Nagato stared at shanks silently for a few moments before shaking his head
"I don't care what you've come here for. This war's end isn't for you to decide. I came here to show the world pain, and I won't leave until I've done so."
Shanks looked past Nagato, at the ruined battlefield, the fallen Marines, the bodies still scattered across the bay.
"This has gone far enough," he said. "People are still dying. Marines. Pirates. This war needs to end."
Nagato's expression didn't change.
"And even more people will die if this corrupt system continues. I came here to break the Marines. To make sure they never recover from today."
His gaze flicked briefly toward the shattered remains of the Chibaku Tensei, irritation flashing in his eyes.
"You interfered."
Shanks' hand rested on the hilt of his sword. "If you keep going, I'll stop you."
Nagato exhaled slowly, almost bored.
"Then you'll be standing in the way of pain."
He pressed both hands to the ground.
"Kuchiyose no jutsu."
A cloud of smoke appeared
One by one, figures appeared in the smoke, the rest of the Akatsuki had been summoned to marineford.
Kisame landed first, Samehada over his shoulder, eyes sweeping the battlefield with interest.
Deidara looked around grinning. "Huh. Looks like the party really started without us, can't believe you brought that freak Enel instead of me"
Hidan laughed as he appeared next, stretching his arms. "Heh! This place is perfect to sacrifice to Lord Jashin!"
Konan quickly moved towards Nagato's side. "Are things okay? You had to summon the rest of us?"
She asked while her eyes worriedly checked over his body for injuries.
Nagato calmly said "I'm fine. However, an unexpected presence has appeared and intends to interfere. Summoning you all was the quickest and most logical way of achieving the goal for today." Nagato continued "Today we have only one simple goal. To cripple the marines. I don't care what means you all use." Nagato then turned his eyes towards Sasori and said "Use it."
Sasori calmly unfurled a huge scroll "This will be the first test of my newest creation, although it's not complete, I have to admit the physical strength and insane defense already have made this my strongest creation yet."
To everyone's shock, Big Mom's body appeared from the scroll, and was capable of moving entirely on its own, its presence almost as intimidating as she had been while she was alive.
The Marines stiffened. Even the veterans froze.
Shanks' crew tensed.
Nagato quickly returned to a complete perfect susanoo.
"Now, this war continues."
Shanks face hardened and he glanced at Garp and Sengoku who were already preparing to fight again, and suddenly felt a bit more at ease.
"In that case then, I won't be polite!" "Divine Departure!"
Shanks leapt up, moving so fast that only elites could track it, his sword crackling with conquerors infusion as he swung towards the Susanoo, only for Nagato's blade to become covered by armament haki and meet the attack, the clash sending fierce winds across the battlefield. They were locked in a stalemate, however taking advantage of this, Garp and Sengoku attacked Nagato from different sides as well, only to be repelled by Limbo clones.
Sengoku grit his teeth "I can't believe I forgot about these pesty invisible clones."
A few moments later the stalemate ended with both being knocked backwards slightly.
Shanks landed lightly, eyes narrowed as he observed Garp and Sengoku. "So that's it… invisible attackers."
Garp moved first, fist coated in his strongest haki, smashing toward the Susanoo again. Sengoku followed, golden shockwaves rolling forward.
Two Limbo clones intercepted them.
Garp's punch changed directions, striking the clone and knocking it back. Sengoku struck the other with a palm strike, forcing it away.
If they can only be damaged through conquerors haki then this will quickly drain our stamina. Thought Sengoku
Nagato recalled the limbo clones once more to recharge, frowning slightly. That conquerors haki is getting extremely troublesome.
At the same time, Kisame moved.
He slammed Samehada into the ground and then began forming handseals. Water burst outward, flooding the ruined plaza and dragging Marines off their feet.
Deidara created a massive clay bird and then began bombing any remaining structures left within marineford.
Konan stayed with Nagato, sending wave after wave of paper attacks towards Garp, Sengoku and Shanks, and although they weren't enough to damage them, the attacks were succeeding in distracting and irritating them.
Hidan charged into a crowd of marines, swinging his scythe manaically "COME ON! WHICH ONE OF YOU WANTS TO DIE FIRST?!"
Kakuzu released his masks. Wind, fire, and lightning tore through lines of marines, before eventually being blocked by a vice admiral and smoker.
Sasori controlled the puppet Big Mom, as it stepped forward, a fist covered in chakra striking down multiple giant vice admirals, the giant vice admirals who'd been hit suddenly felt paralyzed and began panicking.
"The poison I've implemented into her attacks is a nice touch isn't it?" Sasori playfully asked the panicking giants, however they had no time to respond before the Big Mom puppet began landing hit after hit on them.
Akainu snarled, magma surging as he lunged towards Itachi, who'd been standing silently until now."Die!"
Aokiji froze the flood in place, ice racing outward to slow Kisame.
Kizaru rose from the ground, brushing himself off."Looks like I can't keep pretending anymore~"
Shanks glanced across the battlefield, watching as his crew successfully managed to force Blackbeard into a retreat. However his gaze also travelled towards the hundreds of marines continuing to die needlessly."This is turning into annihilation."
Nagato's Susanoo advanced.
"Good," he said calmly."People will only understand pain, after having experienced it. Those who are left after this battle should finally understand true pain."

Ace and Luffy were already on a ship, fleeing with the whitebeard pirates remnants, but they could still see the clashes going on.
Ace trembled with fury, as he noticed Teach leaving in the distance but he remained onboard the ship, knowing he'd only waste everyone's efforts if he tried to challenge a Teach stronger than the one who had captured him to begin with.
Luffy at this point had fallen unconscious, the adrenaline having worn off, as Ivankov and others stood nearby. Approaching their ship was a small yellow submarine, and upon surfacing they stared at the supernova Trafalgar Law.
"I'm not here for trouble, I can save treat Mugiwara Ya."
Ace calmed himself and agreed, and they continued on their way away from marineford.

Itachi calmly glanced at Akainu and made no attempt to dodge. His form was impaled straight through the stomach with magma, slowly collapsing to the ground.
Akainu couldn't help but think that had been way too easy, only to see the Itachi on the ground, point towards his right, to see Itachi completely fine, sitting on a pile of marine bodies.
"You bastard! Don't fight me with tricks."
Itachi ignored him and put him in yet another genjutsu, realizing that the people of this world really had no sure way to break out of his genjutsu's, atleast not that he'd encountered yet.
And so, Akainu killed Itachi after Itachi only for the loop to continue until he eventually exhausted himself, and suddenly spit out a large amount of blood, feeling a burning pain in his chest. His head slowly turned to see he was unknowingly, stabbed by Itachi, who was holding a kunai covered in haki.
"You scum.." Itachi however, remembering Nagato's goal of crippling the marines braced himself and used Amaterasu on Akainu, ecliting muffled screams from Akainu as he not only bled out, but was slowly burned to a crisp.
The marines who'd seen this were all in complete panic and fear now
"Admiral Akainu!"
Aokiji's expression turned grave, witnessing this and he quickly tried to rush over, only to be intercepted by not only Kisame, but Deidara who had finished bombing.
Deidara laughed for a moment and then said
"Don't worry about him too much! You'll be next! Kisame, back off, this next piece of art I plan on using is not something you'll be able to survive if you get caught in the radius!"
Kisame grinned before saying
"Just make sure you don't lose to this guy then, because I can't promise to save you."
Deidara nodded, before breaking into a wide smile, his attention shifting back to Aokiji. Now, Ice cube guy, prepare to witness my masterpiece!
