've paid off our debt to Lady Tianquan, but the Northland Bank won't let us off easy either."

"Hmph! Getting the loan in the first place was my skill. As for repayment? Forget it! I'm already bankrupt, what more do they want from me?"

As the boss ranted, the lights in the room suddenly flickered. Everyone squinted in confusion, and when their vision cleared, three unfamiliar figures had appeared in the room.

"Y-you… who are you? How did you get in here!?"

The boss's voice trembled. Anyone who could enter without a sound definitely wasn't an ordinary person.

The orange-haired man leading them spoke lazily, "I recall there's a saying in Liyue, 'a debt must be repaid.' You owe the Northland Bank quite a sum. Isn't it time you paid up?"

"Money? I don't have any! What are you still standing around for,get them!"

At his command, the henchmen charged forward.

But with just a cold snort from the orange-haired youth, all those fierce-looking men dropped to the ground lifeless in an instant.

"Y-you… who are you?"

"Me?" He smiled faintly. "Just someone here to collect a debt. If you have no Mora, then pawn something valuable. Otherwise… prepare to die."

"Don't kill me! Please! I'll give you everything!"

A stick of incense later, the orange-haired man, Tartaglia, looked at the wrecked room with a displeased frown.

"Impossible… it's really not here?"

He had come for a specific item, something the Fatui had been scheming to obtain for a long time. Yet it seemed to have vanished without a trace.

He crouched down, gripping the boss by the neck and asking coldly, "Where is your family's heirloom?"

"An heirloom? M-my lord, there's nothing left… cough…"

"No," Tartaglia said sharply. "There was something, like a talisman scroll."

"You mean… the Forbidden Talisman of No Taboo?"

"That's the one!"

"It… it was taken by the Liyue Qixing this morning…"

"What!?" Tartaglia's expression darkened. Why would the Liyue Qixing take interest in that? But seeing the utter despair in the man's eyes, he knew he wasn't lying.

After further questioning, he confirmed it, there really was nothing left.

"Tch. Forget it. Continue investigating the other leads."

As he turned to leave, his subordinate asked quietly, "My lord… what about this one?"

"He's useless now. Dispose of him."

"Yes, sir."

A single scream echoed through the night. Thus ended the life of the Rock Tea House's owner.

But not long after the Fatui departed, a blue-haired woman watched from a distant hillside, then silently slipped away.

...

Shortly after, in the Jade Chamber.

A white carrier pigeon fluttered through an open window.

"Ah, finally! It's about time. I was falling asleep waiting for this," Keqing yawned as she took the letter.

Ningguang set down her brush, rubbed her sore wrist, and looked up. "So? What's the result?"

By candlelight, the wealthiest woman in Liyue looked even more mysterious and elegant, though fatigue still lingered on her face from overwork.

Keqing handed her the letter. "According to Yelan's report, the Fatui were involved. Among them was an orange-haired man with terrifying strength, she didn't dare get too close."

Ningguang glanced over the letter and said calmly, "Just as Su Han predicted… a storm is coming."

At that moment, thunder rumbled across the sky, followed by a heavy downpour of rain.

...

The next morning.

The air was fresh with the scent of wet earth, and across every street corner, people could be seen holding comics in hand.

With the growing popularity of Fengyun, reading comics had become a daily habit for Liyue's citizens.

Dong!

A bronze gong sounded.

Crowds turned their heads as a group of five people paraded through the streets, raising posters high and shouting,

"Attention everyone! The Fengyun comic finale releases today at ten o'clock! If you want to see the ending first, line up now!"

"Nie Feng falls into demonic madness! Dominator returns! The truth behind Lingyun Grotto, unbelievable twists await!"

"The ruthless death of Absolute God, struck down by an old man with white hair! Is it moral decay or the distortion of humanity? Find out in the Fengyun finale!"

The fresh, exaggerated "GG-style" slogans immediately caught everyone's attention, but what really thrilled the people was the long-awaited update.

After waiting days for the finale, fans had been restless. Now that the release was finally announced, they rushed toward Su Han's stores in excitement.

Within just half an hour, both of Su Han's shops were packed with fans. But this time, something new caught their eyes, small street stalls set up nearby.

On display were all kinds of chibi figurines and Fengyun-themed costumes. Though hastily made, they were adorably crafted.

Female fans couldn't contain their excitement.

"Wow! A mini Bu Jingyun plush, it's so cute!"

"I want the Fire Qilin one! It looks so mighty!"

"I want Nie Feng! Look, he's even holding a tiny fabric Snow-Drinking Mad Blade!"

"Boss, how much for these?"

The vendor beamed. "1,000 Mora each! All officially licensed and approved by Boss Su himself! Every figurine is hand-designed by him, honest trade!"

The moment they heard Su Han had personally designed them, the crowd went wild. Of course Boss Su wouldn't disappoint! For only 1,000 Mora, it was practically a steal.

The chibi figurines, adorable, affordable, and officially approved, sold out instantly. Every one of the hundred on display was gone in minutes.
